Staff really made me feel at home. Thanks to everyone for all your kindness during my months long stay with y'all. The caring and kindness of the staff really made all the difference!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The only problem was the air vent in the bathwoom was really dirty.

*Despite advertising breakfast included there is no breakfast. Just a cup of coffee and a mini muffin if you choose to grab it. *The a/c made horrendously loud noises all night and didn't work very well. It clearly needs service or replacement. *Don't expect a hot shower because there is only luke warm water trickling out of the shower at best. Our 12v RV water pump has significantly more pressure. *There were what I think were dried boogers on the counter, hair in the tub drain and an unidentified substance on the tub strainer which was broken out of the drain and sitting on the side of the tub. *I'm glad I wasn't traveling with a small child because the outlet next to the bed didn't have a cover and little fingers could easily go right into the box and get electrocuted. Also, the light next to the bed didn't work. Overall this place needs significant maintenance and to not false advertise amenities that they do not provide. Sure, it's a place to sleep, but barely given the racket from the a/c. We won't be back.

Felt secure. Nice knowing someone just can't get in if they wanted. The doors seemed very secure. Our room had roaches, the refrigerator made a horrible loud noise, and the microwave was broken. The room was clean but had tons of roaches.

Perfect location/best breakfast/super clean/loved indoor pool/staff was great! I would stay there anytime

This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked of cigarette smoke. In most if not all hotels with kitchens there is some kind of kitchen utensils, this place had NOTHING. Not even paper towels. I had brought some leftover dinner thinking I would heat it up in the microwave, that would have been fine except there was nothing to heat it on, let alone a utensil to eat it with. I reserved two rooms for two nights, we left after the first night it was so awful. On the way out my son noticed that there was a sign that said you could buy kitchen items. He also noticed that there was nothing in the lobby that you could get to drink. Not even a vending machine. No water, sodas, or coffee. Of and the breakfast is nutragrain bars and coffee for a few hours. It would have been nice if their web page said there are no kitchen utensils or drinks onsite. If you wanted clean sheets or towels you had to bring your current ones to the front desk to swap out. If you want your room cleaned it's extra money.

Room had a full sized fridge and cooktop with small sink for preparing meals. The bathroom didn't have a fan which made the room get pretty steamy after a couple showers. The location is near a couple large roads so getting around Austin is pretty easy from this location.

Clean safe & quiet property (despite being so close to highways,) staff helpful & friendly, had everything I needed & would stay again! (My dog also approved.)

We chose this hotel due to the breakfast since we were staying for my teenage sons basketball tournament but was so I got to email for to put review of my hotel because we're supposed to have breakfast they didn't have breakfast because they're in between management they didn't have breakfast so we were very dissatisfied with that as my son had to play a morning game with no breakfast
- 1/5
We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not get up to help the lady. Talk about rude. We did get our refund from Expedia, but not with any help from the staff at the hotel. We will not stay there again.

Location
- 1/5
This is a bare bones establishment barely above a youth hostel. No television channels, no cords to the phones (so we couldn’t call the desk about the tv). We went down by the elevator and waited 35 inures for anyone to come to the desk-no one appeared. We called the hotel number from our cell phones and no answer. It rolled over to the nation wide line and they could not help us. We checked out.
- 5/5
Great location at a reasonable cost!
- 2/5
Very dingy, old motel truly. Lots of loitering around the property/in the parking lot, seems like a lot of the clientele are longterm stayers/3rd shift workers. Very loud at night, stayed on the second floor and could hear every footstep above and on either side. No amenities at all, no actual breakfast, just a coffee bar. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Trash truck comes and bangs around at 3am. As a female travelling alone, I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
room was clean. friendly staff
- 2/5
Exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, fogging up the mirror and leave the ceiling so condensed with water evaporation caused by the hot/warm water when taking a shower. Also some of the light switch on the dining was not working. No toiletries, hair dryer was not there.

