Neat and clean rooms. Towels were replaced everyday and housekeeping was top notch. Food was very very good, egg white omlette was wow. Other options were also quite good. Overall stay was pleasant and relaxing. They also provided a late checkout which was so nice.

Ended up staying here for five days. Wonderful people who made the stay enjoyable. The room, breakfast and surrounding area were more than expected. Would not hesitate to stay here again, were we ever in the area in the future. Bravo.

Pull out couch had a sheet on it with what looked like dog hair We had kids who would have loved to get in pool but it was green but i was told its ok to let them swim in pool full of algae!!! It was never serviced will we were there it would’ve been nice if it was noted on the website I would’ve chosen another hotel just for that purpose. Staff was overall nice

Moldy room that smelled

The cleaning crew are the best and very hard worker and always keep up the hotel clean. Great staff and clean place.

Staff and location High State at the hotel in Austin because of what I experienced a couple days before in the same hotel in San Antonio. The hotel in San Antonio overall was more clean and there was no mold in the room. Also, I had issues with the sink not draining in my room.

Service was great. However pictures do not resemble the current conditions of the hotel. SPA wasn’t working, pool area had cracks and did not look anything like the pictures. The maintenance can be better. Room the tv didn’t work, front desk said we could only see the local channels but even that didn’t work, no netflix or any stream service on the tv because the internet was just not good would not load anything. The room itself was ok for the price.

When I first pulled into the parking area I saw 2 homeless men standing next to the hotel. My impression of the area was that they were attempting Xeriscaping, but failing miserably because there was trash everywhere. The sidewalks and curbs had not been cleaned possibly never. There was old furniture in the back parking area as well as old pallets. I don’t think they ever had any type of yard work. My room smelled moldy and when I looked in the bathroom ceiling, I knew why. Mold was all over the ceiling. When I went to shower I could not get the shower to start. The knob was stuck and I was afraid I would break the whole thing off but I finally persuaded it to work and told my wife not to touch it. The second day the elevator was out of service. They had free breakfast but it was the worst I ever had. We decided to leave a day early. The other area of concern was that for the 3 days we were there, we never had any room service. And the homeless man had apparently exposed himself to a young girl in the swimming pool. Apparently the police were called and an investigation was done. I will DEFINITELY avoid this Holiday Inn Express in the future.

Great place to stay. Keith was very nice and helpful when I checked. I would stay here again next time we're in town.

Property was clean, rooms have great space, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was good, but missed having coffee in the room. The coffee in the breakfast area was very good, though. AC worked great and the front desk was kind enough to give a couple of extra blankets for the cold ones in the room.

The rooms were very clean and spacious with good A/c regulation. Staff was nice and helpful, free spring water was provided on check in and out.

The workers were helpful with checking in. The room wasn’t clean as I would like! I did bring my own cleaning supplies. The pool was closed. It’s the summer so I expected that to be open. Ice machine on my floor was broken. The hotel breakfast was pleasant. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area!

The back parking space is kind of scary at night for a female. There is no proper lighting, it’s by fencing and grass. There isn’t much parking. there is never anyone at the desk. You almost always have to wait. Breakfast also doesn’t have many choice to choose from.

I'm not sure if they knew it would be a busy weekend, but they seemed short with the breakfast staff. The guys did their best to keep up, and honestly, the taste of all the items they have is great. The biscuits are delish! High quality yogurts and milks, but the pancake machine kept getting messed up and it would cause the circuit to break so they had to keep restarting it. Anyway, I hope that is not a daily issue....other than that all staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I do recommend.

The rooms are really old, when we first got to our room it smelled like wet carpet, we only stayed for one night but one night was enough. Breakfast was fine but overall would not stay again.

This hotel needs a refresh. The elavator is yuck, behind the front counter is messy (tape holding down carpet?), bathrooms were gross in the room. Mold on the tile, dirty grout, mold on the ceiling, and the worst part… a small German cockroach in the sink! I let them know and they moved us. But yuck. The other room had bathroom issues too with just not clean looking. I will say the beds were comfortable and clean so I definitely appreciated that. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again though.

They canceled my reservation

I will never stay here again. It took our school group almost two hours to check in because they didn’t want to accept our state tax exempt form….they said it was the responsibility of the third party booking agent to take the taxes off. I’ve traveled with students for 11 years and this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this. Long story…but they also charge me extra (on my personal card) due to a policy in place by the third party. All around an uncalled for, horrible experience.

