Very clean and fantastic breakfast with tasty coffee machine the staff was friendly and helpful. Although the pancake machine is cool and high tech, the pancakes are not tasty. There is no phone charger at the nightstand or desk.

Our stay was canceled when we arrived and we didn’t have a room to stay in. They said they were overbooked. We kindly request a refund and the hotel stated they would confirm this.

The hospitality, the young man in the front desk with the dreads was so kind and friendly. Everything was great.

The staff was extremely nice. The bed was comfy and the pool was never overcrowded. Was a well needed relaxing trip. We will for sure come back. The shower had some mildew & the restroom wasn't as clean as I would expect but not really complaining. The staff was working very hard & I know guests aren't always the cleanest.

The location had a good breakfast, that was well maintained and stocked. The front desk was very helpful anytime needed. The lobby was clean and had 24hr coffee/tea available. Had a situation with a bug in our room the first night, which the staff quickly moved us without question. Free parking, with both outside and under hotel covered parking. Overall nice hotel and would return.

Great location in Austin, TX. Minutes from The Oasis Bar & Grill. The road to The Oasis was short but very pleasant and pleasurable. Love this Hotel!

Overall stay was okay. I had one major issue but it was with housekeeping.

The breakfast was a great , and the hot tub and pool amazing! Perfect for a solo trip

The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. It’s not often you find a place that exceeds your expectations, but this hotel certainly did. We will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

First impression not so great, elevators were down and I had reserved a suite on second floor, couldn't imagine walking up and down with luggage and kids our entire stay. They did offer to move us to first floor but had to go from suite to double bed which was ok. The guy at front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating. Pool area need some TLC that hot tub smells awful and water is green. Pool was nice. But they need to clean around it. Overall had a great stay.. breakfast was yummy.

The staff is friendly and the property very clean. However, the elevator was not working and I had to climb 3 flight of stairs with my luggage. I am also big on the comfy bed and water pressure. Both of those were not great at all.

MAIN CONCERN IS CLEANLINESS , WE FOUND DUST EVERYWHERE . LOOK LIKE THEY DID NOT VACCUM THE ROOM AFTER THE PREVIOUS CLIENT LEFT. EVEN ON THE WALK WAY AND ELEVATOR WE CAN SEE DIRT EVERYWHERE

semi new. good condition overall but the outside was a little dirty, It was difficult to see and find from the road. A lot of trees and buildings and a maze parking lot to get to the hotel.

I think that the pool area needs maintenance the chairs are broken need more tables the floor was disgusting..

We stayed for the weekend and had a friendly welcome from the staff. The room was clean and smelled freshly cleaned. The breakfast was plenty and a good variety. The coffee was pretty good as well. We will come back to this hotel. Definitely recommend it.

The beds were horrible not comfortable at all. The front desk guy was not nice at all. Then I left a necklace in the bathroom and I called for it and they are saying they didn’t find it and I know I left it on accident. That means the housekeeper kept it and didn’t turn it in. I even asked the lady when I called to ask the housekeepers if they had cause I worked at a hotel before being a housekeeper and we would leave things on our

I rate our stay a 2. We were in town for a memorial for my husband's mother. Got in late (12am) on night and needed fresh towels for the morning showers since housekeeping didn't take care of our entire trip. Devin was a little too legalistic with your "rules" and wouldn't give me towels until I brought him the dirty ones from our room? At 12am? I had to go to the room and gather the dirty towels and bring them back down to the front desk before I could get fresh towels? I was exhausted from the days events and this was the cherry on the cake! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Additionally, the tubs should have anti-slip mats in the tub shower provided in the room and not some obscure sticker on the mirror informing of the option at the front desk. I nearly killed myself with a slippery tub! Lawsuit waiting to happen! The beds were not comfortable and the room stunk like body odor and a musty smell the entire time. Not happy customers.

It’s a Great location near lots of restaurants and the staff is very accommodating. I stay there for a week each year on my visit to Austin and you are only 20-25 minutes from downtown Austin.

I don’t eat meat, so I was pleasantly surprised they had egg whites available. That was a nice touch and definitely appreciated. The location is super convenient. Planet Fitness is about 10 minutes away, 7‑Eleven is just 5 minutes, and H‑E‑B is roughly 5–7 minutes away. Whole Foods Market is about a 20-minute drive, which isn’t bad at all. One of the main reasons I came was for the nearby nature trail, which is only about 10 minutes away. I recommend getting there early (around 6 AM), because later on there’s about a $10 per person fee. There’s also a Whataburger within walking distance for anyone looking for a quick bite. Overall, this is a great property with a great staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

The elevator was in poor condition, and it was difficult to press the button for the second floor. Guests also have to trade in used towels at the front desk to receive new ones and must request room cleaning rather than it being provided automatically. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and based on my experience, I will likely look for another place to stay next time.

Room was nice with cold AC. Elevator to 2nd floor did not work properly. Needed to push very hard to work. Breakfast was awesome though. There was enough coffee, eggs, bacon, yogurt, and pastries.

Everything about the hotel was great other than housekeeping failed to clean our room on two occasions, even when we followed up. If it wasn’t for that, it would’ve been an amazing experience.

The check in staff was amazing. They gave us some really good resturant recommendations but the shower water was very slimy . No matter how much or less soap we used the eater was always slimy. I paid for 2 rooms for the kids and their water was the same way. We did not geel clean after our shower and our skin had a terrible reaction to the water. Im not sure whats going on with this hotel but maybe invest a little better to help your customers feel comfortable. Also the hot tub was done both days we stayed which is why we booked it in the first place. We honestly didnt have a good experice and got stuck in the elevator a few times because the buttins were broke. So we had to take the stairs. Smh. Waist of money and i couldnt wait to check out .

I checked in around 4:30 pm and the gentleman at the front desk was great! The room was as shown and very clean.

Paid very little for this stay so considering the price, it was pretty good. Great area, clean rooms, however, there are some things that would keep me from coming back. For example, the soap is soooo filmy you literally have to rub it off with the towel or else your hands will stay slimy. The same soap is used in the shower and makes the shower floor super slippery. Don’t even dare shower without a bath mat (available upon request) or a towel on the floor. My son was slipping and sliding all over, i thought he was goofing around at first. My husband and I almost slipped reaching for our towels. the pillows seem nice at first but are so heavy and deflated afterwards, i wonder if we are just sleeping on every guests dead skin cells, that Camecame before us. playing at first. Also,

I was very unpleased with the property. The room was NOT clean. There was hair throughout the entire bed. Notified the front desk but was brushed off. She then said, we use lent rollers after applying the sheets. After showing pictures she went behind the desk and did nothing else. The room was reserved for 2 days but decided to leave. No compensation was offered nor another room was given. NEVER BOOK HERE!!!!

We received a Beautiful Room, and staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Great location with several restaurants and other stores within very close walking distance Handicapped Parking is pretty crowed though, and you may need to get lucky to get a space.

I usually use my cellphone 5G internet and never use wifi, but at the hotel my cellular signal was terrible so i have to use the hotel wifi which was even worst! I was not able to do any work not use my cellphone
