Great overall experience. The powdered eggs for breakfast. Could use improvement. The plainliness of the room and the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton inn, we booked a double room for our 3 day stay. It is a very convenient location for downtown Austin, there’s a great little mall right across the street. 20 min to the airport. We would definitely stay here again. Our original room had a musty smell like if the previous customer had a pet. But when we told the front desk they changed our room right away and the new room was great.

The staff was very helpful and everything seemed well maintained.

As usual, the beds were quite comfortable, the elevators were operating, and the breakfast was very good. The biggest negative for this trip was an unannounced parking charge. At no time was the amount disclosed, just that other lodging in the area began charging, so management decreed that Hampton would also charge.

Thank you to the staff for sure this is one of the places I recommend.

The ac unit in our room would never cool. We were sweating all night long so it made for a terrible nights rest. We noticed they had other window units removed from some of the other rooms and were working on them so clearly there’s an issue.

I had a bed with a weird bump in it. It was not uncomfortable for me but it would have been for two people. Everything else was awesome.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I brought my sister to a concert in Austin and decided to stay here a 2nd time. The staff is very kind, the breakfast was hot and fresh, and rooms were clean. I also like that I felt safe parking at this hotel and it was free.

The location is great, with access to a number of ways to get around. There are restaurants and shopping close by at the Domain.

The hotel is older. The elevators are hot and the hallways were hot. The A/C in my room did not cool very well and the room had a musty smell.

Clean rooms, bathrooms, excellent breakfast, excellent location (next to Domain Mall). I would like to stay again if I find the rooms in the same price, I paid $90 some.

I’m sad to say the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and we barely slept. The staff was very nice about it though! We will try it again on another trip. This was our second time staying there and the first time the bed was more comfortable in another room!

The location is great and the breakfast waa better then some other chain hotels we have stayed at. The shades in our room were broken and would only close half way, which was the only thing negative about our stay.

Unfortunately, the facility is dated and in need of refurbishing. I would stay there again if the price is right due to the pleasant and helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working. An engineer came and replaced it. Although it wasn't working perfectly, I really appreciated his effort.

Personnel were great (Aracely and others at the front desk, Brenda and Brandy in the breakfast kitchen). This hotel, like all Hampton Inns we have stayed at is clean, comfortable, well run. It is not close to downtown and not within walking distance of shopping or a variety of eating spots.

Flight was delayed (three times!) and the staff dealt with my request for later checkout graciously. Then allowed a further request to be handled easily. Great location for my business requirements and the quality of the staff is why I have been using the Hampton for years.

The room was spotless, the counter lady was very supportive when I lost one of my hotel keys, and the breakfast served was great. Not to mention, the bathroom was well maintained and had all the amenities that I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to spend the night in North Austin.

Great place and convenient location. The hotel is a little above your basic accommodations. The rooms are spacious and clean. Furniture may be a little out dated, but if you’re not expecting modern or luxury, everything is as needed. Staff was super friendly and very professional.

Friendly people quiet place very clean

I was greeted by the desk clerk. She was very pleasant, and took an Interest in my stay and any needs I may have. She explained all the amenities, and offered the hotel's points system.

Clean room, great staff. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the AC is set at a certain setting and the room would get hot.

Everything was great except the elevator. One of the elevators gets "hung up" on the 1st floor. As a consequence, the whole systems "thinks" there is an elevator on the 1st floor, so another will not come when the call button is pushed. You have to wait for someone from another floor to bring the working elevator down to the 1st floor. Get that fixed and you get 5 stars +.

I feel like the staff was not as pleasant and did not make the stay as welcoming. We were rushed out our hotel room the day of check out and was stared down until we left.

The room was good, it just had a stuffy smell to it, like humidity. The breakfast was good, just not enough variety. The A/C in the room was working but I had to lower the temp to 66 to make it cool enough. The staff were friendly and professional.

Breakfast was not good. Mostly spicy food which I can’t eat. So decided on a waffle but waffle mix was empty but the worker finally decided to bring a cupful. Air conditioner was loud and the refrigerator never turned on to cool, so we had to drink warm water.
