This place was extremely clean, rooms were very nice and updated. We found that all the staff we talked to were extremely nice and friendly, over and above the norm. We highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight

The shuttle service was punctual and on time, excellent and safe drivers. Hotel staff were more than accommodating. Definitely would stay there again!

Convenient Staff was not helpful, angry and plain rude. The only helpful person at front desk was Cornelius. He was great but the women were angry, rude and acted like they were constantly annoyed.

Carpet was pieced together cause me to trip on a corner coming up. Lipstick on my glass at breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful.

Clean and helpful staff. They offered airport shuttle every thirty minutes. Very easy if you need to be by the airport.

I think this was one of the easiest times we have checked in. The staff was friendly, the hotel was gorgeous even with an influx of people for the holidays and a girls volleyball tournament. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal as well. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great job team!

Our stay was just wonderful. Our room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. We would stay here again.

Only thing I didn’t like was how expensive the breakfast was. For the amount I’m paying for the room, you would expect the breakfast to be complimentary. I’ve stayed a bad hotels and still got the same breakfast I did from this hotel but for free.

The main parts of the hotel are clean. The restaurant serves good food. My room was really nice. As far as the room goes, I rate it with some 4 and 5* hotels I've stayed in. Pleasantly surprised.

Everything was good except the coffee at breakfast. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and we like the free parking.

This is a nice hotel, but what makes it so special is the staff is incredibly hospitable. They really care. I stay here on a regular basis just because of the staff. I highly recommend this place. They treat you like family!

Expensive parking, not conducive to those who enjoy a longer stay. Be prepared to fork over a disgusting $100+ parking payment for a crowded, unpatrolled, unsecured lot. Really abusive to the most loyal guests.

Nice and clean property, very convenient to drive to the airport early. Just be aware there is a fee for parking there even if you are staying the night at the hotel.

I had a quick overnight airport stay and the staff allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Everything was clean and the room was perfect. The shuttle was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here 1 night and was pleasantly surprised. Everybody from the shuttle pickup driver to the front desk and bartender were extremely nice and very helpful. Rooms were large, comfortable, and the beds had quality linens and covmforters. .Would definitely recommend.

For what this hotel is supposed to be, absolutely no complaints. I live in Austin but could not make it to my house from the airport because of the ice storm—so we stayed the night (it was close to the airport and has a 24 hr shuttle). Easy check in, nice large clean room, good shower, an exercise room, decent dinner (burger & fries), properly cooked eggs for breakfast. Hope never need to need them again however!

The bar staff was wonderful, she took care of us, great customer service & friendly.

Great location for an early flight!

Easy check in, beautiful space, bed was comfortable, nice TV. Did not stay long since we just needed somewhere comfortable before an early flight the next morning. Having to pay for parking was a little odd since you park in a regular space yourself.

The room was clean. Breakfast Staff could use some encouragement. Disappointed that coffee was not available in the lobby past 10:00 AM even though the temperatures were in the 30's and 40"'s.

Everything was great. The only disappointment was lack of hot water for shower. It was warm, but there seemed to be a temperature max set. I prefer my showers as hot as I choose - like at home. And this should be “home away from home.”

From the hotel that we immediately left due to a plethora of issues the Hilton garden Inn was a mansion!

More affordable meals

I was hit with a damage fee,a parking fee and the room smelled like old piss, the bartender was a delight and she helped me get change. The front desk ladyvwas unapproachable.

We enjoyed the hotel with the exception of the wait staff the morning we were leaving. They were not being very professional at all. They were joking around, very loud and saying a lot of words I don't think you would have approved of. The profanity lased show they were putting on was so bad I had to turn my phone up to all the way to be able to hear what I wanted to listen to. I was the only customer in the whole area and they were so loud and nasty.

Overall met my needs

Olivia at the restaurant was awesome. Everyone we encountered was super nice and accommodating. Pillows were perfect and the linens smelled amazing. The rooms were quiet and clean. My only recommendations are no more cardboard boxes for takeout and bigger trash cans in the rooms. Overall wonderful stay!

Clean, quite, close to airport, some of the staff are friendly, bar serves food until 11. Negatives: shuttle took long, no electric vehicle charging station, pool needed to be cleaned, gym doesn’t have enough equipment, room had a moldy smell.
