Bathtub was broken and clearly not well maintained at all , bed is hard and making a lot of noise and is on top of stool or I don’t know what they put the mattress on. Overall this is was really an uncomfortable experience

Not much. There was black mildew in the shower. The door knob in the bathroom was completely broken. The know was literally inside the door. Not functional. The sink was filling up with raw sewage. It was disgusting. There was a 1ich gap under the front door. I could put my hand under and through the door. The sheets had a burn hole from probably a cigarette. The entire room smelt like sewage. It was soo awful. I think a refund is in order. On one of the lights, someone has used a black marker to color the bottom of the light ficture. The sewage smell was nauseous

This is the best low cost option in the city. No bugs, no vermin, no loud neighbors. The only problem is a thing no one can fix. It's the highway, which is why this location is so affordable. All things considered this place is awesome and the staff are sooooo sweet and knowledgeable. The highway but again, that's why this location is so affordable.

Walked i to the room, main light didn't work, one of the lights beside the bed worked, the tv had no signal, once I had at least some light from the few lights that did work there was a whole in the wall, and the board under the mattress had the plastic strip around it loose at a corner, to flush the toilet have to hold the buttons down until it's finished flushing

We stayed here four nights, two of those nights there were two different couples literally screaming at each other in the hall. There was a broken down pickup truck with flat tires and a car in the parking lot on jacks with no tires. The carpeting in the halls was filthy and the room maintenance was terrible. Everything was old and worn out and there were holes in the shower curtains.

Very old building that needs cosmetic repairs as well as building maintenance. There were no amenities like soda or snack machines. Washers and dryers were not working. A very basic place to stay for a night. No frills just a bed which is very old. Did not feel really safe due to the location of the property backing up to an apartment complex. Was said to be a non-smoking room but the bathtub had cigarette burns all over it where people would put cigarette's down while using the toilet or taking a bath. Door to bathroom was falling apart. The room was clean, had hot water and the A/C kept the room comfortable.

Room had roaches and bathroom door didn't shut all the way. Also had what looks like a cigarette burn in mattress and also smelled like old cigarettes. The staff was nice considering how late we got there. Staff was cool room was yikes

Everything was good, you can tell the building is old, some steps and balcony looks disturbing.

Table was broken. Bathtub stained. Bugs and smears on the ceiling. Bed was horrible and springy. Pillowcases and sheets were dirty. Smelled like pot. We didnt stay and didnt get our money back.

Good for cheap quick stay, looked a little run down some for some one who’s coming in late from out of town

The property was sketchy. There was a lot of folks outside that didn’t belong at motel six. I had two different family members over through the night and one of them even was in the office with me at check in. We were in my room when the manager came to my door and kicked my cousin out and I asked him why he has to leave and they wouldn’t give me a reason. He told me that I was next then later on that evening my brother came over and about 2 mins later the manager was at the door again kicking us both out I’ve never been treated so bad in my life.

The two of us stayed for 4 days. The room was larger and more accessible than we expected for the price. Each day we came home to a spotlessly clean and organized room. The staff attending the front desk was very friendly.

The AC was not cool enough. The lights didn’t work. The water in the shower only worked in hot or super hot. The phone in the room didn’t work. The base of the bed cut me since it was not smooth when getting off and on the bed. The bed didn’t have enough pillows. It was a horrible experience

The room was clean but the ac smelled like the filter hasn't been changed since the Reagan administration.

It was good for the price and for a quick weekend trip.

The sidewalks for the 2nd floor are in poor condition. The bed was extremely loud and noisy. Couldn't move at all without it squeaking.

The mattress of the unit was in extremely in bad conditions, it is like a dark cloud, ymthis hitel has to renovate theirs mattress

We’ve stayed at Motel 6 plenty of times in the past, and usually found them to be basic, but clean and friendly; just fine for when you just need somewhere to sleep. We’re from Austin, but don’t live there now, and we’ve seen this property before even though we hadn’t stayed there. It seemed fine then - but not now.

The staff was sweet and kind. The room sucked cus of no refrigerator and no microwave. The people that were in the next room smoked pot and I am allergic!! Very allergic!! Cus of the drug people there was no changing room.

Was decently priced but saw why when there was bugs everywhere.

