It's a rough neighborhood. Got chased by a man tweaking with a stick. Hahah i will say the lobby door being buzz in only helped. Nice staff, room was clean.

I had very low expectations about this motel. But I was surprised to find clean floors, a clean bathroom and clean bedding. When I first walked into the room the air conditioning temperature was perfect and it worked well.

The air conditioning leaked in my room.

I was able to sleep and avoid the outside noise. Staff was kind but overworked. The swimming pool was unusable and the laundry facilities were out of service.

Location The room was dirty, huge cockroach was crawling on wall. we were moved to another room but night was not restful scared more bugs might come out.

Out in the open, quiet area by the freeway. That my room was in the back ha.

Arrived and was not allowed to get a room because I paid for it thru Expedia even do I called previously and told they had my room

Bought an ice cream bar at reception & it was half melted & partially refrozen (icy). Very friendly staff but as soon as I got to room I became very unhappy. Asked for another room but told there wasn’t any.

It was good, convenient if you need just a stay for a day or two and Cheap is good enough nothing extraordinary

Air conditioning was weird. Put in on cool, no problem. Put in heat and somehow the air smells of urine. Good location otherwise.

None of the amenities work, no vending, no drinks, no washing, everything was broken. FEMALES ARE NOT SAFE HERE!! Any time my girlfriend stepped outside alone she was accosted by men and was approached by cars asking for "dates" On checkout day, even though checkout is at 11am, the cleaning staff began banging on our door and telling us we need to leave at 9am. This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. I repeat strongly, DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU WILL NOT BE SAFE!!

I was in the front and it’s pretty decent well I ended up coming back and I got a room in the back and you can see the big difference light and day. You have crackheads in the back wilding out

There was an empty condom wrapper on the floor, a dead cockroach and dead cricket in the bathroom, and mold in the shower. Overall just a very gross room, I’m surprised there weren’t bed bugs also.

I had to do a quick trip to go to a track meet with my son. Senior year has been hitting my pockets plus a family vacation coming up but never ever again will I book this type of facility again. Broken beds, bugs, inoperable tv's and the pool looked so gross. This is one of those times where I literally needed a placed to wash my a$$ and take a quick nap. I definitely do not recommend!

Room had a strong pinesol smell, bathroom door was broken, and sink faucet was loose. Old property with a broken cement step they need to fix before someone falls and hurts themselves.

Rooms had 5 roaches waiting by the door as we walked in, then many more on the counter that the tv was on. They didn’t want to offer a refund for how nasty their rooms were, and the floors were destroyed and broken all over the room

Clean room, good air conditioner

Key card didn't work on second day. Shower was luke warm, before the plumbing broke and then the shower didn't work at all. Sink stopper was broken. Microwave was broken. Room phone was broken. Exterior stairs were dangerous. The steel rebar was rusting causing the concrete to disintegrate and parts of the stair lip to break off. There was one step on the back stairway that was broken off all the way across the step making the top of the step only 3-4" wide.

This was the second time we have stayed at this location, and both times there were issues with roaches in the room. This last visit, we needed a toilet plunger bc the toilet backed up and we were told that the maintenance person had left for the day, not providing any solution.

Everything was good during my stay. AC worked properly and the place wasn’t noisy at all. Staff was nice. Check in was easy. You get what you pay and the price was good for the location.

Stayed recently. Overall good, but the air conditioning was not effective and it was very hot. A tech came after I reported it and said they would fix the next day, but it never happened. Otherwise, everything was fine.

has cockroach , the stairs are all messed up and the rooms that are “smoke free” still smell like smoke

Decent place AC was kinda loud so if u like white noise while u sleep than this is the place for you but other than that no problems

The room was small, but clean and the bed and air conditioning comfortable. Small TV, no refrigerator, most vending machines and laundry were labeled out of order. Got service according to local price for motels

The lady working the front desk was very nice. When we got to our non smoking room there was cigarette burns all over the table bathtub and sink. The floor was very dirty.

Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke. Vending machines were all empty and snacks/beverages behind the counter were cash only. WiFi was almost non-existent and several lights flickered.

the room is average. if you spend most of your day out and just need somewhere to sleep its ok. try to get the rooms in the back not facing i35. its quitter.

¡LA CUCARACHAS! ...and they have more than two legs! BRING 2 CANS OF ROACH SPRAY IF YOU STAY THERE...YES, 2 CANS!!! AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE THAT CAN OPEN, STAYS CLOSED!!! My advice...DO NOT STAY THERE!!!...YOU'RE BETTER OFF SLEEPING OUTSIDE. 5 THUMBS DOWN!!!

Clean room, a lot of restaurants nearby was a plus.

Well again this motel doesn't have a microwave or refrigerator they had a nice machine but it was far away up by the office I should know by the time you got back hell it's taxes after all

The rooms smell bad and its to bad we checked out after hours of checked in

Room smelt like weed. Tub was dirty had hair in it. Including pubic hair. One 1 wash rag for 2 people. Floor was not swept. Not happy at all.

The room wasn’t the best. There were roaches & the place looked sketchy. We purchased a blanket at Target to cover the bed. Cleaning lady came in at 9am without knocking. I told her we weren’t ready & she says check out is at 11am which i was aware of ! She came back two more times … opened the door without knocking & i had to get rude & told her to come back at 11:01! She really pissed me off. I would give zero stars if i could

Paint chips on the floor, no shampoo in room, mattress and bed frame was at least 15 years old. Creaked every time I moved. Bed linens at least 10 years old.

Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. For being so inexpensive you can’t ask for much more than that.

Great air conditioning and the staff went well beyond helpful.

Our room was clean but very basic. I should have checked on what was included. No coffee maker, no fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer and a small bar of soap at sink and one for the bath. Bed not comfortable. The ladies at the front kindly gave us cups of boiled water to make hot tea and the do have coffee in the small reception room.
