Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park Austin

I didn't like that there was no shade or chairs at the pool, I didn't like that there was no safe in the room m, came back to the room and my purse was unzipped and my passport was out and I know I didn't leave it like that, they didn't do anything about it, and I didn't like that there was no separate freezer from the refrigerator for my ice pack, but the beds were comfortable and the room and hotel were very clean

Room had food all over the floor and when we pulled backed the bedding there were stains and food all over the sheets. Front desk offered a different room however the A/C was broke in the room and the bed had food down the sides in that room so we stayed in ours. We ended up asking for extra bedsheets, he gave us 2 sets, one was dirty. We changed the bedding ourselves and left the food and stains on the floor.

This was the nicest places we have stayed within our budget in some time. The beds could be a little more comfy, but great space and beautiful aesthetics. The bathroom sliding door is a neat feature if it stays on track. The outside hallway was clean and quiet, very nice staff.

Our room blinds did not work. They charged $10 a night for parking, which they did not on our last stay. There was a bobby-pin on the floor and toilet paper in the toilet. No biggie though.

all good, we did not have time to use the facilities but the room was spacious and clean which is what we were looking for and value most.

Room was quiet. Shower temperature was reasonable. Beds fine. Internet worked. Wife liked breakfast and coffee. Room available before check in time (great). Soaps in the bathroom and showers in dispensors. Love the smell of the shower soap. Ice machine was in a good location and worked well. No noise on 4th floor. Room Thermostat not sensitive enough. Temperature swings too large before kick in/turn off. AC noise not too bad, but not quiet. 1 of the outlets between the beds not work. Pillows are terrible (zero firmness).

The staff is overly professional and go out if their way to make me feel special!!! This stay was my granddaughter’s birthday and the desk girl brought put a box of gifts to choose from 🎁 this made my day !!! I do stay a few times a year at this location & might ask for a room with a bath 🛀 next visit 👍

Third party sites like Booking com list the property with free parking. If these amenities are incorrect, they need to be edited by the hotel chain, not 3rd party . If it is listed as free, however, this needs to be honored, or discounted by the 3rd party. We cancelled our car and convenience to save money, but lost a bit on time. Still, the train from Lakeline was great into downtown. We liked our first room on the quieter side of the hotel, but moved due to sheets not changed (or staff eating while changing ?) . A quick change of sheets by night staff would have been preferable.

The only negative from our perspective was that the breakfast options were kind of blah. The staff was all very nice, very professional at all times, and the hotel itself is very nice.

Is just worth the money

Room was clean. There was a howling sound at the window that kept us awake. Didn’t use pool or the bar.

Property needs an update. There is a $10.00 parking fee that was not listed in the price of the room. This wasn't covered parking or valet, just the parking lot. The cook was involved in an accident so there was no super meal available. This location needs some attention.

The room was very clean, the hotel itself was nice, the elevators and hallway had a terrible smell but overall a good visit....the garden grille was very good too!

They met all our needs. They were clean and inviting

Staff appears to take items left in the room. I was not let into the room to recover items left behind on accident, and was told to call the next day. Upon calling, I was informed they had no record of them. Appears the cleaning staff is free to pilfer rather than ensure left items are returned.

While the rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are very tiny. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on certain lights or they just did not work. We wanted to have a soft light on for while we slept, but the only option was to leave the bathroom light on and shut the door. The property is beautiful and it was a bit high cost. We will probably stay at our older Hilton with free breakfast next time. This was closer to our event we were attending.

Bathroom was super nice. Door going to/from kept sticking which made it hard to open and harder to close. Pillows were flat. Bed was comfortable. Chair was as well. TV was nice size for the room and there were plenty of channels to choose from. I would stay here again.

We didnt spent much time in the room but we couldn't even use the toilet it had the worst smell. I took a shower and had to run out of there. I didnt know if they would blame us so i didnt say amuthing. But there even looked like there was poop on the wall by the toilet. It was so gross. And paying for parking after we paid over 100 for the stinky room did not sit right with me. We will not be back but i hope they get that fixed.

Shopping and dining were not really within walking distance.

Very nice hotel but should not charge for parking, cook need a few lessons on how to make scrambled eggs, no taste and very crusty, elevator smelled like a used diaper filled with Indian food. On the positive side, Neo, the young lady at check in was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, breakfast also could have used bacon instead of the same old things, every hotel should model their breakfast after Embassy suites

Hotel is very nice definitely updated. Breakfast was very good. Bed was wonderful. Lots of pillows. We did have trouble with the air conditioning unit when we were there, but they sent a tech up in the morning who fixed it and then actually the hostess at the Front Desk, she came up that later that evening and had to reset everything and fixed it all in all it was a very good stay

I’ve never had a bad experience with Hilton Garden Inn. As always, this property was clean, safe, and cozy. I will definitely be booking again.

I was taking a shower, soaped up, put my hand on the shower door, and guess what, no door, I almost fell, i had forgotten that the shower was missing a door. Since Wednesday I tried to get a second key because my wife or I can take turns sleep in the room because my little girl was getting a procedure done at the children's hospital. But you card machine was oit of order. In my own humble opinion, my expectations were not met.

The pool guy decided to clean the pool during prime hours of the day whivh meant we had to wait. Elevators broke down while I was there too. I asked for a room away from the elevator and got a room right by the elevator. Room was nice and big, smelled and looked clean.

Nice, clean property with friendly staff. The pool was great and very clean and relaxing. Only con.. the elevator smelled like fresh cut grass the whole time…which is not ideal for those who suffer from allergies. Overall rate 4/5!

This is a nice hotel. Breakfast is not complementary, so you do have to pay extra for breakfast. My wife and I were charged for breakfast for one of the days during our visit even though we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I noticed the charge during the checkout process. The desk attendant discussed the incorrect charge with the Manager when she arrived. The hotel later emailed me a receipt that showed that the charge had been removed. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Recommended.

Great hotel in the cedar Park neighborhood

Hotel was great. Staff was very polite and made sure our stay was perfect. Hotel restaurant was on point with their food. Rooms were very clean and we like that they had those hypoallergenic covers on the mattresses. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandra for making sure our stay was on point.

The service was great. Check in was very easy. Our room smelled funny and the bed's mattress was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Very disturbing. The room and bathroom was clean. From the advertisement of the hotel and the entertainment advertised it didn't match. I thought we would be able to walk from the hotel to entertainment and food near by but that was not the case.

The room was promised with a view but no view but good customer service.
