Our room was neat, clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, it was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to get a truly refreshing night’s sleep and wake up feeling recharged. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was a great combination of nutrition and taste, with plenty of healthy options to choose from. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully offered. The coffee station also had a great selection, which was a perfect way to start the morning. The convenient location was another plus. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, welcoming, and healthy stay!

We travelled with our cat, and she was comfortable as well during the whole stay. The breakfast was average, but everything else was excellent! Would really recommend the hotel, especially if you are traveling with a pet.

Decent stay, but the breakfast was a disappointment. The protein (eggs, bacon and sausages) were terrible. So were the waffles and coffee. If you eat fruit and cereal, you should be fine. No option for plain yogurts only sugary ones. Pastries were decent.

Parking Fee signage was a surprise when arriving on the property. Difficult time getting WIFI to register vehicle so needed help from staff. Turns out parking was free, but 1st staff member said fee was $9.95 a day. Suite was really nice and clean! Great location!

My travel often includes my senior mom thus I appreciate ADA compliant parking and accessible ramps. Only concern maybe the dates sofa; all neat but a fresh sofa is about due. Parking cost is very reasonable when compared to other locations. Great location and amenities.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, spacious room and staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth staying here and will again in the future.

Nothing, except the location. The front desk staff were rude and unaccommodating! The room was furnished with a single roll of toilet paper and I had to walk down to the front desk at 3 AM to receive another roll without an apology from their staff. When checking out the next day I reminded them how upset I was at their lack of apology or concern and instead, they smirked back, after paying the bill in full without offering a discount for the terrible inconvenience. I showed my frustration when I left the property, not by yelling or threatening them at all, but instead, I pushed the door with great force on the way out of their front door.

Location was nice. Filthy dishes in the cupboard, broken closet doors, pull out bed cut me. Microwave light was burnt out, no sink stop in the kitchen, no dish soap for the kitchen. Not well kept .

It was a nice hotel and very spacious for a family of 6. The only small drawback would be that I showed up a little before check-in and my room wasn't ready. I had to wait 20 minutes more for my room, which I think it was an inconvenience at the moment for us because we had just drove for a couple of hours and we were tired and ready to rest. The staff was friendly and everything was nice.

The hotel room was clean and well kept! Very spacious for couples, and the free breakfast was awesome! Something new every day. Staff were all very friendly! I just wish the shower head was detachable and the pillows were more firm. Overall incredible stay and would recommend this hotel for peace and quiet! Great location.

Didn't enjoy room 316, the a/c was very loud and the vent had the air blowing directly on the bed. The bed which was also very uncomfortable needs a new mattress!

The location was great and quiet. The rooms were comfortable..the only thing was I asked 2 different front desk agents for extra bath towels and was told I would get them sent up and never got them after a 2 1/2 day stay.

I just really like this place. It might be far from certain things, but I really enjoyed it.

Exceeded all expectations with its friendly staff, seamless check-in process, and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The location is ideal for exploring, and the entire property was spotless. There was genuinely nothing to complain about; our stay was entirely seamless and wonderful. It is rare to find a place where absolutely everything goes right, but this hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way.

And 8am maintenance was very noisy no one should have a room next to maintenance. A lot of loud banging don’t know what the hell was going on in there..

Breakfast good and staff helpful

The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was really good! Pool area was nice and clean as well. Room was a good size. The only small issue(not that big of a deal but just an inconvenience) was that there are no ice machines. So you have to go to the front desk and ask for ice and they get it from the kitchen. Also the "fitness center" was very small. Only big enough for like 3 cardio machines that were very close together and a weight rack with minimal room. But I just ended up getting a free pass at a local gym close by. Other than that it was a great stay and id book again!

We enjoyed our stay, nice and friendly staff made our stay quite pleasant. Location of the hotel is good and ample parking space for guests. Breakfast was good, especially the pastry items were quite good. Fresh baked cookies for guests at the check-in counter was a nice welcoming gesture. More breakfast space, if possible, would be nice. Also, more fresh fruit options would surely be appreciated.

The room was very clean, well- maintained and spacious. Kitchen has the basic utensils although we did not really need them. Breakfast was excellent. Above all staff members, those that we directly encountered and those who are behind the scenes have done excellent job. We’ve been to this hotel more than once and we make sure that’s where we stay every time we visit Austin!!

