parking was 65 dollars a night unbelievable

Area has a lot to offer especially in walking distance. Nothing in reality!

Yes. We were given a very ungly handicapped room, but I had requested a regular standard room with two queen beds. The room # 1501 did have the two queen size beds, but the room had a huge empty space. We had no sofa or arm chair to sit down. Bad room.
- 5/5
All excellent, only parking should be provided from Hotel. Paid Parking.
- 5/5
Had an amazing time. The location is the best feature of this hotel. Everything is also very well maintained and the food and drinks are also really good. There is a starbucks right in the lobby too.

I arrived at main entrance to check in. Before I had time to get out of the car, valet staff approved me and asked if I was checking in and I was told to drive into the parking garage to unload the luggage. I did and found that there was no lobby entrance from inside the garage. While my son went inside to get a cart for the luggage, I called the hotel and explained the situation and a bellman was sent to the garage to help me. I told Mary Jo or Mary Ann (not sure on the name) and the bellman that it was not a good look for Hilton Hotel. I could hear Mary laughing at the situation which I was not happy about but did not call her out on it. After I settled in the room, I decided not to let the unpleasant experience ruin my trip but to leave a review instead.

Our stay was perfect, the entire staff was nice and our room was very clean.

Don’t stay here unless you’re fine with spending extra unnecessary money. They charge you $53 just to park and that’s only if you have your key. It’s 60 something without it. They will also charge you $75 if you want a late checkout which only adds 2 hours. They ALSO charge you if you want breakfast. Valet is also $50 something. It can be confusing trying to find the building cause it’s surrounded by construction. It was also sketchy even just leaving the building. And on top of all that the staff could’ve been nicer. The interactions were very low energy and not welcoming. It was a nice room but the unnecessary charges ruined part of the stay. Will never be staying at a Hilton again.

Staff was exceptional More restaurant choices would've been nice.

I’m not sure what was up with the elevators but although it had six, I never saw or heard more than two working at a time which caused a huge amount of backup most of the time. And you need your room key to operate it which was a huge pain for many people. Overall, it was good stay and the staff are super!

Buffet breakfast wasn't the best and seating was limited. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful, but we've stayed at many Hiltons and this one was not up too par.

Clean and fresh rooms. Plenty of space. Drink fridge and ice on floors Shower wasn’t the greatest
- 3/5
It was mostly clean and location was good. Size of room was good. Body wash and hair wash hasn’t been replaced so was empty and housekeeping knocking on the door 8.20am was far too early then again at 9.45.
- 5/5
Amazing stay. One street away from Sixth street with lots of dining options available. Outdoor pool on the 8th floor has a phenomenal city view.
- 4/5
Rooms were spacious and clean, and location was good. Also hotel has a good gym and pool facilities. Parking is available but quite expensive. Parking was expensive. House keeping knocks at the door before 9:00am and wake us up. In the 2nd day someone knocked and actually opened the door immediately and then disappeared. This was annoying and unprofessional. Hair dryer was very dirty, I had to ask for it to be replaced, also water was blocked in the sink and the safe was not working in one of the rooms.

Loved everything about this hotel!!!
- 5/5
Everything was great and convenient!
- 5/5
It’s such an elegant hotel. I have never stayed in something so bougie before. The staff was welcoming and helpful and they gave me a rundown of the place. The people staying there helped me find my room because I had no idea what floor I was on. I used uber a lot and the pickup area was breezy and quick. If you need anything you just have to call we wanted blankets and walked to the front desk unaware that we could’ve called. Everything is clean and it smelled amazing. 10/10 stay!

I didn't like the woman who answered the phone when I called to ask for anything she would daub" it's you again" like I was bugging
- 5/5
wonderful staff and very clean property. Melissa with Hilton Honors was especially wonderful and helpful.
- 5/5
I had a nice stay as expected.

Not enough restaurants or Starbucks hours available.

Staff was great. Clean room breakfast was a little over priced.

