The only negative thing I could say is that, for my personal preferences, the beds are rather uncomfortable as they are very firm, and I prefer softer beds. Other than that, one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

I’ve stayed at many Homes2 Suites by Hilton before this is the first time I’ve ever had to pay for parking during a stay….Completely caught me off guard. Despite that had a lovely stay. Great breakfast. Clean room & good on site amenities.

It was absolutely amazing for me and my 5 kiddos!! We went to the pool both days and it was so much fun!!! We wil be back!

This hotel was an absolute delight to stay at. Extremely clean and very comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and each room has a small kitchen and a large refrigerator. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel to anyone that's visiting the Austin area. Lots of fun activities to do in the area as well. There is a Top Golf within walking distance of the hotel. Very lovely hotel.

Didn’t like that they charged for parking

The security deposit with my bank card was only a $50 hold. The smart TVs.

i messaged reception at 2am and no one responded even in the morning. tbh I have not expected much: the guy on the reception was not the type who is capable of any kind of enforcement. the cherry on top is that the rooms window doesn't block any noise from the road at night, and there I stayed on the weekend, that might be the reason, maybe it's better on weekday... anyway my recommendation would be to stay away if you need quiet and family friendly place.

Our stay was enjoyable. We had issues with the parking website but a staff helped us in resolving the issue.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast and a good location.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, but neither TV worked, both remotes would not talk to TV. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast disappointing, except for the decent selection of fruit. Paying for parking was a bummer too. Won’t stay here again.

Just didn’t like how they lied about moving me to another room as they promised but other then that it was kool

Variety of breakfast options with fresh fruit and healthy choices. Coffee is very good. Air conditioning is very cool, although a little loud when on. The water pressure in the room was very low in the shower. Over it was a good stay.

The front desk staff were professional, kind, generous in giving my sister and I attention we needed . The restaurants recommended were excellent . The cleaning crew were thorough and also delightful! We had an excellent experience and will highly recommend this hotel to future travelers. The membership is in my husbands name but he didn’t join us this time

This hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was friendly. However, I do not like that they make you pay for parking on an open parking lot. There is no garage or valet so why I am paying to park and I already paid for the room!

Even though the water had to be shut off for several hours in the hotel, they were amazing! The manager, Marci, was absolutely the best! Highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast is amazing!!!

The bathroom flush was not working, even after we requested for fix they did not fix. The shower was also not working

Paying to park in such a remote location seemed unnecessary. Room felt dirty and worn. Breakfast was good.

One recommendation. I love the idea of building your own breakfast sandwich. Great idea, not so great execution. The layout had everyone standing on top of each other and waiting for one person to go back and forth. A more sequential layout would have made it perfect. We'll stay here again for sure.

Other guests leaving their barking dog unattended is a problem. Manager's attitude when we, as Hilton Honors guests, requested an extra 20 minutes to checkout. Both of these issues easily fixable. The design of the breakfast bar made it difficult to use. Having people trying to go high and low in the same place due to design does not work. Also hard to find dishes and silverware.

This hotel is convenient to get to, clean, and has a great setup. Did not get my Hilton Honors goody bag that is traditional on arrival.

Bathroom very spacious and clean, Kitchen facilities including fridge, cook top, and microwave. Breakfast was amazing, very healthy options available. Three star hotel I never seen berries and fresh yoghurt and other healthy food.

Fridge had a funky smell and was not very cold. Parking is no longer free if you stay, $7 a day. The breakfast spread was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly, provided excellent information, and it was a quick check in and out. Very accessible property, a wonderful breakfast and many options for all. I highly recommend this property.

I slept good however others complained the beds were too firm. I had an unexpected charge for parking, I feel that should be included in the fee and/or made known during the booking process. I couldn't get the TV to work.

Rude staff and indolent house keepers. My wife called to ask about charging on property immediately after check in and the desk clerk was flippant in response and hung up on her. We tried to get a house keeper to turn over our room and they said they wouldn't unless we called the front desk to schedule it; we stayed 5 nights. They charge for parking, the Residence Inn that shares a driveway with them does not. The breakfast attendant was awesome though, super sweet and helpful.

Great prices for a well known place in Austin! Staff was great and checkin was amazing. We got a little gift bag!

They charge for parking--it feels like a money grab. It would make more sense if it was prime real-estate but it feels next to the domain and not actually apart of the domain. Most of the lot was empty next to another lot that's mostly empty, so it seems like some manager brainstorming more ways to bring in money. Wish they had mentioned it before we chose to go there. Also, Expedia listed roll away beds being available, but by that they meant one pull out couch.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean facility. Enjoyed the breakfast options. The only thing that I didn’t like was that your room gets clean every other day. Ours didn’t get clean b/c we were there from Friday -Sunday. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Will book again when you visit Austin again.
