The staff were wonderful! The hotel was well kept and had great amenities. The only thing was that the bed was a little firm for me, but overall it was a very comfortable and pleasurable stay :).

I like everything about this property, the lobby and reception area is fantastic with 24/7 coffee, tea, water, and the addition of board games and things for families to do was something I’ve never seen before in a hotel. The front desk staff is absolutely exemplary, and you couldn’t ask for better friendlier people, especially Taylor and Bree who I’ve had the most interaction with.

Everybody was so kind, helpful and concerned about serving me well. Breakfast was good as well Maybe have a small evening snack

Nice place, clean room, good rate

It's a bit away from downtown, but it's only 20 minutes away, there is no $50 valet parking fee, and the surrounding area is pleasant. It also has a pool and a neat breakfast, so I highly recommend it!

Clean, well maintained!! The commode was not accommodating to seniors, it is too low for those with disabilities!!

Everything except the fact that the hot tub was not working and that was the primary reason I booked your hotel. The first night, the gentleman at the front desk told me they were waiting on a part and it could arrive during our stay. The following day, the lady at the front desk told me the hot tub was out for the unforeseeable future. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Hot tub not working.

Staff was very nice and the breakfast was above the average offered by most hotels. Ended up booking thru Booking.com. Each time I called the hotel within minutes of each other, the rates kept increasing,It was amazing to me that rates could increase in such a short time. And the agent was not understanding at all-just said it is what it is. Kind of rude in my opinion.

Great breakfast! Room was spacious and the amenities were good. Loved being next to a Costco and a Taco Palenque the two things I need to survive a trip with kids. We’re fast to set up an unexpected crib. Would stay again, was an amazing stay for my kids as they left with little gifts from the treasure chest. Thank you for that so much!

Property was excellent! Great location to many restaurants and shops. Wonderful breakfast and my wife commented on how the breakfast selections and area were awesome.

Good breakfast, very nice pool area with cool little alcoves for shaded conversations

Well everything was 5* except the grilling station , I decided to cook for my family outside while they enjoyed the pool , there was only one grill working and then that grill started to.catch on fire , I turned the propane off and it still didn't cut off lol but my food was ruined but I would suggest buying new grills all the way .

Our family loved the outdoor Pavillion with TV and mini fridge. Made it a perfect family event to watch the game

I thought the hotel was good for what I was in Austin for. I was in town for a celebration of life. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet. What stood out for me was the breakfast had excellent choices …a little different each day, which I loved. The hotel is located right on the hwy (but set back away from the road and away from all the noise), so when you are exiting from the hwy to get to the hotel, you have to immediately get on the right lane because the entrance is fast approaching. It’s very difficult and dangerous when you have incoming cars in the middle and right lane. Otherwise, you’ll have to continue on to the stop light and turn right and then turn around and get on the feeder to get to the building.

This place was fantastic. Having the option of doing laundry on the spot, a nice hot tub to unwind after a long work day, and a great taco place next door was a plus. The breafkast in the morning had a big variety, and having options for purchase at the lobby was also nice. Taylor was fantastic in the nigth shift.

The breakfast was great and the rooms comfy and clean. Will stay there again. Great location to the domain and campus.

The room was very clean. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. Polite and courteous staff. Tasty complimentary breakfast. Safe and well lit parking area.

Overall the hotel was good. Bed was comfortable and room modern, clean and well kept. The water pressure in the shower was weak and bathroom amenities were limited. There was a microwave in the room - which i guess for some guests is important. The location around the hotel is quite depressing - not many restaurants or shopping other than Costco nearby, with a car there is more available. I would recommend this hotel if it is near to what you must do in Austin.

We rented 2 rooms. In one of the rooms, the tv didnt work. In the other room, there was no hot water. We had to all take showers in the one room with 6 people. it was not a pleasant stay.

I appreciated the kindness of both of the staff members I dealt with. They went out of their way to be caring and kind. Both the check in and check out experience was magnificent. I commend your hotel for hiring them. The beds were cozy, and the coffee was terrific. It was a cold day, so hot coffee was great. Did not have the same experience with the tru location, so id choose this locatiin over the other next time

Quick turnaround trip over weekend. The hotel was located in a great area. Food and restaurants close-by. We didn’t eat breakfast because Ruby’s was close. Hotel was clean and quiet. Good night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It was far better than the typical hotel breakfast—great variety, fresh options, and everything was well stocked and delicious. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with great service and an amazing free breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

No recycling in the rooms, and the recycling bin by the elevator doesn’t really stand out as Recycling, so it tends to just accumulate trash as well.

Our room was comfortable and spotless. AC worked great, water was hot, beds and pillows very comfortable, hotel provided dove soap shampoo and conditioner, lonby provided toothbrushes and other essentials people frequently forget free of charge, hot breakfast was great and varied daily with lots of healthy options, and all staff were very friendly. We will be staying here in the future.

Clean and great location

Friendly staff, pretty clean. Noisy since the freeway is right next to it, not sure why it's so noisy, I guess the windows aren't thick enough. Pool was closed for renovation, problem is that it was closed for the same reason last year?! I look for pools in hotels for a reason, and I hate paying for amenities I can't use.

The staff here is SO friendly and accommodating! Our kids have a wonderful time at this hotel and the pool + cabanas are a blast, with lots of floats available. It is a little home away from home!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Traveling on my own, I liked that you had to be fuzzed in after 10pm. Felt secure. It was one of the only places in Austin that doesn’t allow pets which was a huge plus for me because I am very allergic to cars and dogs even after a place is cleaned and vacuumed. Everything was spotless and well appointed. Will stay here every time I visit my family in Austin.

The staff was extremely nice. The young lady that checked us in was kind enough to sign me up for the reward program. Jose was extremely kind late in the night to help with multiple items. We’re not a traveling family but we enjoyed this hotel and had us considering other trips as long as we’re staying with similar amenities. Thank you!

Room was clean and the staff were great! I have to be in the area one weekend every month and will be staying here again! The only suggestion I have is to start breakfast earlier (before 7) or have items out for a grab and go option.

Good location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness needs improvement-yellowish/brownish stains on bath walls; mold behind caulking in bath and crumbs near bed. Buffet had good variety. However, the raisins were old and the oatmeal was too runny.

We had a great stay. The staff was accommodating and very nice. The hotel was clean and we felt safe.

The front desk person was accommodating. His name was Adam and he allowed me to check in an hour early, which was great because I was really tired from being on the road all day. He was friendly and even remembered who I was from my phone call.

The fountain in the pool did not work or was never running. Every night was so loud. My daughter and I were woken up many times to loud voices qnd doors slamming through 1 am.The area was good with lots of shopping around.

The hotel was clean, nice staff, and great breakfast options. The major disappointment for us was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was beyond murky and then we realized it was COLD and not working whatsoever (no sign or anything saying it was broken or closed). The pool was also so cold we didn't have much interest in swimming without a hot tub! The outdoor space had a lot of potential, but it was just a bit neglected!
