Everything was the best! Clean!! I felt safe. Quiet. I had everything I needed and then they had what I forgot. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. I will look forward to this place in particular next time I am in Austin.

Great location! Our a/c and refrigerator weren't working properly the first day. Talked to the gal in the front and it was fixed quickly after. Would def stay again, room was big for our family of 4.

Great location- easy access to great dining, river walk, and other downtown spots. ,Very accommodating when we asked for a room at the end of a floor so our dogs wouldn't bark too much. Clean, spacious room with wonderful kitchenette. Generous and tasty breakfast options each morning. Reasonable pet charge policy. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast included was better than most. The only thing that was a problem is that if you are on the Rainey Street side, the music can be loud. We had to ask for another room and they were very accommodating. We didn't have a car and it was a great jump off point for using Uber. We would stay there again.

This Homewood suites is not a standard Homewood suite and should be called Homewood Lofts. The rooms are just oversized hotel rooms with a kitchen jammed in the corner next to the bathroom. Everything is well maintained but still appears old. I was surprised that parking was $50 for less than 12 hours which is shared with the texas state troopers (so I guess your paying for extra security). The evening to morning staff was very apathetic, I had to wait close to 20 minutes to check in after I rang the bell and was acknowledged, someone came from the back said "I'll be with you in just a moment" went to the back, we were the only customers. Later we apparently inconvenienced the night shift clerk when my kids wanted to buy snacks and I chose to pay cash after I handed the cash over it took another 4 minutes to finish the transaction, slowing down after I paid. The morning staff was very helpful and did what they could to make our stay enjoyable and the breakfast was good. Would have and should have paid more to stay somewhere else downtown.

Loved the layout of the room! Only complaint was the room was a bit dirty. Stains on walls and toilets even on some towels.. They had good breakfast and enjoyed the coffee.

Bed is comfortable, room was a good size, nice to have the kitchenette. Main complaint is that water pressure is low in the shower.

My husband, twi kids and myself stayed here for 4 nights. It was wonderful. Location was easy for everything. Rooms were clean. The pool was kind of a let down, seemed old and could really use a more inviting feel for the patio. But honestly everything else was great.

Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great location off of Rainey street and easy to get to from downtown train station if you don't want to pay for hotel parking. Great hotel to stay with kids. There's even a Royal Blue grocery store a couple of blocks away to walk to. Just a heads up... the Grub Hub special is only available on Wednesdays- it took me a bit of time and reading some fine print to realize this.

We loved our stay. Our room size was large and well-appointed. The breakfast was outstanding- we stayed 3 nights and each morning had new hot food choices. Very tasty and delicious. The whole atmosphere of this hotel was laid-back, and comfortable. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Austin.

Overall very nice hotel - my room was very clean and had everything I needed and more. Just a few minor things. When I went to check my bag, it was just left behind the counter with no hotel staff to watch it. The pool wasn’t the cleanest lots of dead bugs in there. And then the waffle maker wasn’t available 2/4 mornings for breakfast that I was there which was a bummer.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, was pretty basic. The pool was terrible, was dirty, cold and tiny! No towels were ever available when we went up there.

This place is awesome and a great value for the price. Love being able to go out the back door and be right on Rainey St.

Very clean, basic property......had a sterile feel to it. No lobby bar, no alcohol sold on site, good location tho super close to Raniey St. Continental breakfast was really good.

The front staff were amazing at my check-in and checkout. Breakfast has everything you could possible want. It is in the perfect location for Rainey street and walking the trail. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Room was clean, it is a bit on the loud side due to location so the ear plugs were a nice touch. If you plan to eat breakfast know that the main option will only be breakfast tacos every day. Pool is small and not stocked with towels. Overall still a nice hotel with great staff.

Parking should be complimentary & included in the hotel charges, instead of bing added to the bill! Other than that, everything else is great.

O serviço de quarto é muito ruim: a limpeza ocorre apenas a cada dois dias e, quando solicitamos que retornassem mais tarde porque estávamos no quarto, simplesmente não voltaram. It can be very loud with live music on Rainey district. I was staying on 13th floor, and it was very loud until 1am. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel

Hotel is located in a very bad spot with no easy access. Very noisy at night as the property is backed up to a row of clubs. Staff? What staff? Barely a desk clerk to check in. I do not recommended this property at all

The location is great. Across an alley to great restaurants. I found the housekeeper supervisor rude. I think he was trying to be macho in front of his staff. I still left housekeeping a nice tip.

Everything was good. The only thing I wish was that labeled items were available during breakfast. I cannot have gluten or soy, so I was limited on what I could have, and I guessed what was what as best as I could.

The music on Rainey st starts before noon and ends at 2 max. Staff was meh, breakfast was crowded, long lines

Rooms are spacious and clean; having a kitchenette is really useful to help reduce eating out costs - just picked up a few basic groceries. Breakfast at hotel was great. The only things I would complain about is the cost of items sold at the hotel - bought 2 single / small pop (335 ml) and it was $8 AND the cost of parking was ridiculous at $48 per night.

Overall it was good for the price. However, I flew in on Tuesday and stayed until Sunday and every day, I was asking if they could get more towels and sanitizing wipes in the gym to wipe down the equipment and it never happened the entire week. They also advertise that the rooms are cleaned every other day… I had to call each time after 3 PM to ask if someone was still coming. Lastly, my rental car got hit in the parking garage and I was told that the cameras were not able to show what happened or who did it.

The staff including the front desk workers, housekeeping and dining staff were all very helpful. Having brochures on the front table offered visitors to Austin a great way to help explore Austin. The maps were great. The rooms were perfect. Having a small kitchen was very helpful.

The suites were good, a/c workedgreat , and room was clean but the fridge had a bad odor , breakfast was not up to par, and when i asked for towels i never got them so i will say theyre not that attentive to the customer

Great place to stay, loved the location just steps off Rainey and easy access to riverfront. Wonderful hot breakfast with varied choices each day, very tidy with friendly, helpful staff that immediately solved problems like wanting extra towels, replacing conditioner and general questions

Expansive breakfast, nice selection of condiments, the bed was older and uncomfortable, really loved the full kitchenette, and appreciated the ceiling fan. Even facing the Interstate, we didn’t hear the traffic. It was an easy & safe walk to shopping, bars and meals. Recommended & will stay again.

Room was very clean with exception of something sticky on the kitchen floor. Staff was great. Very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. A little noise from road traffic on the east side of the hotel, but not too bad. No trouble sleeping like a baby.

It’s just location and off of the main interstate so you heard every siren and cars racing ect. My only complaint was the cleaning staff didn’t leave any washcloths when they came in the second time of the week so I had to use a hand towel to wash face and shower with. Not a big deal just big and awkward. It was Too late to call staff when I discovered it. Other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean but felt quite outdated.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone of the staff with whom we came in contact were both friendly and helpful. All three fron desk clerks were hospitable.

Staff was super nice and breakfast was good. Behind a Sausage House, so smells like campfire right outside. I didn't mind.

For a Hilton very poor standards, the rooms are spacious but there was the thinnest sheet no duvet covers which is crazy in -6 weather so I was frozen all night. The bathrooms were not clean you did not feel to shower in them luckily I checked into the Fairmont the next day so I could. Reception staff never at the desk always out back and dressed as they were going to the gym. The breakfast was awful ! I honestly would avoid not worth it at all - for 1 night max it's ok !
