Property well kept. If it is not a new building - it feels like it is.

It was clean. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Overall, though, I think I am done with La Quinta hotels based off of this experience.

Otherwise, the bathroom was very clean(no fan?) and the room and bed were good!

Rooms and whole place are nice. Bed is amazing and it happened to be pretty calm and quiet environment. Staff are nice but could be a bit nicer.

Check in was easy. The room was clean and spacious. I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. I would consider staying there again the next time I visit Austin.

Price was affordable Whole area nearby was under construction and made it hard to get out of hotel. The swimming pool wasn’t necessarily pool ready. Not like photos, water was murky green and cloudy. We brought our swimsuits and ended up not wanting to get in. That was disappointing bc it was so hot outside

This was a nice hotel although I had to change rooms in the middle of the trip. Room was giving me anxiety from the AC

Clean room, polite staff, location close to my destination Air conditioner was loud and the room didnt feel cool. Maybe a thermostst issue? Maid knocked on the door even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign out and had extended our stay earlier.

The room smelled horrible. Most likely because of the old dirty carpet. Also the air conditioner was extremely noisy. Sounded like a jet plane in the corner of the bedroom. We didn't sleep at all. We booked 2 nights and left after 1 despite not being able to get a refund for the 2nd night. That's how bad it was.

Breakfast and parking were both above average.

We stayed here while passing through Austin. It was a good location and quick, easy access to 35. It was worth the stay for the price and would stay here again.

The breakfast was great. The location was convenient as it is along the highway. There are alot of restaurants close to the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The only thing I didnt like was the pool not in service when we were about to use it. During check in it was still open.

The room wasnt terrible. The AC felt like it couldn't keep up and it was not as cold as we wanted in the middle of summer in Austin. There were lightbulbs not working in the bathroom. The pool was closed. The workout room looked nice. Breakfast option could have been better.

Do not book this hotel. After one night, I cancelled my booking. They still charged me for extended nights and keep giving me the run around about how to reach a manager for my entitled refund. Clearly customer service is not their priority and they prefer to bill for services not rendered.

The rooms are not cleaned daily, and towels must be changed only prior notify to the housekeeper. There is no air conditioning in the lobby at night, and there are flies.

Room was clean. I was only there for one day. I did not like that the lights on the bed didnt work though. Free breakfast was great though. I would stay there again.

Just an average hotel. Not bad, not great

Breakfast was below average. Front desk was not very welcoming. Absolutely zero perks. Needed to call down to replenish tissue and toilet paper. No bottled water unless you paid for it. Not planning to stay there again.

Traveling alone was not as big an issue as I wondered. I felt totally comfortable here. The staff was friendly, my room was very clean, and the lobby/breakfast area was well maintained. I was very impressed.

Hotel was close to downtown and had good staffing.

The bathroom floor was dirty with hair on the floor like it had not even been swept. The carpet also had not been vacuumed. The bed, shower and sink were clean. Staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was good.

Our stay was great. Rooms were very clean. Did have a wee bit of sugar ants, but housekeeping took care of the issue quickly. No more ants after that. Staff were great! I will definitely stay here again in the near future.

I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad.

Staff was not helpful and did not care that my room smelled horrible and there was broken glass in my carpet in my room. I couldn't sleep, stayed on night and left early in the morning. Will never stay at a LaQuinta ever again.

Hotel was clean and easy to access, but they did not clean the room or replace towels for the 2 nights we stayed. We are usemd to fresh towels and made bed everyday.

Worst La Quinta yet. We go to these because they’re affordable but still I expected at least one of the two televisions to work properly but neither did. We did have one remote which didn’t work for either TV. The AC was inconsistent and both me and my partner were sweating throughout each night as a result. The bed was without a doubt the least comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. There were also some stains in the room but otherwise fairly clean.

The property was very clean and quiet. I would have enjoyed it even more if I was able to watch Netflix at night and if there were more breakfast selections in the morning.

If you've stayed at the newer Del Sol or Moda prototype La Quintas, you’ll find this room significantly smaller. The location is convenient for dining out, but the 'Bright Side Breakfast' here is very limited. Additionally, the AC unit is extremely noisy; it sounds like heavy machinery starting up, making it difficult to get a quiet night's rest.

This was a clean, quiet and comfortable place for a short stay on a road trip. It is not in a walkable neighborhood but the microwave and fridge in the room were helpful. Breakfast was decent.

The room floors/carpet were dirty and there were mystery stains on the walls in room/bathroom. The room layout itself is awkward, with the bathroom door being right next to the mini fridge/coffee area, which is right next to the main door, making you feel trapped. The breakfast was sub par with overly dry eggs and no one seemingly available if you need assistance with anything.
