Other shoutouts: The pool bathrooms were excellent (not stinky or humid and always clean), that is no easy thing to accomplish! Weekday kids meal promotions were a nice surprise. Room was quiet and in good condition. Poolside meals were tasty.

(Take example of the Country Club Members’ Club Desk) The Valet Service was pleasant and efficient but truly, $53.00 per night for Valet Parking is a little exaggerated especially when it is for several nights and that the weather calls for flooding! Otherwise, it was a lovely place, thank you.

I’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton. I’ve stayed at The Four Seasons never in my life. Has the staff been so snobby you would’ve thought I would get that from higher in hotels not from Omni hotel. The pool look outdated cracks on the tile but more than anything was the way the staff acted and treated us.

No where to sit at the pool, broken chairs, broken umbrellas, broken lounge chairs. You couldn't get breakfast because of the lines. You had to fight to get a burger, a beer for your spot on the pickleball court. Oversold, over promised, underdelivered.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! Beautiful infinity adult pool and two other pools for family ! They had tons of activities for families/kids and adults as well (live music events everynight! Great restaurants. Extremely nice staff . I liked how there were managers walking around and the staff always picking up any trash and abandoned towels . Always tons of towels availables. Very attentive staff . Beautiful property overlooking the Hill country and golf course ! Will definitely book another staycation

I stayed here 4 days and never once made it anywhere without getting lost. It was draining.

The Omni Barton Creek resort is beautiful, the staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. There are 4 pools, all accessible, 2 are for adults. The only complaints we might have is that the 2 queen size beds in our room had very soft mattresses; we sleep on firm mattresses at home and in most hotels. The other minor complaint is in the bathroom; the vanity is small with no shelves on the other size for our shaving supplies and cosmetics. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We went here for a low key spring break from Dallas. It exceeded our expectations. Great for families with so many activities for adults and kids young or older. Loved that they have a Bobs on site for a nicer option for one of the nights. Great views. Loved it.

There were a couple of downsides. The service at the pool could definitely be improved, as staff didn’t feel very friendly or attentive. We also ordered room service twice, and both times our order was incomplete. That said, the staff was apologetic and handled it professionally. Overall, despite a few service hiccups, we had a nice stay and really enjoyed the property and amenities.

Other than that, everyone was very helpful. The breakfast manager was very nice. The late night bartender was very nice as well. The drinks were delicious. So overall very good experience. Next time we go, we’ll know what to do.

Crenshaw’s Bar and Eatery served me two mixed drinks that had fruit flys in the drink. The slider burgers I ordered from Jim Bobs Lounge were burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside. The food was not good.

We truly appreciated the staff for acknowledging our anniversary and thoughtfully upgrading our room—it made our stay feel special from the start. The service throughout was excellent, and the property and rooms were beautifully maintained. A memorable experience overall, and we would gladly return.

The staff were incredible! My family and I stayed from the 20th of Dec through the 26th. The Christmas buffet is something I'll dream of for years to come. The Spa attendants were absolutely amazing from being able to accommodate last minute bookings to the best massages and facials I've ever had. EVERYONE on the property was an absolute joy to engage with and the restaurant is Texas Spice and Crenshaw's became our go tos while we were there. Thank you Omni Barton Creek for the best Christmas and Birthday Week ever!!

The big minus is the extremely weak wifi signal in the room as well as the adjoining hallway. Download speeds were less than 0.5 MBPS. Upload speeds were in sane range whether in our rooms, in hallways, or in the lobby hotel. This made even simple tasks like scrolling on Facebooki difficult if not impossible. I mentioned this issue to the staff and they gave me another network to use. That being said, staff were wonderful. In addition I found the housekeeping and maintenance staff to be polite, helpful, and made to feel like a valued customer. There are 4 golf courses associated with this resort. We played the Foothills Fazio course. It was in immaculate shape. Overall a wonderful experiece with the only disappointment being the quality of wifi reception.

Property is very nice. Courses are great, if pricey. Hotel is the slightest bit worn around the edges, but I’m a real hotel snob and would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing resort

The fitness facility is top notch with everything you can imagine including an indoor track. It’s nice to see this older property still thriving and still trying to be a destination , not just a place to stay.

This was our first time here but it won’t be the last. Our kids had a great time and we enjoyed the hotel which offers great and relaxing views.

We have a great stay for fall break. The food on the property was very good. It was quiet and clean an plenty to keep everyone entertained and relaxed. We did the nature trail, the putt putt, the pool, the bounce house. Loved it and will be back. Very pretty property

We were double charged for breakfast I don’t remember pool service giving me a receipt of costs to sign. It felt overcrowded at adult pool. Mini golf was very outdated and not clean- kids running around everywhere without shoes. The stairs from 1st to restaurant with green wallpaper was so dirty and heavily trafficked. It just was disappointing. The front desk and cleaners were kind. We come to Austin often and must say I don’t think I would consider this spot again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. All facilities were good especially the 2 on property golf courses.

Everyone is very friendly and they have many options for foods and coffee shop with great espresso. The actual room is pretty standard but it’s comfortable.

Didn’t like how loud the lobby bar was- you could not hear the clerks at the desk. You had to shout. That’s not professional. Also didn’t like the tiny balcony outside the room- felt very unsafe and things could fall easily.

We had a very nice stay

The room we were given was disappointing. The window faced the front porch and couldn’t be opened, which made the stay uncomfortable. While the room itself was just average, we decided to check out early rather than spend another night there. Next time, I’ll choose a Marriott or Hilton instead.
