The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location was great and easy to find. The room was not so good. The room smelt like a wet dog, the refrigerator was not cooling, and the tv did not work.

Location is great. Pool was relaxing. Clean facilities. Breakfast was better than similar properties.

This executive king room was arranged VERY well. Gave two areas of privacy in the same room. Breakfast was just ok. Very dry eggs. Just didn't seem to match the quality of the hotel.

All the desk clerks were really really nice and very helpful above and beyond Special thanks to "Alex " There was a smell like mildew when I first stepped in the room, but housekeeping came in immediately and refreshed the carpet. The next morning upon showering, I found that the water in the tub drained very slow!

Very friendly staff, great vibes, and everything was clean. I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of nearby stores for shopping, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Shaun was very welcoming to us from the very beginning and was always friendly when we would walk in the door. Excellent location and reasonable price. It could be cleaner like any property.

Great price, location is great, close to shopping, hospitals and public transportation to go downtown. Staff is very helpful and the star of the stay was the breakfast. Everyday they have a rotating menu of things they offer. Highly recommended!

Staff was nice & helpful. Swimming pool was clean & comes with a big grill outside. Perfect location plenty of things to eat & activities around you. The mall is 5 minutes away. Walmart & targets also Sam’s is 3-5 minutes away.

The room itself was beyond filthy. There were white stains all over the floor and even on the side of the bed, which was completely unacceptable. It didn’t look like the room had been properly cleaned at all. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly disgusted. We went to the front desk for help, hoping to switch rooms or get some kind of resolution, but the night shift employee, Melanie, was no help at all. She told us she couldn’t do anything—no room change, no contacting anyone—and said we’d have to deal with Expedia ourselves. The only thing she offered was new sheets, which didn’t fix the problem at all, especially since the stains were on the bed frame and throughout the room. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere clean and professionally managed.

I can see why this hotel is rated so well. Staff were kind and considerate. The breakfast options were plentiful. For late sleepers, it's nice that it's available until 10, and the late check out is at noon. The fitness center & pool were in great condition. The only thing I would have changed would be getting rid of carpet in the rooms. Hotel carpets always smell like stinky feet, and there's really no way around it, but to get rid of it. Thankfully our room had a window that cracked open and it was cool enough to leave it cracked in the evening when we arrived to help the smell dissipate.

Pictures showed vs what it truly looks like it’s a complete scam / catfished. We walked in and there was no lights just 2 lamps. Everything was stained sheets looked like they had blood on them same as the curtains. Everything was dusty. We took off the pillowcases due to how dirty they were. Then we noticed roaches crawling on the walls and on the cabinets. We checked in and within 8 minutes we checked out !

I have been VERY impressed by the professional staff AND the facility. The complementary breakfast was AWESOME, so I poked my head in the kitchen and thanked the lady to prepared it for us. I liked this facility so much, I decided to extend my stay for a few days. Thank you!

The place was nice but the shower was very small (not enough room to stretch arms out and the internet was not working.

The staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was really good. Had to use the washer & dryer they were not expensive at all and they were clean.

We had to ask for clean towels and then with four people in a room they would only leave two towels so then we would have to go get more.

Check in was a easy and quick. However, she didn't give us any information about breakfast or check out times. The property needs some upgrades. The bathroom has rust stains in the shower. The room door has damages and a wooden block attached to the top safety lock. It was good for one night. The cleaning staff went above and beyond by providing chocolates with a note. They also have microwavable popcorn, coffee/tea in the room. The dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also great touches. The hotel is next to Texas Children's Hospital which is great for us because we were here for an appointment. The snacks and drinks sold in the lobby were also a great convenience.

Non accurate information, given a key to a different room, room service lady let us in with the master key and then being kicked out to go to the right room. So humiliating :(. Room was stinky, had to keep the window open for a ventilation. Waited for 1 and half hour for the room to be cleaned on Saturday Morning, bedding . All in all, not a pleasant experience, in fact I am requesting a refund of the amount paid fir this room.

Good place near food places and 183. Clean. Staff is very good. Our door jam was damaged so the door lock did not work but door itself locked. Not fixable - needs a new door jam. No worries about safety. Breakfast good.

Very BIG difference between this location and the location close to the airport. This location is VERY CLEAN, staff is extremely friendly, and their housekeepers anticipate your needs at this location. I’d recommend staying here, over any other location hands down.!
