Oh my goodness this place was amazing, from the moment I walked in the door.

Basic breakfast

The staff was amazing, we went to breakfast at 8:30 am when it closed at 10 and there wasn’t anything left and nothing coming out and we waited for a while. There was also ants in the room. The rooms were nice and quiet though.

First off, Brazil the night clerk stepped up to the plate and stood her ground for the property and guest, well done. I'll spare the details that involves a disgruntled DoorDasher. For a place that houses pets it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again. Great experience...

We had a swift stay with a 9pm check in and a 6am checkout. Our room was clean, in excellent condition and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent and clean, easy check-in and loading. Only thing I disliked is that there seemed to be a female trolling the front entramce and lobby like she may have been grifting or in the middle of romantic drama. Very decent staff tho and our vehicle was safe all night.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful array of options. While we didn’t require any kitchen facilities, the presence of a variety of appliances and utensils was a welcome convenience. The hotel’s location exuded a sense of safety, making it an ideal choice to stay. There is a mall nearby as well as various stores for different needs. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!

The property was very clean, breakfasts were nice and the room was very comfortable. The TVs were perfect to have fun at nights. The walls of the rooms were not covered noise. When we use the kitchenettes, the next room residents were uncomfortable. It is a bit annoying.

The breakfast buffet was not all that good. Food was lacking flavor and there were condiments missing. The waffle mix look old and I was told it need mixing.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this location. Everything was great, from the price of the room, the amount of the incidental fee, convenience of the location, the swimming pool and comfort of the bed. I will choose this hotel each time I visit Austin.

Great place to stay. Very nice room, good breakfast and they had a welcome social Wednesday night with free beer, wine and snacks. It is a little far from downtown Austin with traffic.

We stayed for a night over the July 4th weekend. The room was nice and clean, though the fan wouldn’t turn on for us. However, since we were only there for a night, we didn’t bother asking for help so that’s not the hotel’s fault. We had to make our way home early the next morning, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast, but the area was full of guests and it smelled good on our way out. We enjoyed our time at this location, and we booked the Seattle location of this chain for our wedding later this year.

It was quite and the room was good. But there was a tooth pick and other trash in the hall for the entire 5 day stays. The breakfast was subpar. The fruit was not fresh, and the food was just ok. I stayed there last year in June and everything was so much better! The food and the cleanliness has gone down hill.

The pillows are not comfortable at all. Today we went to have breakfast and it was 30 mins after breakfast started and the eggs and potatoes were cold. There was no coffee. After I let the front desk know there was no coffee she went to let someone know. About a hour later we went back to see if it was ready and had some. But the coffee tasted terrible. We couldn't finish it.

It was my first time visiting Austin.and I love it! This property is definitely my favorite ones to visit now. I would be booking again the next time I visit .

Stayed here with my daughters for Father's day weekend, and really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice, and mini golf was fun. Can't remember the name of the gentleman working the breakfast area, but he was kind, and went out of his way to get my daughter some chocolate drizzle for her waffles. I will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Austin.

The breakfast is not adequate, we were given incorrect details of the girl on the day we left (06.21.2026). It should be noted that the guy who received us when we arrived was very helpful, nice and very helpful.

Very clean, spacious and modern. Loved that it was tucked away from the main road, so not visible from the street.

We had 5 people in our family yet only 2 towels. We tried calling the front desk for more but they didn’t answer. I went downstairs to get towels and no one was there but there was a sign that said they would be back in 15 minutes. No idea what time that meant they were returning so after waiting a while I went and got towels from the pool area. The pool did appear clean but had an overwhelming amount of chlorine in it so that my kids all had super red eyes and complained about their eyes when they got out which they normally don’t do swimming. The room seemed clean enough. Couch was not in good shape because the cushions were lower than the frame of the couch.

The moment I walked into the lobby doors I knew this was gonna be a great stay. Front desk welcome you with open arms. check in processes was quick. Room was clean with a home filling smell. Staff will text you from time to time to make sure everything was still OK. Kitchen was great. Bathroom was great. Poo was great. Breakfast was awesome. you will need a car for this property, but everything is literally around the corner. It was a great stay!

Always love to stay at a hilton property. Friendly staff, room clean, indoor pool, TV updated to where you can play your Netflix and YouTube, no parking fees, and a good area by the mall. Will definitely stay again.

The property is in an excellent location for us. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They don’t do a very good job of maintaining the landscaping. It shows lack of attention to detail. The breakfast is good but not always out on time if you need to eat early and they forgot to make oatmeal one day and the other days is inconsistent in quality.

Loved all the extra curricular activities even if they were small. A basketball court, putt putt, indoor pool and a decent gym. Grills and an outdoor lounge area. The room was clean and had anything we needed! Quiet area, no issues with our vehicle.

The pool was great, basketball court as well. The first floor had wet floors from people walking from the pool to the elevators. Like actual puddles risking a fall. Our room was clean and spacious. Paid over $180 for one night. I expected better customer service for the price!

Our room was toward the back of the building so it was nice and quiet. And we could park our car back there, close to our room. The suite was roomy with a full size couch. The kitchen was nice with a full refrigerator and freezer and a small table and two chairs. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that the shower and toilet were in a separate room from the bathroom sink area. We ate breakfast there two of our three mornings and were disappointed in the breakfast served, especially the second time. Both mornings we were at the breakfast buffet 15-20 minutes before it was supposed to be over. The second time much of the food was already gone. And no one showed up to replenish anything until almost 9:30. The breakfast is why we give this place 4 stars instead of 5.

The breakfast was amazing . It had everything. The cook was right on the foods that needed tefill and he was prompt at helping with the waffles .

The room was clean and smell really good , they do housekeeping every other day and that works perfect for us . My room had a door the separate the small living area from the bedroom. We had a small refrigerator ,kitchen stove and microwave. Very quiet, and clean place , closed to Austin downtown , malls and restaurants. Definitely will come back again

Room was clean, staff was friendly, areas outside the room had litter and trash cans were left till overflowing. My biggest issue was the poor quality AC and the "eco" / motion sensor controls. The AC struggled to cool the room and if it didnt detect motion it shut off. This lead to several poor nights of sleep due to room temperature rising to 78 despite a much cooler outside temperature.

Room was clean and spacious, l highly recommend staying here! The gym is good and the indoor pool is small but still good. There is a small 1 sided basketball court. Breakfast is good, coffee, eggs, cereals, waffles, tortillas, meats and toast are options.