Had a great stay, nice hotel and close to everything. Only downfall, We upgraded to suite and I was surprised to see how dusty the furniture was which gave me bad allergies as well as when upgrading from premier room we lost the $25 credit food/beverage which I felt should of been taken off from the upgrade price
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Service was fast and friendly. My room was beautiful and so clean. We had such a great stay during such a busy time.
- 5/5
Room was clean and serviced promptly. The shower and sink drains were slow though
- 5/5
In a great location! It’s clean and very spacious, it seems like a busy hotel. Only downside to me was parking but even that wasn’t horrible, it was doable just seemed tight with big cars
- 4/5
Great location and fair price. Beds are really comfortable but the bathrooms are tiny. Overall the facility is good but everything seems sort of dated….with new Austin Civic Center going up next door the Hilton should remodel itself.
- 5/5
Check-in was quick and staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. Taco restaurant was very good but closed early. Hotel was very nice and clean overall. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Everything thing was good except the elevator delays.
- 2/5
This hotel is tired and probably the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at, rooms more like a budget hotel, staff miserable and do not understand service, worst breakfast we have ever had. Would recommend finding somewhere else
- 3/5
There was some dance competition in town so a lot of young people having fun. We didn’t mind but our neighbor was apparently an asshat and the hotel was ridiculous for bothering us. Not a nice feeling, we aren’t loud obnoxious people.
- 2/5
Could not find a breakfast menu
- 1/5
The stay was horrible. We went for a dance competition and this was the host hotel for the competition. The hotel booked 3 fraternities to have their formal. They only had three working elevators so the wait time for elevators was insane. Check out time on Sunday was ridiculous when waiting for an elevator. Will never stay there again. I don’t recommend it.
- 5/5
molly was great with directions! overall great stay
- 5/5
Great hotel super close to everything
- 5/5
Cleans, staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The Hilton staff was welcoming, the restaurants had great food and service, the fitness center had a nice variety and plenty of equipment, even when it was crowded and the hotel had plenty of security to keep its patrons safe.
- 5/5
I need a receipt
- 5/5
Everything was great especially the restaurant Austin Taco Project!
- 3/5
Disappointed in this Hilton. Staff was not very friendly on several occasions. Only 1-2 elevators were working... a 10 min wait every-time we wanted to use them. And false fire alarm went off TWICE in one night at 2am and 2:30am. Location was excellent though.
- 5/5
Did not get the breakfast but everything was amazing. Very close to everything. Uber does not take long to arrive.
- 5/5
Great location to downtown Austin
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great experience. Only two out of six elevators were working and they had a marathon going on in town. Ended up using the service elevator but the staff was doing everything they could.
- 3/5
The Bed was Very Uncomfortable! We wished there was a Shop in the Hotel for Drinks and Snacks.

Elevators broken
- 1/5
Horrible experience. I will NEVER return. If you cannot operate basic functions at full capacity, then you DO NOT BOOK TO THAT LEVEL!!! And worst part, I’ve STILL not heard back from Hilton about it - it’s officially been over month today - crickets!!!!
- 5/5
Right in the center of everything! Loved my time here for SXSW

