Great experience. Each room is like a little apartment. Friendly staff and nicely maintained space. There are some signs of wear and tear but they are greatly overpowered by the modern updates. Great stay and great staff

Conveniently located. Nice facility that was well maintained. Room was clean and parking was available near the front door.

Service was good. Outdated and tacky atmosphere. Unappealing amenities. Weird smell in the room. Breakfast was not fresh and didn’t look appetizing.

Staff and hotel was clean but a couple of exterior fixes need to be done. The room was a suite and well kept except the lock on door broken

Customer service was excellent. I liked the daily text messages asking if I needed anything or just asking about my stay. They were on top of things! One elevator wasn’t working when we checked in. It was fixed the next day but made me hesitant to get on it.

It would have been nice to have some water available in front lobby all day , not just at breakfast. Food was just ok , I relate it to frozen sandwiches microwaved with some dryness. Juice was artificial. Pool should have towels close by without asking . Bathroom necessities and kitchen such as coffee , creamers and conditioners should be replenished when house keeping takes place. Had to retrieve coffee, creamer and conditioner myself from front desk. I saw a potato, egg cheese advertised in elevator for breakfast, never received in 9 days. I hope they add fresh water for guest in lobby , real juice and pay attention to room necessities. My actual bedding was never replaced. Beds were made. Missed my kitchen garbage and took my kitchen towels , had to ask to get back. Once the milk I took to my room was sour when opened but the date was the date I opened it. I think the ladies work hard but get in a hurry maybe ? Location was great. I did laundry and used the pool and gym. Both were great to have , breakfast not reheated and water availability at all times would be an upgrade. They had apples , just put a water disposal next to them.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. When we checked into the room everything seemed to be in perfect order. But when showering there were soaps left from a previous guest and the shampoos and conditioners in the shower were empty

We stayed with Pets and its good for small pets, although many dont clean up after their dogs. The breakfast was ok. There was plenty of parking and staff was very friendly

Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the whole hotel was very clean.

We had a flight out of Austin so we decided to book since it was close to the airport. As soon as we entered the hotel room smelled like mold or some strange smell. We went to dinner and did some shopping and went to sleep. My husband woke up to use the bathroom and said he killed a huge roach. Definitely won't be staying here again.

The hotel was.great. The staff was nice and friendly. A great location making it easy to get to the airport, food places and downtown. I would stay here again without question.

The room was amazing! Clean, amenities were so wonderful. The staff was amazing from checking in to checking out. Every single person we interacted with had a great attitude… the housekeeping staff were also very nice and helpful. We had to extend our stay, the staff made it super easy to do so.

The room was clean and very quiet. The television did not include any premium chanels and did not allow for streaming. The breakfast buffet did not have much of a selection.

the hotel was clean and located near the airport and expressways. the bathroom floor tile were in serious need of repair! they were loose and uneven with sharp corners to trip on.

Very good and healthy breakfast

It was a decent place to stay after an international flight. Old and dated. Dirty, the towels stunk and there were stains all over the place. Breakfast was good.

The stag was great. Easy checking and ground floor room for easy out for a morning flight.

I liked staying here. It was quiet for a weeks stay. Breakfast every morning on time. Nice and helpful staff. Me and my daughter had a nice time here it almost felt like home! And clean rooms and comfy bed!

Only plus was location to airport. There was a roach in our room. Also, baby was crying and received a call about people being concerned. Trust me when I say as a parent, I don’t want them to be crying. Then received two calls during the night almost waking up the baby. I recommend you stay elsewhere.

Centrally located and it was a perfect stay for a weekend trip

I had fresh blueberries every morning, thanks to the free breakfast, and I went to the gym every day, and it was never crowded. The hotel staff was friendly and professional.

The thermostat didn’t work. The lights didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. I don’t recommend at all

Jessie, the girl at the front desk was excellent! She needs to be a manager! She was warm, welcoming and very helpful! We had to leave early for a flight and the front desk night attendant made us a to-go breakfast! The rooms were spotless, quiet and comfortable! We thank you for your excellent hospitality!

