Impressive cleanliness throughout but furniture needs to be updated. Loved the dining area and food for breakfast the coffee station was wonderful for travelers. We had one of the worst check-ins that I can recall. There was a girl who was not really wanting to help at front desk….she is not good for front desk, could not understand her. Our problem were the rooms the first of three rooms smelled bad and ac did not work not good in Texas, 2nd room had only one level of the ac working but did not smell bad. The third room had no refrigerator at all but rest was ok with the ac making noise. We asked for manager but no was on site. It took an hour to check in so it was about 7:00 pm to relax after a full day of planning to airport so we were not Hungry by then. The girl Maya at front desk is not gracious or professional wanting to help she did not want to go with us to the three rooms, we had rooms 408, 504, 508. When you arrive at hotel you just want to relax not try to fix their problems so we will ask for a refund. Thank you.

Door locked jammed, and it was a trick to get in. Room was hot when we walked in, but eventually we got it cooled off. It was an ok and easy place to sleep and eat breakfast after a late and long flight. Location close to airport.

Very good

The swimming pool isn’t available right now and double rooms weren’t available at check-in time so we had to stay in a single bed room because we were in a time crunch. Which was doable for us thankfully. The staff was apologetic and kind and the room we stayed in was clean.
- 4/5
Would I still recommend this hotel, most definitely. The hotel grounds and rooms are always clean and the location for me is on point. The only downfall are the homeless who tend to hang out at the 7Eleven next door. They don’t really bother anyone, but just a heads up of what to expect.

We were there because my brother was having bypass surgery. It was convenient to go to the hospital. The beds were good. Pillows were great. Food was good. Had to get up at 4:30 am on Wednesday to go to the hospital. Called and asked for a wake up call. No wake up call. We had been gone all day. It was 4:00 pm. We were exhausted and when we got up to our room our keys did not work! Husband had to go back downstairs to see if they could get them to work. He came back up and we got in but our room had not been cleaned up. We were too tired for them to come and clean it so we just asked for clean towels. They did bring them promptly. When my husband was putting the towels in the bathroom, he called me in there and we noticed what looked like black mold on the ceiling. Yuck!

My only concern about the hotel is that both times I stayed there, a handful of homeless people mill around very near the property. It is not the fault of the hotel, but since I have seen it on both stays, I presume these are "regulars" who roam the general area. Besides that, the hotel has been pleasant to stay at.
- 1/5
Let me start by saying that there was nothing wrong with the hotel, my 1 star review comes from my arrival and check in. After being on the road all day and arriving almost at midnight, I was told they had to give one of my rooms away. I was like, what’s the point of making a reservation in advance, just to have the them give away your room to someone else. I had to wait an hour before another room was ready. So basically I had a room for about 3 hours because I had an early flight the next day. UNBELIEVABLE!
- 4/5
Inside was spotless. Workout room was lacking but of most importance was the pool area. The pool was filthy and the area around the pool was filthy with bird poop everywhere. The water level was too high so skimmer was ineffective.

Breakfast was great and so was coffee
- 5/5
I liked that it was close to COTA. The bed and pillows were amazing!! The breakfast spread they had was nice as well, I'm just sad that we didn't get to enjoy the waffles because we had to leave early.

Close to airport for early morning flight. Great room with great air conditioning. Staff was friendly and gave great suggestions for dinner
- 3/5
The room itself was comfortable, complete with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, which was a nice touch. There was also a small fridge available, although it was unfortunate that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. However, I did encounter some issues with the restroom. We experienced a slow flush, and during the night, it became problematic when I found myself in need of the facilities. I ended up having to go downstairs to use the lobby restroom since the one in my room was running. Given that it was 1 AM and I had an early flight at 3 AM, I didn’t feel inclined to call for maintenance. To add to the frustration, the lobby restroom had little to no toilet paper and lacked hand towels, which further detracted from the overall experience. While the stay had its positives, these issues, particularly with the restroom facilities, significantly impacted my visit. I hope the management can address these concerns for future guests.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean and the bed was good. I was surprised to find that there was no trash can in the bathroom and the knob to turn on the shower was very difficult to pull up. I think it might be time for an update of the window coverings as there were a little too short to really block out the very bright parking lot lights. The breakfast was satisfactory but I didn't think the choices were as extensive as other Hamptons I have stayed at. Maybe it was just that it was a Saturday. Overall it was a good convenient stay.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Should have had cleaning service but they didn’t show. Had to get extra towels for the room on Saturday night.

