I had an issue with the air conditioner, and the water in the bathroom sink was not draining properly. I had only booked the room for one night, but unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.

The front desk staff lady. She even greeted me by the next morning for breakfast. She asked about the concert I was in town for as well. That let me know how she cares about her guest. N/A. Except the room was stuffy when we arrived but after running the a/c got better.

Some of the rooms had outdoor entrances, the room we had was located inside, very spacious and clean. The proximity of the hotel was very close to downtown, which was perfect for The event we were attending. Very pleased with our stay..

This property had a good location. The guy upfront was very helpful. I did not see what they had for breakfast. The parking was good no fee.

The room we stayed in with nice. The fridge was so cold. The only thing is the crickets kept coming inside. But the front desk were very helpful. I needed a last minute late check out and the front desk was so helpful. I would stay again.

Our flight was delayed and we got there until 1am!! Front desk was super nice and helpful, room was clean, biiiig bed, clean bathroom, great breakfast… loved our stay!

Staff was very kind and polite. Pool was shut down due to resurfacing, which was inconvenient as it was very hot. Due to my husband's physical therapy needs we only stayed 1 night and went to a place with a pool so he could due his water therapy. The pool closure should have been disclosed at the time we checked in. I asked for a refund and the manager said yes but it would need to come from booking.com since I booked my reservation with them. I contacted booking.com and they charged me $110.00 to proceed with the refund after stating 3 out of the 4 nights would be refunded. I only got $59.00 back so we lost money all around.

Nice big, clean cool room. They were very helpful when we asked for them to hold some food items in the freezer for us so that they didn’t melt in the hot Austin heat before our flight.

Debra was absolutely phenomenal! I asked if I could check in early due to travels plans and she accommodated immediately. She was so helpful and personable, I would come back just to chat with Debra! The room was lovely, I loved the security cameras on the exterior and the keypad system that they had for the interior. It brought me peace of mind as a solo traveler. The free parking and complimentary breakfast was a great touch especially for the area! The ONLY downside was the very helpful washer and dryer was right by my room and it was quite humid and hot in the hallways while the dryer was in use. Other than that small downside I would absolutely stay here the next time I’m in Austin!

Big fenced in lot, very clean. Semi truck/ trailer parking on site. Rooms are spacious, full amenities, good breakfast, extremely helpful staff. I highly recommend it. If you Uber, don't bother with the Waymo. It gets lost in the parking lot. Great motel for the price. 5/5

This was an okay place to stay in a not quite okay park of town. Lots of people roaming around the area. The man at the front desk was delightful. Very friendly and chatty. The room was okay. It's definitely an older place and there were some areas (toilet and sink) that were probably as clean as they could get but had some unappealing stains. the beds were soft but not uncomfortable. The television and wifi were good. Not too bad a place but we won't be back.

The room was clean and spacious (2 dog kennels and instrument storage needed). the location is close to everything and easy to access.

To make matters worse, the manager acknowledged the situation, apologized, and personally shook my hand while promising us a partial refund. That promise was never honored, which made an already upsetting experience even more disappointing. The only bright spot during our stay was Erick, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely tried to make my partner and me feel comfortable. He provided excellent customer service despite everything else that happened. Unfortunately, one exceptional employee cannot outweigh the serious safety, cleanliness, and customer service concerns we experienced. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I had a really bad experience and they made me pay again because they said they couldn’t see my payment with Expedia

The location Our room was moved the day after we showed up. We were at a business event at the time and we returned to all our belongings missing. We had unpacked everything and had them in there appropriate places and they went through our stuff, touched our underwear, threw away our personal bathroom items and tossed everything on the floor in a closet in another building. We panicked as NO ONE informed us of the move!!! After we found our luggage and attempted to go to the new room we discovered that it smelled ransid with urine! It was discusting and they caused my wife massive emotional trauma. I need a full refund of the entire stay.

Eric the manager was amazing, as well as the security guard. Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is dated but clean. Right next to a an also very good Mexican restaurant. It’s Austin so a lot of homeless in the area.

Booked the room for my brother who was having surgery. He needed to stay an additional night. The Staff was very helpful, and was able to do everything over the phone.

