As always, I like the queen bed suite, which is a real suite that has a door between the two areas. That's a major factor for me to choose to stay by Homewood Suites.

Manager had a major attitude problem, snd they won’t accept even $1 of cash at this hotel, will not be back.

The light in.the.bathroom flickered really bad, and the light in the bedroom ceiling fan not.work. I reported.nothe of these to maintenance and nothing was ever done. Also, when we.got ready.to go to bed, we discovered that the.mattress.pad was on top of.the sheets and.under the spread. I personally pulled them off and put.them in a.corner, and again, told.the front desk. And.no one ever came and remade.the beds.

Clean room and good free breakfast. Sticker on bathroom mirror states they only clean the rooms and replace towels every two days. Nice to have Free parking too. Lots of other hotels in Austin area charge for parking. Hotel is located in a business park area which was nice and quiet too. We'd stay there again.

I was pleased that the room features I expected to have when I made my reservation, were exactly what I had when I got to my room. In addition, the shower water pressure was excellent, I could not hear my neighbors, and the breakfast spread was very attractively set up and on time. It was just one night, but it was a good one. Appreciated.

Comfy beds, unbelievably quiet!! Loved the size of room and great place to relax at end of stressful days. Breakfast was one of the best spreads I’ve ever had in a hotel “free” breakfast.

The place is falling apart. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

The room smelled like greasy food slept with the window windows open to try to help with the odor other than that it was pretty clean

Everything was very clean, fully stocked and ready for us when we arrived. No complaints whatsoever and the continental breakfast was excellent! Anything we did request, was given promptly and everyone was very kind.

The staff was great! Breakfast was top notch. The room was very comfortable and clean. The room sepration between the livingroom and bedroom was very convenient. Some items in the room needed a little TLC like a wobbly outlet and a small hole on the bottom corner of the floor.

The property looks Ok but housekeeping could be improved, especially the restrooms. Additionally, it's a bit off putting to hear the front desk staff talking down on this country. I dont believe politics should be a topic of discussion.

high and the water pressure was outstanding! as well as the smell of the shampoo, lotion and soap. The staff was helpful as well! A little bit of TLC and this location can be jewel. We didn't use the pool or gym, but they do have it.

Overall our stay was fine but the a/c never cooled the room down. We only stayed one night but it was 74-75 degrees in the room the whole time. Too toasty for me.

The front desk clerk was great at check in, throughout our stay and again at check out. The amenities and the layout of our room was perfect. We would stay here again. Great central location.

I got a bit more than what I paid for, which is all I want! Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected in terms of quality and variety. Location is very convenient but our room was fairly noisy. The staff was friendly.

Great beds. Quiet halls. The only complaint was the water did not stay hot long enough for my shower, but in their defense they were completely booked the nights we stayed there.

We enjoyed our suite. Before we checked out we had an issue with the dishwasher and the front desk staff was reassuring that engineering/ maintenance was going to handle it. We were pleased with how responsive they seemed.

We got in really late and they tried to give us a room that was having some issue and needed a fan in the room to blow out a really bad smell. We said there was no way we would be able to stay in the room, as it reaked. The staff was very nice and gave us another room.

Comfortable bed

We stayed at this hotel two nights while visiting Waco and Austin. The hotel was close to the airport, right off the interstate and was very clean. The breakfast was great too.

Great place and location

Only down side was staying on the first floor. You could hear water draining from the second floor and upstair neighbors movement would also be loud. If you have a chance get upper level rooms

The extra rooms offers a lot of privacy for a family of 4. The staff was wonderful and made a nice breakfast too. The woman who made breakfast was very kind.

Great location. Easy access to the airport, downtown, Barton Springs, Ut campus, plenty of entertainment and recreational opportunities. The breakfast each day was great and the manager’s reception on Wednesday evening with wine, beer and a light dinner was perfect before going downtown for live music. The hotel was clean, quiet and a perfect home base in Austin.

This place looks like any other suite type facility. Breakfast, gym, pool, etc. were all nice and served their purpose. I was blown away by the friendly, courteous, and professional staff.

We love the suite style rooms at the hotel because we have more space. The young lady who checked us in was very sweet, pleasant to talk too & made great suggestions for brunch/lunch. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is older so you have to expect it won’t be as modern. The lobby had been updated & looks very modern. The breakfast was great too (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.). The breakfast team was amazing & very friendly.

The property was somewhat dated and dingy (there were some very suspect spots on the walls and floors of the room that I chose not to inspect too closely). The ceilings were freshly painted and not creepy to look up at. The kitchens were a great idea, but the absence of dishwashing liquid/sponges or a garbage can that could hold takeout containers was a bit impractical for a short stay. The check-in app/key was not compatible with third party (expedia) bookings. The breakfast was good, the room was quiet and all the staff were very helpful. Very functional, but not luxorious.

The hotel check in was easy, the location was good. Quiet neighborhood location and the room was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of things in the bathroom that could use attention...the bottom of the tub was discolored with dark spots and one of the towel hooks was loose and coming out of the wall. The breakfast area was clean...but the coffee was cool and the eggs were overdone.

Breakfast did not include coffee...coffee machine broken. Was told to walk to nearby Hampton Inn for coffee. Why couldn't their staff go get coffee and bring it back????

It was a nice place. The person at the front desk was really nice. The carpet seemed a little old but everything was clean and we had the space we needed. Would stay again