This is a terrible hotel & not at all reflective of the Holiday Inn brand name. No hot water. No working WiFi. No working hot tub. Lousy breakfast was not at all what was advertised. Stained sleeper sofa. Stained walls in the room. Water damage in our bathroom & caulk application was gross & sloppy. We could not shower because the water was too cold. I reported it immediately to the front desk & the guy came up to our room & tried to convince me it was fine. He then offered to have us switch rooms but NONE of the rooms had hot water. I know this because my sister was also staying there with her family & they had no hot water. Without hot water, how does this hotel sanitize the sheets, bedding and towels? We asked when the hot tub would be available & he said it was too expensive to repair. Then why is it featured on their website?? We had to check out early & find somewhere else to stay. The front desk said they would refund us for the night we didn’t stay but they never refunded our money. I asked to speak to the General Manager, Marlene Medina, but she refused to come to the front desk even though she was on-site. I was charged $707.85 for 4 nights for a terrible experience that ruined our vacation.

Our hotel didn’t have hot water for the two nights that we stayed. We had to cancel our last night because of this issue. Front desk was unhelpful to say the least. Our room wasn’t cleaned nor did we get towels/toilet paper delivered to the room while we were there. We had to ask the front desk for it at 7 am. All of the “amenities “ were either broken or not as pictured online. Even the breakfast wasn’t as pictured online.I ,not only, will never stay here again but I will also warn people about this place. Our vacation was ruined, we had to cancel the rest of our vacation to go home early and on top of that we had to drive home ,13 hours, dirty… the lack of accountability from the manager was the kicker. She sat in her office and refused to speak with me face to face while her poor employee had to mitigate all of the complaints. Disgusting management.

There was no hot water and apparently it was a problem for multiple days before my arrival. I should have been notified of the situation prior to checking in. Unfortunately it was a secret until we attempted to shower. The manager promised a full refund and provided proof by receipt. We will see if and when it is processed.

Staff was great, but entire floor that we stayed on smelled strongly of weed. Thankfully it stayed in the hallway and didn't come into the room. Breakfast was excellent and the two young men running it kept things filled and clean

I always book to Pay at Property and the card on file is Locked for security reasons due to previous fraudulent charges. Once I arrive at hotel, I pay the stay. This was my 2nd time at this hotel and had excellent service last time so decided to stay again. We arrived at hotel past midnight to be told my reservation was cancelled due to declined transaction and time limit was at 3pm. I NEVER received phone calls or emails advising of this. I even received an email at 8ish pm asking to rate my check in. I showed my call log to the personnel showing no missed calls. What I believe is that my room was given to someone else and I was left without a room. Unfornatently there were no more 2 queen bedrooms and I was not going to stay without a room because I had my two daughters with me and it was past midnight. I had to get a more expensive room ($100+ more) for a mistaken that was done on their part. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I prepaid for a hotel room, but the Hotel said that I had not. When I checked my credit card, it was obvious that I had. For whatever reason I had to pay the most expensive hotel than the promised hotels.com charge. A bit of switch. It’s also at that there was no hot water!

The room was clean and very spacious. My only complaint was there was no extra blankets or towels.

The stay was great. Our room for Friday was sold but we were accomodated nicely and put into a different room quickly. All in all it was a nice stay. Clean room. Very friendly staff!

Everything was nice, however, due to lack of windows and sun, the room was a humid and needed better ventilation and refreshers.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. She explained the holiday procedures so we had an accurate expectation of what cleaning staff would be doing over Thanksgiving.

Fantastic stay during Austin F1 week! The hotel was cozy, exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. We loved being surrounded by fellow race fans, which made for a vibrant and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

There were bugs, in our room, and the a/c made crazy noise all night long. Changed rooms, because we were with a group, would have definitely changed hotels if on our own. They comp'd one night, but who cares about money when you are worried about BUGS! Both my daughter and I had several BITES!

We enjoyed the very friendly staff and nearby restaurants. Dessert in the conference room was amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. When the AC is off, there is an odd smell that accumulates the longer it is off.

Cash app takes a while to release the deposit so if you want to use that bank just be prepared but the staff and breakfast were amazing and the rooms were clean and comfy☺️

We are frequent travelers and this was our first time booking a Holiday Inn Express and Suites property. I was pleasantly surprised during our stay. Right off the bat, staff accommodated us with a room type change request. We did have a minor issue with a leaky toilet. Maintenance tried to repair but could not; therefore, we were immediately moved to another room. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked. All staff we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The hotel is located in a very safe area. I will gladly return to this property.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast had a vast selection of items, which definitely helps when traveling with picky eaters. My children most enjoyed the pool, asking if we could finish up with our other adventures to go back to the hotel and swim.

The front desk clerk was excellent! when we walked into the lobby it smelled and looked clean and fresh, everything was in order. I will stay at this hotel every visit to Austin!
