Rude employees, loud, dirty, roaches, stinks like smoke and garbage.

We were put on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. Our key cards went out twice. The shower was leaking we had to tight it and when you use the hot water in the shower it sounds like a car motor running vibrating the walls. The stair way stinks and there is not enough lighting or any cameras. The air was not on when we arrived and it never really got cold in the room

My experience was horrible. Despite the roaches and bedbugs, the on-site person could do nothing. They cannot provide us a different room, nor did they have people to come and change the sheets. It was beyond my wildest imagination.

The check in process was wonderful everyone was nice and friendly. The room needs some cosmetic work. Only disappointed part was the check out process the door was locked so I had to go to the window the never looked backed so I tapped on the glass they looked at me and kept talking so disrespectful. Other that that I loved having a full refrigerator and large microwave with a stove the room was just a little small but worth the price.

This was a very poorly kept property, property felt unsafe and room looked like who did repairs left in the middle of it.

I asked for a plunger to fix a clogged toilet. They did not have one. I needed to use the restroom. The toilet over flowed and I had use my personal towels to clean up. I was also promised a clean room once per week, it was never done. It is obviously a management problem.

The climate control also only blew one temperature and speed no matter how you changed the settings. I thought maybe the unit would would be cleaned over the course of my week long stay, but it never once did.
- 1/5
The hotel is old. Thats forgiveable. What isnt forgiveable are the roaches and feces in the bathroom and under kitchen sink. The place is disgusting. LUCKILY we didnt spen a whole lot of time in the room itself, but will be reporting this hotel to corporate and the health board.
- 3/5
Not good smell
- 1/5
This place really needs to shut down and do all sorts of renovations and repairs before allowing people and guest to stay here.
- 1/5
Even though we selected a nonsmoking room, our room smelled of cigarette smoke terribly. We checked in so late that we just stayed. The second night, we asked the front desk if there was any way we could change rooms and they were not very polite. They said they had no rooms for us to move to. Then we asked if we could check out and get a refund since the room was not what we paid for. We were told no.

Stayed here for F1 weekend with my partner. This is the most disgusting "hotels" that either of us have ever stayed in. Tried to check in early so we could drop our bags off in the room but were told we can't do that because they have to make sure the room is clean. OK sure, reasonable. But then we finally get into the room and the bed sheets were stained, towels stained and used looking, the sink had hairs and markings all over it, same with the toilet. We saw multiple bugs dead and alive including ROACHES. Our feet turned black from walking on the floor for five seconds, there was no shower curtain when we arrived so wondering...what was the reason for the wait if it was not even going to be clean? Considering the state of the rest of the room and property in general we didn't dare use any of the kitchenette. My partner was propositioned by a prostitute while waiting outside for an uber and i was hollered at by other creepy guests. There's so much more to say but hopefully this helps anyone from making the same mistake we did.

We got there 1.5 hours after allowed check in. Staff seemed confused about what room to put us in.. I think they gave us a room that is normally intended for monthly renters or someone just moved out. It smelled of bleach, toxic cleaning chems, and floor was sticky when we arrived. The paint was stained and peeling, only one of 2 stove tops worked, the electrical outlets were worn out, the beds had no blankets or comforters.. and the front door was hard to open and close okay, no big deal right? One or two roaches came out the first night.. okay, not great.. second night dozens of roaches came out. Couldn’t find another hotel as it was F1 weekend. They moved us to another room far away from roach room 201. New room only had 1 cockroach so that was a huge improvement. Now reading many Google reviews this has been going on for some time -for some reason the person at the front desk acted surprised. The staff was nice.. not sure if I acutely rated them with 3 stars. But I think they were aware they putting us in a roach infested room, hence the confusion. Lastly, with the neighboring transients and weekly/ monthly renters my daughter did not feel safe being outside the room.

Terrible, dirty, mold in the shower, towel dirty, no towels Available for 2 guests

Sheets were thin with no blankets provided in the room.

I needed clean, safe & affordable accommodations, this hotel failed!!!I want a refund! I am on SS Disability and need every penny! What a disappointment!!! My son had to pay for my new room since I had no $$$! Now I have to pay him back! This place should be labeled, “ a drug transient population occupied, roach infested, definitely bedbugs, garbage piled to the ceiling, with a young nice helpless to help employee”!
- 1/5
I had a reservation and the employee closed early and set to close the blinds on me at 10:45 when it clearly says they close at 11:00 pm mind you I drove all the way from Houston .

This place was horrible. Dogs and cats everywhere. Dog in room 214 every night and I mean every night would whine and cry for at least an hour at same time. Roaches, dirty floors, dirty towels (every one), no wash clothes, stove top rusty, rude desk clerks, old soap and hairs left in rest room, rooms torn up (room 142 had visible mold) had too move to room 214 next to crying dog. People living in their car in the parking lot. Trash full and not emptied my whole stay.

I couldn’t enter my room because a man was hanging around my door. When I asked him to give me some space, he got upset. A woman should never attempt to enter her room when a strangers refuses to give her space. The front desk at the motel, did not agree with me and told me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and Expedia said I have to contact the front desk at the motel. I explained the front desk told me to contact you. I contacted the dispute department for Red Roof. The dispute department contacted the front desk at the motel. While I was on the phone with the dispute department, the front desk employee approached me and was very upset about all the calls she is receiving from Expedia and the dispute department. They heard her get verbally aggressive with me and threaten me. She told me I needed to leave the property in 30 minutes and she was calling the police. I told her, I think calling the police is a good idea. She never called the police and I ended up calling the police because I was afraid of what she was going to do to me. If I’m carrying my luggage, I’m very vulnerable of being attacked. She called me on my phone and was furious I called the police. The police typically don’t escort people, but they agreed to dispatch the call. I had to pack up and leave immediately. In addition, I couldn’t use the stairs because there was a homeless person sleeping on them.

