Excellent and great deal for the amount of stay. Staff was friendly, few stores and a HEB around too for quick for groceries or anything you may need. Would recommend 👍

Booking.com made an error in my booking which caused so much inconvenience on my end and instead of making up for their errors, they wanted me to book another hotel again in the late time of the day and they will only refund me the difference through a travel credit only after I made a payment in the new reservation. This is such a disappointment!

They only clean once a week They don't change towels or toilet paper in the room, no matter how long you stay. It's very easy to hear any noise coming from adjoining rooms.

Neighbors in the next room always had some sort of sounds coming through the walks all night every night...I imagine it could be some sort of CPap machine. But I fine it somewhat annoying when I'm trying to sleep

The person in the room next to me would play music and even though I called it in it would persist. I did not get one decent nights sleep the entire time I was there. my neighbor.

They took all my money after not wanting to rent to me because my sister was paying for the room for me. Were on the brink of being homeless and have been sleeping in the car. I was just trying to get a decent place to sleep and didn’t find it here. Thanks but no thanks

I didn’t eat at the community breakfast. My room was extremely infested with cockroaches! Of several types from infant to adults to different breed types under the fridge, kitchen cabinets, and I assume inner walls. A personal package of pork raw steaks and half eaten pizza was left in the freezer and fridge. The edges of the floor had dirt, dust, debris in which I assume lack of adequate vacuuming, properly housekeeping, and healthcare standards sanitation.

The picture in the APP is not what it is in person. Paint peeling from the cabinets. Burn marks in the linoleum and carpet. Bathtub backing up. It looked like homeless people lived on the property. Could be one of the hotels the city of Austin gives vouchers for homeless people to stay at. One of this was mentioned on the APP. Do not stay at the property.

I reserved a room for 1 week I got to the hotel at 10pm the hotel said since I didn’t get there by 6. They canceled my whole reservation and proceeded to charge 240.00 for cancelling my room. I’ve never had such horrible experience and will never use Expedia or this hotel ever again

Do not stay here. The front desk is only managed a few hours a day and when you try to call the managers, you go to voice-mail. My studio was fine - it was just renovated. The problem is, it is unsafe. There are a lot of people loitering around, drinking, smoking, late into the night and there is no 24 hour security. The safety lock on my unit was broken - as if somebody had previously kicked it in. I could not securely lock my door. My card key worked 50% of the time. I called the managers and left voice-mails but nobody called me back. I left after two nights. I was committed for 7 nights. I asked for a refund - via voice mail - and nobody called me back.

Upon arrival our room was extremely dirty/unsanitary. Bugs, food, and sticky stuff all over the floor. The towels in the room were USED and DIRTY… The smell of smoke was all over as well. We wanted to check out that same night but the office is only open form 11am-7pm as we checked in around 6:45 we missed the front desk associate and since it’s closed on Sunday there was no one to assist us. I contacted the front desk and they state I need to reach out via a form online to get a refund or for someone to even address my complaints. We had no choice but to leave early since the condition of the room was grotesque. On top of that our room was supposedly vacant and no guest were to be in that room. We had maintenance come in early to our room on Sunday thinking no one was there, he even stated no one was supposed to be in the room. We had to ask him for a vacuum to try and clean some of the stuff all over the floor. He even stated that “the room was not ready and someone dropped the ball on this.” We used baby wipes and alcohol to clean the tables and black residue came off of all the surfaces. The cleanliness issues were never addressed. The signs at the property state the rooms are triple cleaned and Covid guidelines are in place when they are NOT. We had to leave as the room was in such bad condition and we were concerned for our health and safety.

The stay had all the essential amenities I needed. However, the room wasn’t that clean. Even the weekly cleans weren’t thorough enough. Neighbors were sometimes loud, even after after-hours staff was called. After-hours staff were helpful on other issues. Overall, not bad for a 30-day stay.

Cigarette smoke. There was mold in the shower and smooshed cockroaches on the walls. There was some weird white and brown stain on the carpet and make up on the pillowcases. All this after housekeeping walked out of my room stating she had bleached and sterilized everything.
