The day pass holders also seem to seek a very loud pool party, which seems different to the guests I see at the hotel, making it uncomfortable for families staying at the hotel. This is the second time that this type of situation has happened to me.

Great hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and has an upscale atmosphere, but what really stood out was the level of service. The attention to detail and hospitality made the entire experience feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Austin with exceptional service, I highly recommend the Fairmont Austin. Five stars all around!

Fairmont is my favorite Austin Hotel. The property is kept immaculately; service is always great. It has the best pool in Austin. All the amenities add up to a great visit!

The pool is packed out on Saturday afternoons, but it was still fun. We went Sunday morning at 10 and it was perfect! You definitely won’t regret staying here!

We love staying at the Fairmont. It is lovely, clean and a great hotel. Breakfast was delish! The pool is also terrific on hot days. We love the white pool chairs.

Fun stay

At the time of check in I was told that they charge $35 each day each room and we had 3 rooms. We ate at the restaurant once we got there not enough waiters to serve. Poor service at the breakfast. So we did not use 15% amenities what the hotel charged each day.

Loved this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, the staff is top notch, and the bar had great cocktails. We rented a cabana at the pool while we were there to watch the world cup and that was a fun way to spend a day with friends. That sun is for real, the pool area needs more many more umbrellas.

I got there 3 hours before check in and they were accommodating to check me in early with a view of the pool at my request. The desert left in my room to celebrate my birthday was nice as well. N/A

Between the lovely atmosphere, fantastic amenities, and perfect Austin location, our stay felt equal parts relaxing and special. Great location for walking to most areas like Rainey Street and 6th street. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We spent 3 nights at Fairmont Austin and are so happy we chose there. Location was fantastic, rooms are good size, comfortable bed and pillows... Service is top notch! The pool is fantastic, service here was also top notch! Would highly recommend - it's worth spending a bit more.

We arrived very happy to celebrate my birthday. After ewe settled we ordered room service dining and we both became ill. The food poisoning was and still is so bad I had to stay in and couldn’t go anywhere. I’m still sick. So sad I couldn’t do anything because of that. Good poisoning is horrible and painful. I haven’t been able to recover.

Clean rooms and openness. DJ was good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool was too crowded. Bar tenders weren’t good.

Attended a pool party. The pool was nice. It was amazing. The food at the pool was also excellent. Love this hotel. Any chance I he to go to Austin is where I stay. Great bars too. And so close to Rainey street

Great stay everyone one was so helpful

Excellent Corner King room with superb daily housekeeping. The lobby restaurant was fairly average. Sees like this was an outside company providing the food as the staff were not really engaged like all the other staff.

It was nothing short of exceptional. The pool, sauna, restaurant and the ambiance. Will be returning.

Corona beer was also hosting a nice party at the pool offering free giveaways . My room was very clean as well.

Great choice if your staying in Austin and want somewhere ideal for a base to explore. Walking distance to everything downtown plus wonderful running trail that you can pick up directly from the hotel entrance. 5, 10, 15, 20k all marked out. Wonderful experience in the mornings! Also great gym and pool with wonderful staff and drinks. 5 star experience and wonderful staff

Great location, very helpful people working there, make sure you use the pool as it’s very nice with views. Parking is a little high but it is in/out so that is helpful. Lots of choices in Austin, but if you want to feel special and be able to walk to it all, this is the place.

Lobby is nice, valet staff very good. Hallways need fresh paint and room itself had fraying sheets with holes in them. Needed fresh glasses and room service brought dirty barware—greasy, unclean wine glasses and tumblers. Water in the pool did not appear pristine, but was a bit murky.

The nicest gentleman named Collin was able to get me checked in and shared some great recommendations for restaurants nearby. We ultimately ended up eating at the restaurant in the hotel and the chef at the Garrison was top notch.. it’s a must to stay and eat there anytime you are in Austin!!!

We had a wonderful stay for my wife and I’s ten year anniversary. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful when we had any questions. The pool was beautiful and well kept. Amazing amenities and food options as well. We will definitely be going back!

The hotel is on a dusty, dirty road and lacks air conditioning; we left immediately, and the property refused to refund us. This poses a health hazard, is a clear misrepresentation of what was advertised on the booking website, and reflects extremely irresponsible management that wasted our time and money.

We love this hotel. We go at least once a year. We always upgrade to the Gold Club. The breakfast, honor bar, canapés, desserts and soda/water bottle station are fantastic and worth the upgrade. I never stay anywhere else in Austin! I love the Fairmont brand!

Great hotel. Cold rooms. Great tasting drinks. A1 service. Only gripe I have is the surrounding traffic at the time of arrival but it has nothing to do with the hotel.

Our last night we were looking forward to taking advantage of the advertised “happy hour” at the pool from 5-6. However it was booked for a private event. So there were no evening drinks at the pool on any of the days we stayed there. Would have been nice to have know that going in. Additionally one frozen drink and a single beer for my wife and myself was 54$. That was a single margarita and an ultra. Pretty steep prices…probably better the bar closed early😂

The room was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The shower head was not working properly.

Paid twice for parking, the system was not explained, but they did refund me so annoying but fine.

It's was over the top nice.... And the surrounding strip was just minutes to walk to or ride a scooter overall experience is great and I will return again

Remarkably helpful check-in staff (thank you Sadi), and nice bar restaurant at right of hotel lobby. Michelin restaurant was too limited with entrees but waiter was very good … didn’t care for college kid party scene - of course it was the 4th of July weekend but a pool bar and pool full of drunk shirtless kids kinda killed the 5 star rating for us … hotel is beautiful though

Phenomenal across the board. If I’m being picky, universally the food (room service, dining), is a tad salty, but that’s being very picky. The staff was truly kind, exceptional, and militant in paying attention to detail. Would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing hotel offering Ritz type service without the arrogance. Great location for downtown conference/6th Street fun. Gold Level is the way to go! And did I mention the exquisite pool and pool service. Worth the cost.