- 3/5
I liked the hotel, but I stayed for 3 nights and 4 of 6 elevators were not working for 2 days and 6 of 6 not working for 1 day. I was on the 23rd floor so stairs were not a good option while I was traveling for work and in a suit and heels. We were required to use the service elevators which stopped on every floor and full after a couple of stops. The workers who needed the service elevators were more annoyed than the guests. I asked for some type of discount since I was paying $370 per night and was offered 10,000 Hilton points worth about $50. Who cares about that, it simply makes me not want to stay at a Hilton again.
- 5/5
The majority of elevators were down for the duration of my stay during a busy conference. But the staff went out of their way to help guests use the service elevators. Top notch problem solving. And met nice people along the way. That’s how you do it.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 1/5
The hand towels were stained with another guest's make up. Totally gross. no blanket in the room. Was told by front desk person that had i reserved a suite, it would have come with a blanket. Train your people Hilton...really?? It's the customer's fault?? The noise level at this hotel is completely unacceptable. Lastly, the beds and pillows are terrible. Had staff been trained properly, he would have simply apologized and offered us breakfast, which I would have declined.
- 4/5
Elevators not working properly
- 4/5
Room was clear, friendly staff, great location. No issues other than I do think when ordering in room dining from the two restaurants, a wait time could be provided. Waited 1.5 hours for food and had to leave before it was delivered. No note that we were here or any follow-up. Paid $80. Hope someone enjoyed it.
- 5/5
The hotel was really nice and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We love the bartenders at the restaurants in the hotel. The pool and gym were in very nice condition. We enjoyed our stay; especially once we discovered we could order beer up to the pool!
- 2/5
Out of six elevators, only two were working from Friday through Monday. I understand things break, but that led to long waits all weekend. More frustrating was the service. I had to call twice on separate nights to have my room cleaned, and the front desk line was consistently long, even just to pick up a bag they were holding for us. The only response to the elevator issue was offering snacks at the front desk, which didn’t feel like much given the inconvenience. Overall, I expected better service.
- 4/5
The hotel was having elevator problems, so that kind of sucked but other than that, the rooms were really clean. The staff was super nice. No complaints I would 100% stay again.
- 4/5
Everything was great, except the elevator situation. Me and my partner were just in for a weekend getaway and they had a lot of events and conventions going on this weekend that with the influx of people staying at the hotel became and issue with the elevators. There were only 2 working elevators out of 6. In some cases we had to use the service elevators which wasn’t an issue but was something we had to wait for until enough people were standing waiting for long periods. Staff was great & patient!
- 4/5
Great hotel. Only downside was that two out of six elevators were working during a busy conference period. So that caused a lot of delays going up and down, esp from a higher floor (26).
- 2/5
Elevators did not work, parking garage was very difficult to get in and get out
- 1/5
When I was going to checkout, i asked for a complementary credit/reimbursement. The lady who assisted us told us that if we were Hilton rewards member that she could give us a $50 credit/ 10k points. But if not, I could spend another 30min to 1hr with a rep to become a rewards member. They seemed to be in a bad mood whenever you’ll ask for assistance or information at the front dest. The only one that seemed polite and that was enjoying her job was the hispanic lady doing the housekeeping. Terrible experience over all for the price we paid to stay.
- 1/5
Only 2 of the 6 elevators were working due to “high volume.” Consistently had to wait for 15-20 minutes for an elevator. Lines were long in the lobby and on each floor for the elevator with some guests opting to sneak on to the service elevator instead. Valet was atrocious. Tried to text for our car as the ticket said - but got an auto text back that it couldn’t be accommodated and we needed to present our ticket. We were told 20 minute wait for our car but ended up waiting for over 45 minutes. Terrible experience. Hilton was clearly not staffed appropriately or prepared for a busy weekend.
- 1/5
Terrible. On a busy day elevators were out. Stayed on the 16 floor and had to wait an hour to get down. Valet was too busy and had to get my own car out the parking lot which took another hour since everyone was doing so
- 5/5
Best view of Austin. Great hotel with everything you need without leaving.
- 5/5
Easy check in, wonderful staff, clean rooms. Was a great stay.
- 5/5
Ashlee was very helpful with our early check-in making sure we had the same type of room that we requested and a high floor. Everyone there was extremely nice, and knowledgeable about the area. Clean room, beds are comfortable. Pool was heated great stay

Clean room, great walkable location, didn’t like that housekeeping staff would wake us up at 8am to clean our room though.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. The view was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind. The parking garage is pretty gross, but our car was secure.

Room was great the staff was great the food was also great

The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with premium toiletries and linens. During our stay, we met numerous employees, all of which were welcoming and courteous.

Booked for a "me day" in prep for a "meet the inlaws" 9 day vacation. The location, staff, amenities and hotel were fantastic. I was sad to go it was so enjoyable, but it got me in a great frame of mind for my trip. Great location for walking downtown with soooo many options for food and physical activities. The Riverwalk is beautiful at night.

- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff was so friendly and great restaurant and coffee options. We also attended a seminar there, used bellhop and valet so we really got to see all aspects of the hotel. Beds were not the best but honestly everything was so nice I can’t complain. The rooms were very clean.
- 4/5
Nice rooms, great gym and hot tub, bit dated and drab hotel atmosphere
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. I will stay here every year!
- 3/5
Received a Handicaped room for some reason which has an open showe/ bath concept which floods the bathroom . Received inaccurate information from the front desk with dining locations. Should have just used my phone, my bad. Overall a nice Hotel and well located. The Homeless situation is a problem but no negative encounters.
- 4/5
Good location
- 3/5
Paid for upgraded room and they gave me a not upgraded one with a shower that at first didn’t work until I needed to have maintenance come in. Average space in the room. No glass shower despite them saying there would be one. Sauna, hot tub, pool and steam room were nice touches as was the gym. The restaurants had good food but not very reasonably priced for the portions. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. Starbucks was a nice touch. Easy to find. Next to 6th street which was a very loud party heavy street which I didn’t love, but maybe for others it wouldn’t be that bad. Construction next doors made constant noise other than in the middle of the night (could hear it from the high floors). Would’ve loved if rooftop bar / restaurant was open during my stay.
- 5/5
Great location