The front desk lady was nice. However, the motel wise is old and has cockroach on the floor. The water and everything was not as clean due to old appliances. For $168 for a double bed room. Of course giving $30 more, you could find a better place

The Indian man at the front desk does not give a got dang about how long you have been living at the damn hotel rude as ever he should be fired …. Care about your residents the people in one wholesome

Weve always stayef at this motel 6 for the passed 7yrs and it seems like if its our first tme very welcome nice and peaceful safe n quiet not 1 prb since amd the dtaff very nice rooms very clean my favorite motel 6 here and everything works . Is an A plus for me :)

The water was out for my entire stay and that was stressing to deal with because apart from getting the room from a business trip I extended to take a shower and couldn’t.

There were dead and alive bugs in the bed. When I untucked the sheets, a pair of undergarments fell onto the floor.

Property grounds were dirty. The laundry room only had one washer that worked, & the air conditioner in there was broken as well. The pool had a lot of dirt in the bottom.

This left me with no choice but to check out immediately, leaving me with no place to stay for the night. This level of service is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The fact that there was no one available to address the issue and provide a solution is concerning. It is also concerning that such a hotel would have issues with cleanliness and pests. This has left a negative impression on me and I hope you can address this issue and ensure that it does not happen to any other guests in the future. Thank you, Carlos Diaz Room 216

Love staying at this Mitel 6 because you are allowed to check in early if there is a room ready.

The pool needed cleaning and the ice machine never had ice. The non smoking room that I was in has a slight smell of stale cigarette smoke.

There were a lot of roaches and a pervasive smell of mildew/mold in the room that was really unpleasant. staff was great though, just not a lot you can do about those kinds of inconveniences.

The water pressure was actually good!

The motel was very unsafe

TV had no working HDMI ports. Air conditioning unit didn't work properly. No venting fan in bathroom. View was a parking lot of junk cars. No parking available near rooms. WIFI signal was too weak to support any device. Front desk was unattended for whole visit. Only had towels for one person and no one at desk to get more towels.

It was close to a few restaurants the staff were friendly and accommodating

Don't book with this chain. We canceled our reservation but not only did not they cancel but they kept it open and charged me a no show fee of $70. These people are complete crooks and will take advantage of your situation at every corner. I called corporate and got the run around and they refuse to refund my money.

Mañager is a horrible person abd has no soul and her assistant Nancy is just as horrible. They are running a sex ring out of the hotel. Ill report it to the police. Not to mention the manager refused to ive me her name.

Lets start off that only one side of the hotel gets wifi that would be the front ones facing the road. I had to hangout outside in the front to use the wifiThe ice maker never worked the whole time I stayed there. Lastly the remote in every room i was in didn't work correctly.

Well I'm homeless and needed a place to warm up at so rented a room here it was cheaper out of the choices. But the room had 2 lights out, no internet, remotes don't work, and the ice machine didn't work. Service was good considering the state of the hotel.

The room itself was extremly clean and well furnished. The exterior though was just lacked luster. There was alot of people always hanging out in the parking lot. The vending machines (all 3) didnt work at all. And house keeping made it a point to knock daily at 9am asking if your checking out waking me up every time. That was frustrating to say the least. Other than that, overall, 6 out of 10.

While there for one night there was 4 roaches crawling around and the room smelled like raid. This is a horrible place to stay and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. The bed was on a wood platform that didn’t even cover the entire mattress so the edge of the mattress was just dangling.

There was nothing to like.

The room smelled like an ashtray. It was super dirty had roaches all over. Someone tried to get in the room in the middle of the night as well. Never again will I stay there!

I've stayed in this Motel 6 location many times before in the past and I'll most likely stay there again in the near future. The front desk clerks and housekeeping crew have always been extremely welcoming, courteous and super friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of!!!

This hotels need to be demolished by now, this are old and staff seems not to care about the cleanliness of the place. This are becoming a homeless refuges.

When I went to front desk for second room I explained I was allergic to smoke! They gave me second non-smoking room that had a repulsive smell same as first room. I would not stay there again under any circumstances.

most guests seemed to be blue collar construction worker types. . . best I could tell they all arrived about 7pm, were in bed by about 8pm and by 8am they were ALL long gone. Super convenient location, property not much to look at. . . but room was B+ clean, B+ updated-ness.

The rooms and service are fine, standard Motel 6. The row of guest rooms on the back of the building are very tightly next to a fence with barbed wire, and does not have high visibility, particularly at night. I had no issues, but would consider this if visiting, particularly alone.

Hotel room was non smoking and it definitely smelled like cigarettes upon entering the room. Leaving the next morning, my belongings reeked of cigarette smoke. Terrible experience for myself and my child who has asthma.
