Clean, clean, clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got the front desk guys suggestion for best Tex Mex nearby and it was great. Oh yeah and did I mention it was clean?

Room and grounds were clean, bed was comfortable. Pool was closed and was very murky, maybe cleaning issues. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and they need a good grout clean or recaulk or something. The key reader on the side of the hotel did not work so we had to walk through the front. Other than these items, staff was friendly enough and the breakfast was very good!

I really like this place and stay here whenever I’m in Austin because the location is very close to my son’s apartment. They have nice rooms and a beautiful, cooked breakfast buffet that changes every morning. The staff are always really helpful and friendly and there’s coffee available all day in the lobby.

This is a well maintained property with friendly staff. The breakfast is getting stale and needs to be upgraded some or ratings will never hit 5 stars.

Nice hotel very well kept

The rest of the staff was great. The shower had a hug crack in it. The air-conditioner was very weak. The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows thin as paper. The gym was hot with no access to turning the air on. The breakfast was nice. And the halls smelled like weed. The cost was reasonable for the facility. We will never stay there again.

room had no hot water in the sink. big fracture across the floor in the bathroom. TV very small. took 5 minutes to run shower water before it got hot. seems to be an old hotel but some problems

I asked Expedia to message the property to see if they could give us a refund or a discount since someone was bit, by the bed bug and we got denied. Hotel staff was very rude. I am very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend to anybody and hope.The staff is a little bit more friendly to your guys' next customers.

Property was clean and taken care of. Great location and parking was no trouble and free. Would stay here while in Austin, everytime.

Third time staying here in Austin. Staff is friendly and attentive. We needed a toiletry item, front desk staff quickly gave us one. Love that coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is always available!

Did not use hot tub or pool. Breakfast was good. Did not care for the omelet or potatoes. Oatmeal was excellent. Would like to have known ahead of time that there was a pet fee.

Stayed for one night for a comedy show in Austin. Breakfast was good. (They didn’t have traditional breakfast sausage) but the hotel was clean didn’t smell like smoke

When housekeeping came, they remade the bed and changed the trash cans but left the obvious bags of trash next to the trash cans, they did not replace the toilet paper or tissues and both were needed as they were out. Also, one of the new towels left had a huge swipe of blood and a bloody smear was left on the tub while we were out. We asked if the hot tub was good to get into as it looked dirty and we were told someone was coming on the 2nd day of 4 we were there, when we asked if we could go in after the cane, we were told we would have to drive to another facility as theirs wasn’t working. Other than that, it was a good stay!

Friendly courteous staff. Quiet clean room. Great breakfast. Great place to stay. Hot tub wasn't working ( no heat). They said they were waiting for a part but I think they shut it down for the winter to save costs. That would have really topped it off.

My allergies were horrible here as animals must have been in the room before and they didn’t clean well. Front desk shrugged it off when I brought it up. The room also had areas where they patched but didn’t paint. Room wasn’t horrible. But closer to 2 stars than 3 stars. It’s too bad because the last time I stayed here, it was nicer. Won’t visit again though.

Ms. Olive & Michael were true gems!!! They made our stay more enjoyable by being pleasant, professional and respectful. The area is surrounding the property is good for dining and shopping. Bella Tacos & Smokey Moe’s BBQ definitely worth visiting & Jets Pizza.