There was barely any Kleanex in the bathroom. I asked for it in the morning in response to Jill's (staff) morning text checking on our stay. We were assured it'll be delivered right away. But it never happened during our stay of two days. Otherwise it was a good stay overall.

My husband and I stayed at Homewood because we were celebrating our anniversary. I loved the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast had a nice variety. The staff were friendly. Especially the front desk staff. It was easy to check in and check out. We will be staying again.

We were on the side of the building pointing towards the highway and it was little noisy at night. Next time will ask the other side, it is more quieter.

I was really impressed by the staff's communication and friendliness. I received a call during my layover before I got to Austin, and they told me they didn't have any rooms left with two queens. They gave me another room with a king without additional charges. They were so kind and accommodating. If I am ever in Austin again, I am absolutely staying there.

The room was clean. But didn't have the right amount of towels consistently. Every time the room was cleaned we would only have 3 towels stocked for the 4 of us. The staff was nice when asking for more pillows and towels though. The breakfast was ok. They have a waffle maker and the usual items such as toast, yogurt, and oatmeal.

The room was great and the staff friendly and proactive. Breakfast was good. Nothing I didnt like but was a little hard to find the first time. Especially at night its dark in the area so we got a little lost getting in and out

After two days of our stay the HVAC stopped working properly. I notified Jenny and within minutes a Maintenance Engineer arrived. He completed his assessment within approx 10 minutes and Jenny. Notified us that they would need to bring in an outside service company. We were immediately moved to another room. Immediate service—much appreciated!

Excellent location with easy access to the highway but off the highway and quiet. The hotel is surrounded by trees and a pleasant location to walk the dog. Breakfast was really good. They were using a leaf blower right outside the front door when we checked in and it was so noisy we could barely hear the clerk.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. My kids loved the pool and basketball hoop. Breakfast was an awesome assortment and good quality.

The cleaner used on the tile floors left a sticky residue. The water bottles offered at check-in were a nice thought...If they were left in the fridge, that would have made it easier as my hands were already full..

The Homewood Suites in Austin NW near The Domain was absolutely terrific. We were a large family group, eight adults and four children in five rooms. The reception staff was competent and kind, getting us into our rooms quickly, which was important because we were arriving late at night and the kids were tired. The next morning's breakfast was terrific, with oatmeal (my favorite!), yogurt, freshly made waffles, really good cheese omelettes, and lots of juices and such. The pool was great: very clean, with comfortable seating around it. I would highly recommend this hotel to just about anyone!

There doesn’t seem to be a designated smoking area and so people congregate around the front door and literally sit on the benches with no smoking signs… to smoke. It’s pretty un-welcoming

Gym was a little bit of a letdown. Only had an elliptical, peloton and two treadmills (one wasn’t working) in a small room next to the pool.

Homewood Suites called the morning of my reservation to inform me that my reservation had been cancelled and they could no longer honor my reservation due to issues with their elevator. This caused a family gathering to be cancelled as a result. Very disappointed, given I had called the day (in the afternoon) before to verify our reservation.

The lobby is beautiful, the breakfasts are good, beds are comfortable, property is clean and decorated nicely. I was told housekeeping would be every other day and they were a no show. Bathroom does not have a fan.

Pros: The property and room were clean. Area around property seemed safe and no issues with parking. Front desk staff was friendly, check in & out easy. Free breakfast choices were very good. Cons: Although the property sits away from the highway, you can still hear traffic especially motorcycles and 18 wheelers driving past. Bedding had strong bleach smell, but were clean. Had difficulty drifting off to sleep due to tree branches scratching against our bedroom window, it was very windy that night. After finally falling asleep, I was awakened at 10:30 pm to repetitive thuds, and loud talking/yelling. Unbeknownst to us the property has a basketball ball court, the court was just below our rooms window. Due to the tree covering our bedroom window, I couldn't really see out of window very easily, but realized it was a group teenagers playing basketball. The thuds that woke me up were the basketball being bounced, and hitting the metal backboard and rim. The teenagers yelled, laughed and talked loudly while playing their game. Naturally I couldn't go back sleep until they quit playing about 11:30 pm. Definitely not a quiet location.

Delicious restaurant right accross the hotel at walking distance if you love seafood, it called "The Boat". Only downside was out of 5 days we stayed, 3 of those days, therewas a lot of noise super early in the morning, and the last day and a half there was no TV. Their cable went down, and they had no smart TV's so kids couldn't watch anything. But overall, cute hotel, very clean, great staff.
