Close to my son's home. Good air conditioning... nice breakfast and the kitchen servers were kind and friendly. As I walked around the building there was a dead squirrel near the dog wast container; I told the desk twice but it remained there all 5 days!

If I had eaten oatmeal, I would have enjoyed the array of additives including walnuts, sunflower seeds, brown sugar, etc. The breakfast selection was sub-par the second morning, so I took the time to cook/eat a delicious waffle even though I was in a rush. Thanks to the staff for allowing me a 4:00 p.m. checkout. There was nothing I didn't like.

They gave us the worst room possible, right beside the public restroom. Every time someone uses the restroom, we could hear it. This went on all night

The whole hotel needs an upgrade, popcorn ceiling still? Furniture and countertops are from the 80s or older.

Excellent stay and the breakfast was absolutely the best! It was a busy morning and they were on top of always having enough for everybody thst walked up. Friendly too..

Room was clean. When you flushed the toilet it made a horrible screeching sound that lasted 30 seconds. You could hear it outside. I do not believe it was just our toilet.

Front desk manager and General manger rude and unhelpful. Booked a 5-night stay and opted to purchase the stay protection plan for added security. Due to unforeseen circumstances, had to check out after only 2 nights. Despite having purchased the additional protection specifically for this type of situation, my claim was denied, and I was charged for the full week anyway. This experience has left me very disappointed in the hotel's billing transparency and protection policies. I would advise future guests to be wary of their 'stay protection' as it did not honor my request for a partial refund

We loved staying here! Staff was super helpful, breakfast was good and well balanced. Accesible laundry on site. Will definitely keep in mind Fairfield hotels for our future trips. Amazing experience overall!

The hotel is absolutely the most disgusting looking hotel I’ve ever in my life stayed at. For this to even be on Expedia choice is sad. I’ve stayed at a few different Fairfield inns before, none with the aesthetics as this one.

Great front-desk staff; answered my endless questions! The room was great and minty smelling. The extra pillow was appreciated as was the mini-fridge. Breakfast had great options and the moist turkey sausage was a wonderful surprise.

The room was dirty and hairs all over pillow. Trash on the floor in the hallway. Checked out 20 minutes after check in.

The night staff was very nice. Breakfast also was nice!

Air conditioner was quite loud and I ‘m a very light sleeper. Some commotion at the property late at night. Suggested renovation to the hotel is needed.

If you like extra firm beds this is the place for you. If you require anything softer than concrete you’ll not sleep very well. Breakfast was nice, hotel was clean & tidy. The pool was sparkling clean with towels easily accessible. The property was well maintained. For an older hotel you can tell it’s been maintained and updated as needed. Overall I would recommend if you are ok with extra firm mattress.

Love the place, clean, spacious, excellent breakfast. I will love to give the 5 star BUT the attended at the front desk ( check in) was no helpful. I was attending a game at Q2 stadium asked about shuttle or UBER, his answer was NO and ignore me. I think the hotel should be aware of the event around and prepare the staff to provide some help

We didn't get to stay because our reservation was canceled on us without a notice or our consent.

We’ve only been here a couple of hours and the noise from the highway is unbearable. The beds are uncomfortable but I guess you get what you pay for.

The TV and the shelf came tumbling down on my husband when he lightly leaned on it. The tv and shelf were not secured properly. We were unable to watch TV for the evening. The TV screen said no signal. My husbands arm was gashed by the elevator door when it accidentally closed on him. He has very thin skin and takes blood thinners. Other than that, it was okay.

They upgraded room because it looked like our deadbolt wasn’t working properly is the reason we give it a 2. The breakfast wasn’t good, don’t know how you can mess up eggs and biscuits but they did it well. The hotel is next to a train track that wakes you up every couple hours during the night