Six night stay was very pleasant - comfortable bed and pillows, lots of hot water, soft towels, well stocked efficiency kitchen, good choices at breakfast, clean workout room. But would my stay would have been improved (and 5 stars) with a smart TV - Old school digital channel TVs without ability to use apps like Netflix need to be upgraded. Also many lights in the room were out and the toaster didn't work.

I think the outside of the hotel can be a little cleaner and the maintenance around the outside of the hotel can be a little bit more maintained because it looks as though the surrounding areas are not as clean

The hotel was rather warm when we walked in the building, elevator and hallway the same. It took the AC in room awhile to cool. The nozzle in the shower in one of our rooms was upside down we put it upright. The light over the sink in the other room i rented went out. Also the shower head did was loose and did not spray fully. The chair arm to the desk was cracked. I did mention both things to front desk because i did not want to be charged. One of the towels had a stain on it had to ask for more. Breakfast was eh.

Usually when I stay at this hotel it’s great and the staff are nice. When I first checked in I had this wonderful front desk agent, who allowed me to check in early, but afterwards the stay went down hill from there. The fridge in my room did not work, it would not get cold the entirety stay (4 nights). The next issue was that there were crickets or jumping bugs in the room. One morning I woke up to find a dead on in the bathroom, then that one turned into 3 more. The last issue with the stay was towards the end of my stay. There was a different front desk agent who was very short when speaking. I also used the laundry facility, and she moved my clothes out of the washing machine before they were finished WITHOUT ASKING. I had found my clothes thrown to the side, with another guest using the wash. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I was contacted first because the clothes were removed without permission. To prevent it from happening to my clothes in the dryer, I asked her how long the cycle was. To this point she gave me an incorrect time, for longer, which means my clothes would have been left if I didn’t come down early.

The hotel was super clean and welcoming. Smelled nice. The staff was kind and patient. The gym was AWESOME and the washers and dryers in good working condition. We loved our spacious room and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Will definitely stay at this franchise whenever we can.

The spot was good for the price but building was outdated dont let the pictures fool you for upto date modern look, the area is sketchy but in my opinion is mostly what austin looks like , dirty town and plenty of homeless drug addicts. Overall if youre in town its probably better go get something closer to downtown

I also felt the hotel leaned toward the chitzy in terms of fabric. The sheets and towels were thin and won't last long.

Hotel was nice close to the airport. Breakfast could have been better stale bread bad coffee. Room was super large had a musky smell. Pretty clean. Pool was great and refreshing. Hotel key kept locking me out at the pool even after getting a new key.

Overall had a good experience. Staff was helpful, building and rooms are clean. Beds could be better but all other room amenities are clean and in great condition! Very spacious room. There are no premium TV channels but others are offered. Good place to for the weekend, pet friendly! Breakfast, yummy, and hours were great 7-10am!

Great, friendly staff. There was a maintenance issue and they did everything they could to make sure it didn’t impact our stay. Nice area with lots around it.

easy checkin

I needed a nice and safe hotel close to the airport so that I could make a 5 a.m. flight. This one perfectly fit the bill and I'd recommend it to others with the same requirements. (Though being close to the airport meant jet noise, so likely not a venue for a vacation.)

The rooms are big and roomy and very comfortable. The hotel is just a quick drive back to the airport.

The rooms/suites are huge and beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you might need. We were surprised to find nice ceramic dishes and mugs...even a cutting board! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very clean, easy check-in process. Suites are very comfortable (beds, space, facilities, etc). So accessible to the airport. The provide breakfast with a variety of fruits, oatmeal, eggs, breads, cereals, juice and coffee.

The bed was hard and so uncomfortable unlike other Home2Suites Breakfast was not horrible

The room caused allergies during the trip. The air in the bedroom only blew like a fan, it was not cold at all. We killed a large roach in the bathroom. When we shared these issues with the front desk, they appeared nonchalant.

The room that we were initially given had a nosey air-condition. The unit raddle very loudly. The bed room had a burn mark in the carpet that was about the size of a half dollar coin. I complained to the front desk and was given another room, but it was not a suite like I paid for. At about 1:00am, we were awaken by loud yelling and banging coming from the room directly next to us. We became concerned and called the front desk. When we checked out, about two hours later, we noticed that the room number to that room was knocked off the wall. I am a participant of Hilton Honors and this is the worst Hilton Hotel I've stayed at.
