No bar soaps provided for bathroom. Asked to use shower gel instead. No breads in the breakfast bar on 2nd day, staff would not consider making no-meat option for the egg muffin.

The room was fine, clean. The bed was comfortable which is very important for me. The staff was excellent, extremely nice and helpful. I might stay here again when I’m in town.

They were doing renovations, but we were out in a room far enough away. It was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

Requested no housekeeping but they did anyway when we have severe allergy child. And they must have thrown away my finger splint.

Room was smelling bad, breakfast did not have bread and bagels were stale and no cream cheese. Property was not clean also.

I came from San Antonio with my daughter to the concert Ariana Grande. After a terrible experience with another hotel . That had one bathroom per floor. The front desk, Helped to get a room in the second floor. I was lucky because the hotel was fully booked due to the concert. The distance 9 min from the concert. Nice hotel, clean. and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a really great time there. It was a really comfortable stay, near convience store, gas station, food places, and it not that far from the Moody Center. Will definetlty booked here for future events.

The room was clean-ish. Bathroom was clean but there was hair on one of the beds and black rocks on the carpet. The refrigerator and two of the lights didn’t work. The air conditioner worked well. Not a bad stay but I probably won’t go back to this hotel.

I selected the location to be close to my meeting location - and have stayed at other hotels and motels in the vicinity on previous trips - Fairfield was by far a much more pleasant experience. The room was clean, the towels were surprisingly thick and fluffy, and the entire place just had a good 'vibe'. The only "issue" I had was finding the street from the I-35 service road - I missed it entirely on my first attempt and after making a mile long loop got it the second time - if there were a sign indicating where to turn it would be much better (though no doubt the hotel cannot put signs up on the public road - it's just that the building is set pretty far back so you cannot see the hotel itself from the corner).

Great place just a while visiting Austin. Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean and the AC worked fantastic. Even though it’s located right off the expressway the rooms were very quiet, and I was able to with ease. Gwen at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend saying at this place for the price.

The room was overall good. The breakfast was good. The waffles were good, the cereal and drink options as well. The muffins didnt feel freah so I opted out of eating those. Sausage, egg & cheese biscuits looked fresh as well. Overall great experience.

The staff was fantastic and helped deal with an issue with my room at check in very quickly and even upgraded my room.

Was alright, front lady at the desk at night (the old one) was extremely rude every time I stay here.

The hotel is quiet at the time that we stayed. The room is very clean and staffs are fine. The location is work well for us. The only thing happened during the night that we arrived, the power outraged due to storm and we can not access the room by key or watch TV, but still AC in room.

The front desk clerk offered house keeping every night. I didn't get it for even one night. There was a power failure starting early in the evening of my 2nd day and I didn't have power or TV all night. The front desk clerks were not very helpful and add a bad attitude about providing feedback on the problems. I feel I should get a refund.

The staff was super nice and friendly, I was very pleased with how clean and put together the hotel and our room was. I do wish there was a fan of some sort in the workout area. It was hot and the mirrors were fogged up by the time I was done. However I still made it work just fine for working out away from home.

The area around the hotel is under construction so not very pretty. The air conditioner was difficult to moderate and was either too cold or off. However the employees were wonderful and breakfast was good.

Even though this property was undergoing a renovation it was exactly what we needed. Clean and reasonably priced, complementary breakfast was an added bonus. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

We arrived to check-in around 10:30pm, but i needed to pee and the lady in front desk with a very rude expression said, there is not public restroom here! If you want to pee go somewhere else

Breakfast does not keep up the supply....lots of customers in the morning and breakfast ran outyet no one resupply anything...the hotel condition does not live up the brand

Lobby was small, connected with breakfast area, where all the lights were off, and could not be turned on. She continued to be on an obvious inquiry call for another 4-5 minutes before she started check-in for us. The feeling was a bit off as I remembered all fairfield's properties were more welcoming and bright. We were let stay in a room with end table on one side, but not the other, no fridge. The only note indicating they are under renovation is a piece of paper in elevator. No heads up from front desk. Other than that, property was clean, breakfast was decent.

All of the staff I met were very friendly and I truly enjoyed visiting with them while waiting for my daughter to pick me up. They are currently remodeling their facilities so perfect cleanliness was not there but understood and they did their best to keep that at a minimum. Loved my stay there!

He’s a treasure! The housekeeping supervisor, I wish I knew her name, was just awesome. In fact all of the staff there are super nice & they work hard, but always with a smile.

The carpet in the rooms are old and dirty. The toilet in our room clogged three times, the technician said the toilet is faulty yet the placed us in that room. On the last day, they offered to move us to another room. It does not worth the money paid. It is the lowest and dirtiest Marriot I have stayed in. You should not list that hotel in your site until the management renovates it.

The property was under renovations and had a flooding event the day before we arrived. However, the staff were great! Traffic around the site was chaotic and dangerous.

Just came back from the trip. This is the worst Marriott I had ever stay. I was misleading by the rating and the name of Marriott. The property is super outdated, and the room is old and small. All doors including front door was locked, it means this area is not safe. Breakfast is terrible.

Upon booking nothing was mentioned about construction taking place. We arrived to see construction material in the parking lot. The hallway where our room was located had construction material covering the floors. The door to our room didn’t latch properly. The window in our room, one of the latches to lock didn’t latch all the way. The ac unit was broken in spots. There was patch work done in several spots of the walls. A few bugs, one on the table when we arrived and one behind the toilet when we left. A couple of towels had stains on them. We found someone’s left behind makeup brush on the floor, so the floors were not checked prior to us arriving. We woke up to lots of noise and banging from the construction work taking place on both sides of our room. Would not recommend and will not be wasting my money on this property in the future.

Hotel was a comfortable stay, was a little surprised that there wasn’t daily housekeeping service but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Clean and modern. Used disposable cutlery and plates - bad environmentally. No electric vehicle charging.

Recently stayed and was not impressed for the 270.00 a night. Sticky, needs updating, very generic. Just spend the extra 60 somewhere else. Staff was super nice.
