The hotel was clean and it was quiet. We got a really good nights sleep.

Do not stay in room 101. There was a constant dripping noise in the bathroom. The room didn’t appear to be upgraded. Also the front area smelled like weed. Breakfast was definitely a miss. Not much variety

I finished my business so I decided to check out two days early. The front desk staff said I needed expedia to contact them so that I could get a refund. I told her that I spoke with AI and they said it was non-refundable. She said I should talk to a real person and gave me the phone number to call. I was able to get a full refund for two days. She did not have to do that for me. She went above and beyond!

It was close to the airport which was the principal reason for booking The 'free' breakfast was a rather poor selection of microwaveable UPF rolls, the only worthwhile item was alimited selection of cereals.

The room was clean and spacious and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and efficient. I was also impressed by seeing the staff cleaning not only the inside of the building, but also the parking lot.

very clean lobby and rooms/restrooms i was pretty surprised! the staff were very helpful and didnt feel judgmental at all, the breakfast options are varied enough for a quick meal before heading out but still yummy nonetheless. the parking was pretty good, we had a view of our vehicle right out the window which was great. the bed, bedsheets and pillows were very comfortable and didnt give off that weird sensation hotel bedding often give? the pillows weren’t those soft flimsy ones which was GREAT! it was honestly pretty quiet thankfully since they were enforcing quiet hours at a certain time. the ac blew very cold (adjustable temperature of course) and although the room i was in was a bit small it still felt very comfortable. genuinely a great stay compared to other hotels ive stayed in!

This hotel is a good value for the price. Clean. The breakfast was fine. But the staff was very helpful, actually exceptional. I needed to check in early and check out late. No problem. No extra charge. Just understanding. I felt that the front desk receptionist actually cared about me!

My room was close to the breakfast area. At around 5:30 am, woke up to very loud banging noises that continued for 30 mins until I got up and asked the lady to please stop the noise. No consideration for hotel guests whatsoever. That was my terrible experience.

Anytime I’m in Austin at the airport this place is my go to. Easy parking, great breakfast selections and transportation to and from the airport is available as well. Rooms are very clean, cold, and quiet. staff very helpful and friendly.

Anytime I’m near the airport this is my go to place to stay. Rooms are extremely clean, cold, and beds are comfortable. They have coffee 24/7 which is amazing! And for breakfast they have a good selection of items to choose from as well.

Wish they had eggs as an option for breakfast.

The property is very clean, organized, friendly staff, good breakfast. The location was about 10-20 min from the touristic places. It is well worth the price! Wish they had eggs as an option for breakfast.

We stayed four nights and our room was never cleaned until the day before we were told that they had a lot of checkouts so they couldn’t get to our room to clean it. They only threw the trash two days and I complain to the housekeepers each one each day I complained to the front desk each day I asked for the number for corporate. Nobody had it. I’ll look it up, but it was terrible room service. We had none that cleaned our room once and only after I complained and complained I even told the maid she could leave the sheet and I would clean it myself, and she was willing to do that terrible service. They said that they only have so many hours to be there and clean so if you stay for one night, it’s OK but if you plan on staying for more than one night, I wouldn’t know if you want a clean room. My experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating and unreal that they will not clean your room and that they can’t stay over certain number of hours to clean your room because they have other checkouts

The staff was extra friendly and helped me book additional days at a lower cost. They were also able to find a way for me to stay in the room that I was already staying in w two queen beds despite me booking a room with only one bed. Its not a premium experience but staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not great but can hold you over. I mostly ate the fruit and went to the waffle house close by. Its convenient because its close to the airport and the highway. The rooms are clean and the staff is accomodating to your needs.

Overall good experience. Shower was hot, ac was cold. Even though we were by the elevator it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was maintained. Coffee was decent for hotel coffee. No complaints tbh.

Clean room. It didn’t cool well though. Also booked this hotel knowing there was a pool and was very disappointed that it was not cleaned and opened during our 4 day visit.

Staff was really nice. Room was really clean and bed super comfortable! Only complaint is the giant in the room above me that decided to practice marching back and forth from midnight till about 3AM! Once I finally went to sleep, I slept so hard I missed breakfast! Other than that it was a great stay. Will stay there again :)

Room was clean and less than 10 minutes from the airport. No restaurant at the hotel and the complimentary breakfast left me disappointed. There is a small coffee pot in room as well as a small fridge.

I like their accessibility for the Deaf in the room, such as an available doorbell. Love that the bathroom is big enough to change clothes. Spacious.

Literally it’s is quite place.

The elevator was broken. We were put in room right by the stair door so it slammed all night. The people above us must have been practicing marching band all night. Bed was hard as rocks and you are given 3 sheets on your bed as bedding… i went to get 24 hour coffee and it was closed down for over an hour to clean in the middle of breakfast time.

Staff was excellent and room was clean. Not huge but big enough. Good value for money.

What I strongly did not appreciate was how noisy my room was. It was facing the street and I could hear every stop, every go, and every revving of the engine outside. I could also hear every footstep and every person speaking in the room next door. This made it difficult to get sufficient, relaxing sleep. Something I also had higher hopes for was the breakfast. It was simply a few pastries with cereal and yogurt. The coffee was not fresh and came out of a standard machine. Although the coffee was technically 24 hours, it was not tasteful nor something to look forward to unfortunately. The elevators were also not functioning either meaning every trip I made, including bringing up and down my luggage, was not something I looked forward to and therefore difficult. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant and accommodating for minor issues.

Room was very clean and cleanliness was maintained throughout my hotel stay. I liked the room had a microwave and refrigerator. I received timely notifications as well.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and the sleeping area appeared to be refurbished and in good shape. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom showed a little bit of wear, but was clean. The towels are a bit small and thin. The hallways definitely show wear, but again, they were clean. I used the Fitness area, which was well maintained and had a nice view. The breakfast area is spacious and the breakfast options are varied. The front desk staff is helpful.