The toilet overflowed into the room and the front desk refused to provide a plunger. Once the maintenance man came we had heated words. Dealing with sewage all over the floor didn't help things. They refused to give me a refund and said I had to leave. No help or recourse from them, so yes I was angry. Hotels.com covered it and I am grateful for having them on my side. If you stay here, make sure you use a 3rd party.

The front staff were very nice and let me cancel my stay. The rooms were not clean. There was unknown stains on the bedding. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. It was not a safe neighborhood for a woman alone. All in all I would not suggest the place. However the staff was very nice when I asked for a refund. Perhaps if you are on a budget and are not a woman traveling alone, then one could stay here. Again, the staff were very nice.

I told the front desk that i was having issues with my tv. The security gaurd came and tried to help me, but wasnt able to figure it out. I then showered went back to th front desk to see if they could switch me rooms and they said since i already have been there for over an hour they couldnt do anything. So i had to go and by a tv from walmart so i could relax. It was ridiculous and i will not be staying there again.

There for 14 nights, booked 2 rooms and no functional satellite tv in either room, however adjacent rooms had service
- 1/5
This place is pretty gross. Smells like cigarettes, cockroaches running around, toilet didn’t work, dirty sheets, and a broken floor.
- 1/5
They ran my card BEFORE I arrived. That was not supposed to happen. That card had been lost and was replaced. I would be bringing it at check in. They cancelled my reservation. Huge town wide festival. No rooms available. I had to get a hotel one hour from the festival. I had booked this reservation months in advance. Very very very poor business practices. Also, was told that if I wanted coffee, I would have to bring my own coffee maker and coffee. This place is crap!
- 1/5
Room smell like urine, bed has yellow stain on pillows and blanket, I could not stay there.

Nastiest, dirtiest place ever.

This property was extremely dirty. The bed sheets and bed covers had spots. There was dirt all around the room. It needed deep dusting. When we walked in the room it smelled bad. There was no curtain in the shower. When I asked for shower curtain, it was handed to me and asked me to put on my own. They had 1 iron for the entire hotel. It seems people stole all the irons. The stairs, hallway, everything was dingy. The whole building needed a deep clean and thorough wash inside out. I do not recommend anyone ever to use this hotel
- 1/5
Staff was not really available. They also gave someone my room access in which they tried to enter The room was filthy with roaches I had to sleep with tights on Anytime the unit upstairs shower the water came down through the exhaust fan making a mess in the bathroom all electrical switch either were loose from wall or didn’t work including the gfci next to kitchen sink

The room was absolutely filthy and looked like it was falling apart.

No towels in the room. Shower needed to be cleaned. Floor needed to be cleaned. Staff member in the morning could not speak English

It was decent, was staying to attend graduation, so only one night. However, the hotel room was missing a tv remote & i went to ask front desk, and they said they would get me one in about an hour, and then they never gave us one before the night was over.
- 2/5
The bed was nice and clean. The rest of the room was not. Floor, bathroom, and walls were all dirty. Looks like ketchup was splattered on the floor and side of the fridge. Candy and trash on the floor by the door. Was not comfortable taking my shoes off. Ended up staying in the room for like 30 minutes before finding somewhere else to stay.
- 3/5
I liked that it was convenient because it’s kind of close to downtown. There’s also a washer and dryer which is what I was looking when I found this hotel online and I liked that there was enough parking.
- 4/5
It was queit

My room had clearly not been cleaned. There were wads of hair all over the beds, no TV remote, and a few hours after trying to get to bed I felt a cockroach crawling on me and flung it off. Safe to say I did not finish my night here- I ubered to the airport and spent the rest of the night there. Save your money this place is disgusting
- 5/5
I love it

I love the staff. I never have an issue here.

I never have any issues Here
- 5/5
People have to be realistic, this is extended living hotel. So you can't expect certain things to be new right away just because you are going to be in the room. It's people that move out after being here for a while and all the staff can do at the time is clean the room in order to have it ready for you to stay . To sum it up I appreciate having somewhere to live and I also appreciate the staff . And their are some nice people that live on this property.

I stayed in this hotel because I had an obligation to attend to on Sunday. Even though I booked this in June for a Saturday in October it was practically the last thing available under $500. per night for a weekend when Austin was having the Georgia UT Football game; the Formula One race; A professional Soccer game; and The Livestrong Challenge Bicycle ride. The price was great but the property is a dump.

I made 2 reservations and one party checked in at 8 PM we tried checking in at 10:30 PM and were told that there were no rooms available, after I made the reservation more than 3 weeks ago. The receptionist was unprofessional and said that I did not make the reservation with them; they were full and did not have a room to assign to me. She did not offer any other solution to the problem other than we had no rooms available and that they had been overbooked all day. Other customers were turned away with the same excuse of no rooms available. I had to drive another 20-plus minutes to get to another hotel with a room available. I am disappointed with the reservation process. The other party that checked in told me that the place was not clean, it was old and dated with poor lighting.
- 1/5
Terrible business. My reservation was cancelled before I arrived with no notice, offered no assistance to find a new place.