Facility is dirty, however, inside room is clean. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is horrible. Ppl next room and around were so loud. We couldn’t sleep at all. The hotel is at a busy intersection. We could hear cars passing by all night long.

The door to my room was missing part of the door facing, which means that the lock was actually exposed and not secure. A swift kick to my door would have opened it. These outside stairs going down from the second floor to the first had wire doors or gates at the ground floor. One of those gates was missing the hardware to open it. If I had gone down that staircase because of a fire, I would’ve been trapped at the bottom.

Although the 8-10 foot fence around the property made me a little apprehensive, I felt safe knowing that they have taken precautions for that. The room was perfect! It was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The property is currently doing renovations and upgrades, so some parts of it were not accessible. I would not hesitate to book this property again. It is close enough to downtown Austin to make drive short and far enough away that the price is reasonable.

This place was a complete disaster. The front desk staff was unprofessional and completely unresponsive to our family emergency. Expedia and I kept trying to call, but the man at the desk claimed he couldn’t hear the phone because of the weather. Within the 15 minutes of booking the room, I canceled due to a family emergency. The business showed no compassion. They offered no form of reimbursement or credit. As a military family who frequently travels, we understand that emergencies can happen, but this place didn’t even offer any empathy. There are countless other motels in the area that would have handled this situation better. If you’re looking for a business that prioritizes the needs of its customers, this place is definitely not the one for you.

Next trip, I hope I remember to ask for handicap restroom because it was hard for me to take a shower due to no hand rails.

Also, the rooms need serious updates and cleaning. The phone in the room was not working and the restroom shower head was leaking. Also the gate that you have to enter to access your rooms from the outside was right outside our room and the noise from it was very loud and annoying any time someone went through it. Area is also kind of sketchy. Kind of pricey for that type of property. And the only entrance to get into the property was really inconvenient.

They are currently doing some renovations, our room was fairly clean, some spots were a little dirtier than others but no major red flags. The AC kept us cool, and I’m sure the heat would’ve work if we needed. We didn’t have an clean services but saw them active around the property. The staff was friendly, especially the security guard! The pool was kind of gross and unclean, and freezing, didn’t end up getting in.

The AC barely kept the room cool. The whole place was somewhat run-down and not the cleanest. Breakfast was shown as being until 10am on weekends, but the person in charge started putting things away at 9am and when another guest pointed out that the sign said 10am, he gruffly told her that things had changed.

Place needs to be remodeled, new paint on the exterior does not elevate the property

The front desk and manager were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the area is not safe, our room was not cleaned or beds made, others rooms were not clean or made as well. I felt bad for the manager and front desk person. They did give us a refund and we ended up staying in a more expensive nice hotel downtown. We were just passing the so thought a clean inexpensive hotel would be perfect, unfortunately this wasn’t it.

This place is Amazing! The Staff is super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The property is kept very clean and secure. The breakfast was beautiful and the 24 hr unlimited coffee kept us going!! The only thing is Ubers have a hard time finding the entrance to hotel. 10 stars!!

A staff member rudely targeted a guest at the breakfast bar and accused him of not being a guest and forced him to proof he was a guest, This was done in front of everyone that were dining at the time. The guest was polite with the staff at all times and the staff was disrespecting him which is why it was so upsetting.

The worst part of this story is in the morning a woman now checking me out asked if everything was okay, I told her I was disappointed about getting locked out and the whole story. He could have called my room when I got back amd said I need to pay or leave. I am handicapped and after all that driving just wanting to eat and collapse I spent 20 minutes dealing with bozo the clown. Acting like I did something to personally offend him. Anyway a manager heard me telling her my story amd tried interrupting me and LYING. "He did not lock you out of your room, it was just a coincidence, that happens sometimes, we would not lock you out like that". Ok you lying jerk. He physically lockes the door and had to walk down and unlock it. "Oh, ok, sorry". They gave me the $25 back. There was no need to make me feel like a criminal.

Room needs some work. Lamps didn't work, tub had a patch that when you stood on it, it was unstable. There some building maintenance going on.You heard the saw at 7:30am. It was annoying. The staff was friendly and they had security, which was great.

Though the hotel was being remodeled, my room was very spacious and comfortable. Being near the highway ambient noise was unavoidable.
