The only issue I had with the property is the fact that you have to pay for parking. Make it make sense. where else would I park except for the Hotel i'm staying. that was very disappointing and will deter me from using them again.

AC could not be adjusted. Furniture was older. Had to pay to park in their lot not a parking garage. If they want to rent rooms they should provide parking for their customers. The breakfast was a real let down. Not staying here again.

Location The girl at the front desk ran my credit card strangely and it caused it to be declined twice, then she put it on another credit card. Now I have $900 worth of charges in pending on my credit cards, and the paid parking. It has been in pending for three days.

The service was exceptional, the room was clean and the staff is amazing! The lady name Joyce was excellent , she is very caring and make sure the customers are welcome was very helpful when needed help. She ha a wonderful smile that make us feel like we want to come back again. The fact we have to pay for parking was unplanned and the breakfast was okay should have more options. The apple juice does not taste fresh, overall its decent.

The room had a strong musty odor and felt noticeably humid despite the AC unit running continuously. The shower had poor water pressure, and the water temperature fluctuated rapidly between extremely hot and cold.

We were 15 minutes early and they made us wait unless we wanted to pay $25 dollars. That was absolutely unacceptable, after driving for 2 days straight and all we wanted to do was get some rest, they refused to check us in yet. Next up was the pathetic excuse for water pressure in the shower, which was the worst pressure of any hotel I have stayed at. Lastly, we were on the top floor of the hotel, and it felt like we were sitting in the middle of the freeway!! The traffic noise kept us up ALL NIGHT!! I can't remember ever being in a hotel that does not have double paned windows!! Also, the TV in the room did not work well and that was even after they came up and tried to fix it. The bed was also completely uncomfortable!!

The management is awful and is squeezing every cent out of the customers. I’ve stayed there 8 times but this was my last.

Each shift of staff folks were great, each group greeted me, answered questions and helped me a few times.My room was clean and comfortable. Air-conditioned well, very comfortable in late July heat.

Please clean the pool, it was cold and dirty. I even got a fever and I catch a cold after staying here. The rooms are not well maintained. As for the location of the hotel, it was so closed to everything. I loved that. Please serve better breakfast too.

I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It had good amenities and the staff were professional.

The room itself was clean. Biggest downside was the AC unit was supremely loud like it needed some maintenance. The bathroom fan simply didn’t work in room 508, and that left the room humid and ultimately muggy.

Room was dirty and I was charged for a "pets and cleaning supplies" after my stay. Fee of $200!!. Will dispute due to me not being responsible for either. Also before I booked, the website buffered and charged me twice for the same room and days staying. It took me 1 hour to talk to the right representative to get my money back.

21+ It was a beautiful hotel with FIFA theming for the World Cup. Side note: The hotel is 21+ which is not listed anywhere on Expedia so please be careful and call ahead when you’re planning.

There was some unusual sound coming through out the night. Every 15 - 20 minutes, the noise used to come and we used to wake up from sleep.

I paid for a room with a king bed several days in advance. On arrival I was told that I had to settle for the room with a full size bed..Desk clerk couldn’t help me and manager not on site, called Hotels.com and requested a solution but again, no manager working the weekend.

It was a nice place close to relatives so perfect location. The best free breakfasts I've had. Only complaint is the coffee. It was watered down one day and burnt the next. Room was clean but no shampoo in the bottle. Overall a great stay.

Trash from the previous person was in the room (cups on the floor). One of the towels in the bathroom was obviously used and just hung up and not replaced.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The morning staff and evening staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the coffee was available all day.

Nice hotel. We got two rooms. One was good, one was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned by housekeeping from the last person. They made it right and got us a new room. Plenty of space. My only advice is ask for the parking lot side because the highways in the back of the building are VERY noisy all night

The only downside is its next to the highway, you'll hear traffic noise at night when trying to sleep. Though you can tell they sound-proofed the windows, it only works so much being that close to the traffic. Request an odd-numbered room, the even-numbered rooms are on the highway side.

I called the night prior to arrival to confirm the pool was in working order. It definitely was not which seems to be a common theme. I called Expedia directly and the hotel front desk and both confirmed it was fully functional. At check in when I asked where the pool was they advised it was not working and went out over the weekend (This was Monday) I explained the whole reason why I booked here was the pool and the manager said she was reaching out to Expedia for a full refund and we still could enjoy our stay. It wasn't enjoyable, the bathroom was dirty with hair, etc. The breakfast had almost 0 real protein. Had powdered eggs, fake sausage, and even the waffles somehow were wrong with no pre-cook spray so you could peel your waffle off. The orange juice was not juice it was tang. I mean overall the breakfast was additionally another huge disappointment. Ultimately in the end Expedia issued nothing for the issue with the pool as the Hotel had promised and I was fully charged.

Hotel was great and staff was excellent. Only wish we hadn’t gone when there were also several travel soccer teams staying there as well. Which made breakfast hectic in the morning. But that is not the hotels or the staffs problem.

Will not stay at this hotel again. The manager was on the phone placing a liquor order and didn't stop to speak to us when we entered the lobby. She finally stopped to ask another employee to check us in and that woman had the personality of a brick. The room as ok but the AC needed to be services, the shower controls were placed on the end of the glass walled shower where you couldn't turn it on without stepping into the shower and getting wet. Their signs indicated there was a 'vending' area on the floor but when I looked for it there were no machines or ice maker on the floor. On top of it all, without telling me, they placed a $100 hold on my credit card for 'incidentials'.

Definitely won’t be staying here again!! Both my wife and I are disabled veterans, our room was on the fifth floor, and there were zero concessions, zero water, and zero ice machines!! Any time we needed water or ice we had to walk to the elevator, down to the first floor, and hope staff was there to help, which was hit or miss. Worst part of the room was the blinds don’t close!! Our room faced west so we had the sun shining in our room. At night it was bright lights from traffic and nearby buildings. Not sure who thought no blinds was a good idea. Definitely looking elsewhere on our next trip.

This hotel is close to the highway, but road traffic noise does not bother me personally, does not hinder my sleep. The one negative- the walls between rooms were thinner than I would have liked, picked up more conversation/music/noise from other guests than I am used to.

The room was clean but beds were hard and refrigerater was loud and ran all night. There was a big party going on 5 doors down with loud & noisy. The cops came and no one answered the door, so they left. Slamming doors went on all night. The breakfast was pretty good. There was a lot of random people walking the parking lot all night too. I will be staying somewhere else next time, even though I am a Marriott bonvey member they did not have the best rate guaranteed as promised. Thank you.

Front office staff member who did our check-in. He was very courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of items. This was a last minute short trip but looking forward to stay there when we go back to Austin, hopefully for more days.