Check in was smooth BUT the loud hammer drill noise for the ongoing construction was very unpleasant. They did stop by 6pm and didn't start up until 10 am the next day so it didn't affect sleep but it might have been good to have a warning. The King Suite was clean and spacious altho the FAN in the bathroom rattled and was very noisy and the vanity light was not working, The beautiful fresh strawberries at the lovely breakfast buffet made up for some of the negatives!!
- 5/5
Muy cómodo y muy limpio
- 5/5
Room was clean and very quiet!! I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or hallway. Staff at the desk were very helpful--a long delay at the Dallas airport caused me to arrive significantly late--they sent a Lyft (in lieu of the shuttle). I used shuttle on my return to the airport which was great!
- 1/5
We regularly stay at Hampton Inns for a number of reasons. The Inn was being renovated and we would have stayed elsewhere had we known that. We were bothered by construction sounds and plastic sheeting hanging on the walls.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean staff was incredible everything was amazing but the bed. bed was the only downside to the hotel. clean bed just not comfortable. Love the entire hotel other than the bed. The bed was hard as a rock. Everything else was incredible with the stay. The only issue is the bed. pillows amazing shower clean and nice. sheets and blanket were great, but bed was far too hard.

Ok
- 5/5
I was arriving to Austin late and this was one of only a few hotels that offered a late night shuttle and check in. Everything else was how it should be.
- 5/5
The hotel is convenient to the airport, provides a shuttle and parking options for the duration of the trip, and convenient parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is being updated and is very nice.
- 1/5
They were doing construction at hotel and the noise was terrible plus for august they had the pool closed. There was nothing in my booking that informed me of this.
- 4/5
Renovation was ongoing and there are not any facilities around
- 2/5
Hotel being remodeled. Should be closed during renovations. No place to sit for breakfast. Breakfast was below standard for Hampton Inn. Cat roaming around in breakfast area. Needed to call animal control. It was a stray cat. Short pieces of 2x4 lumber in our room. No one in lobby to check people in. Front desk was gone. Construction workers had to go get staff to check us in.
- 5/5
Our room was newly renovated, beds were comfy, coffee maker, small refrigerator, however no microwave, bathroom was nice size with tub/ shower combo. Water pressure good and shampoo, conditioner and body wash all contained in pump containets affixed to wall. A five minute drive to the airport. A great TexMex restaurant, Starbucks and 7/11 all a two minute walk. Highly Recommend this property!!
- 2/5
The hotel is being remodeled....I was not told this when I made my reservation. For breakfast, you could get it but there was no place to sit and eat except either outside or back in your room. The construction was loud, and the AC in my room was loud... so loud it was hard to sleep. There was a number of homeless people outside and around the parking lot. Could not recommend.
- 4/5
There was considerable construction going on inside the hotel. Very unappealing environment outside of the room. A discount should have applied for that reason. Ice machines were not available on several floors. However, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I tried to call the desk, late ( 11p-12p) no answer. I had to go downstairs to communicate with the front desk. She was a very nice and informed person.
- 5/5
One thing didn't like. On the TV a line would appear constantly, Wifi connected Wifi disconnected. Kind of ruined the show.
- 2/5
The lobby was under construction, and floor above my room was also. They should not have put anyone in my room as there was a grinding noise into the early evening both nights.
- 1/5
When we arrived the place was a mess, construction all over the building, dust everywhere, no where to sit, difficult to find the elevator. Receptionist was rude and could care less if we lived or died. The key wouldn’t work on the last room available, After 30 mins of her sending us up the elevator and back with a new key, she finally went to try it for herself. She told us the door needed a new battery which would be changed tomorrow. We were stranded. Since she had already checked me in, I couldn’t use the app for a refund. She refused to help. While I’m trying to get through to Hotels.com for help, she just stood there staring at me, no offer to help, no apology. Took another 30 minutes to work out the refund. Hotels.com provided a refund but no help in getting a room somewhere else. App had gone to the next day since it was after midnight. We were now stranded at 3am without a hotel. Terrible end to our trip, so stressful it made me physically sick. We found a much nicer hotel that was very accommodating and gave us a discount since by the time we got there is we had only a few hours to sleep. I don’t plan to ever return to this hotel and likely will stop using this app after this incident.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine, we were supposed to have 2 double beds and my daughter had to sleep on a pull out couch. The hotel is under construction.
- 4/5
It’s a place that meets the needs for people traveling
- 4/5
I did enjoy Starbucks in the same parking lot walking distance in the morning though.
- 3/5
Hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which was greatly needed due to current out dated conditions. Breakfast was average. Customer service was good.
- 3/5
Super nice young lady. Check me in, but yeah, overall, I came out of there. The next day feeling pretty badly because the mattress was awful
- 5/5
Was very comfortable and clean. Booked last minute due to flight cancellation. Happy they had a shuttle service!
- 4/5
Walking distance to two breakfast restaurants was nice, if you didn’t want the buffet.
- 4/5
However there was a gas station behind it that had a low wall that divided it. There was five men who were high sitting on that wall. They had meth pipes they were passing. It looked like a regular hang out place. I had kids and did not feel comfortable or safe.
- 3/5
Shuttle service was the best part. Very organized and on time.
- 4/5
Nothing special.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Shuttle was right on time and very convenient.
- 1/5
I called down fairly quickly and the front desk was helpful but the added stress was not needed before trying to make a flight
- 5/5
Everything went very smooth. They even provided us with a sack breakfast since we left at 430AM.
- 5/5
Near airport and convenient next to starbucs
- 4/5
All was good
- 4/5
Excellent shuttle from the airport.
- 2/5
The property was under construction, tile setters making lots of noise cutting tile until 8:30 pm chipping thinset mortar in the morning 1hour and 30 min. Before check out time
- 5/5
Particularly solid service and breakfast at all Hamptons.
- 5/5
Very helpful and courteous staff.
- 5/5
Nice location. Away from the hustle
- 1/5
Front desk lady was not behaving properly .
- 1/5
I have to pay extra 25 dollars for what???? Why do you need know about it? I already told you that I apid 157 dollars to you and I still have to pay 25 dollars at hotel??? It is not right! so I am speaking of expedia that are lied and not honest.. At hotel the staff are terrible and attitude!!!
- 2/5
We moved to this hotel because the Home 2 had bed bugs. This hotel was dated. The exercise room had broken equipment and no cleaning supplies. Told the front desk two times. Nothing changed.
- 4/5
Love the location near the Airport, had a super early flight and this hotel fit the bill. Happy with our stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast is delicious so is the coffee. The free shuttle to the airport is an absolute plus and free parking. The staff is very kind. The lobby is clean. Our room is basic and outdated. Linens are scratchy. AC is not consistent all night. The room door won't open on our last day before we check out. Same issue when we checked in. If we've been given a better room, will plan to stay again.
- 4/5
The property was clean and well kept but you can tell it is aging
- 5/5
Great location! Shuttle service is efficient. Rooms are comfy and clean
- 3/5
the hotel is ok but the area around there is full of homeless people. It feels very unsafe in the parking lot going from your car to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel is also showing some age.
- 1/5
Do not stay at this property. I woke up with a cockroach on my face that was the 5 inches long! The little black dots are the poop or blood from when I swatted it off my face. Went to the front desk with bug in tow and they said I would have to contact the manager to get a refund. I called the number provided and it went to VM and I couldn't leave a message because the VM was full. That pretty much summed it up. Scary place!
- 5/5
Perfect location
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
I really like how convenient the hotel.wss to the airport and the breakfast was good.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay ..
- 4/5
Homeless people...but that's Austin
- 5/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to airport convenient.
- 3/5
Close to the airport and fairly quiet. The place needs a refresh for what they charge per night. Kinda run down
- 4/5
Needs updating. True lack of USB charging in the room. We only had 1. Front desk staff was very nice and offered to help if we needed anything. Close yo the airport and has a shuttle if needed.
- 3/5
Phone broken, leaky bath tub, closet door broken. 2 bottles of water $13.00….
- 5/5
good
- 4/5
Not waiting to ask after stay was over. Had problem with room being too cold…. Immediate response on how to remedy. Breakfast was great would stay again. Did I forget to mention …free melatonin samples! and the cucumber, lemon and strawberry water! Definitely refreshing!
- 5/5
Very nice place, super convenient for the airport.
- 3/5
Average location amenities could be better
- 2/5
The room had a musty smell. There was also no bar or restaurant. We booked this hotel because they had an airport shuttle but when we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel and was told the shuttle only operated from 4PM tom1AM, so we had to take an Uber! Very disappointing! Then when we got to the hotel, they had lost our reservation! One problem after another!!
- 4/5
Reception was great, but our room was not ready, four hours after listed check-in time.
- 4/5
The only complaint we have is that the floor is very slippery by the bathroom. My husbands balance is not great and he slipped on the floor twice. Thankfully didn’t fall.
- 3/5
The room I had is listed as handicap accessible. I'm not sure exactly what that means. A wheelchair could enter into the room, but the toilet did not have handrails to assist transfer, nor did the tub have handrails to step into it. Also not sure if a bathtub is a handicap accessible item. So just surprised with the lower toilet and no handrails and the bath tub.l , no
- 3/5
electric points in the room were broken and the room, although clean was really showing signs of wear and tair.
- 1/5
Rude front desk staff on Saturday. I will never stay there again
- 3/5
Everything is quite worn out, not clean at all. Very different from my past experiences at other Hamptons.
- 1/5
All above questions are irrelevant to this experience. Because of personal physical limitations, we had to cancel this stay.
- 3/5
Only warm water in the shower with little pressure. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Only one regular coffee available in room with a decaffeinated choice
- 4/5
We arrived in the wee hours of a Saturday morning. We had had to book last minute. It took a few minutes to gain access to the property after hours and the night clerk was helpful in getting our reservation sorted out and getting us into our rooms.
- 4/5
Airport Shuttle, Comfortable mattress, Breakfast