- 2/5
The room was lacking... An extended stay without one piece of silverware.A cup , a spoon , a hair dryer , nothing! No coffee pot. No lotion. The sink was cracked.
- 1/5
I was checked out of my hotel room and my items were thrown away before the 11am check out time. Front desk was not sympathetic and didn’t care to have a solution.
- 3/5
The room was just ok. But liveable. There was no shower curtain, no dishes , no cook ware and house keeping told me they charge $10 to clean the room unless I am there for at least 2 weeks...
- 4/5
It was ok for our visit. The staff was great especially the maintenance man who replace the refrigerator in our room.
- 3/5
Al-in-all, I rate this with 3 stars only because there were no coffee makers in the rooms there was no hot breakfast and had no weight room to workout.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, and decent for the price
- 1/5
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA Y UNA PERDIDA DE TIEMPO Y DINERO.
- 5/5
The people here were really helpful. The area is very convenient and quiet. They did provide a breakfast, albeit very basic. The furniture here shows some wear and tear, but basically still solid. The only actual issue I ran into was the hot water boiler for the building shut down the night I stayed here, and I had to take a cold shower. Not the end of the world, just a little inconvenient.
- 2/5
Staying there for an F1 race was what we were looking for! We know this property is very basic. So it was ok for the purpose we needed it ok .
- 2/5
Did not have anything for the kids. The kitchenette was lacking. Dishes had to be requested and no complimentary dish soap. The floors were not very clean. Our littles would get dirty feet. Staff friendly. The grab and go breakfast was lacking.
- 4/5
Because the location of the hotel, you should have option to eat there, like cold sandwich or salada in a vending machine, and and ice machine. Maybe add fruit for the morning coffee. But the staff also the room was good.
- 3/5
Carpet was coming up, sink had debris, and the tables were not wiped down properly. Shower was not working properly. The lock on the door also did not work properly. The main lock and the latch did work but not the inside lock.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 2/5
But no breakfast. They said they haven't had a chance to refill the supplies. We stayed one night so it was ok but if you are stayng longer and expect some kind of decent hot breakfast, then this is not the place. The nearby La Quinta Inn for comparable price has much better hot breakfast and same kind of rooms.

Smelly. Carpet felt dirty

Very dirt inside and outside room. A smell of Marijuana smoke in hallway to room. Many undocumented individuals walking property. Extended stay is going down hill. Even the staff at front desk made me out of place with their stares.

Quiet and convenient
- 2/5
Rooms are empty of plates, glasses, silverware, as you would expect of these extended stays or suites. You have to ask for them at the desk. And no ice machines.
- 3/5
It was a good hotel, but I could be better.

- 3/5
Adequate for a one night stay. Easy access to downtown Austin.
- 4/5
Stay was good
- 4/5
Amazing/outstanding service! The room was a little drafty, but acceptable overall.
- 5/5
I left a Airbnb due to some tense conditions, and normally stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in Oak Hill. This was a better value, and I’m relived I know of another choice I can make in these ridiculous times.
- 1/5
Location but trashy
- 2/5
Front desk very rude. Could not understand gentleman and told me I need to listen better. Room was disgusting, microwave was filthy, mold in bathroom and dust all over the walls. Location was great though.
- 2/5
The place was not terrible but not the best. It did not include breakfast, elevator was out of service, the stairs and hallways were very dirty with a strong odor. The room had a very strong odor, microwave was not clean.
- 1/5
Simply look elsewhere, rooms do not look the photos and simply bad....
- 1/5
Kind of feels like you're going to get robbed in the parking lot and inside it's worse somehow. I wouldn't do it, pick anywhere but here
- 4/5
Customer service was amazing. The girls at the front desk were super sweet and attentive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the shower pressure was horrible. I stayed on the second floor.
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
There was plenty of parking and overall this was a nice and quiet stay for me. The bed was comfortable and I liked the TV channel options.
- 1/5
Cannot pass up mentioning the police were called to the property to throw some guests out.
- 4/5
Joseph, front desk clerk, was friendly. We waited 10 mintutes to check in but he was the only clerk and the manager left the office.
- 5/5
good
- 3/5
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The bath tub needed updating and the counters were warped. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked so we were fine.
- 3/5
It no nonsense, no full breakfast or restaurant service but they do offer coffee and a small grab and go table with packed muffins and grain bars in the morning. It is good for families on a budget or a quick overnight trip.
- 3/5
I'm visiting family when in Austin; this hotel is convenient, but very complicated to get to the first time. Generally quiet, however, since cooking facilities are in each rooom and construction workers often stay here, there are occasional cooking smells. There is a picnic area on the property and these workers occasionally party here making noise and leaving trash. For me, the convenient location with respect to family and price are enough for me to return.
- 1/5
It is very old and dated hotel . Also very dirty . Bathroom sink has scratches and doesn't drain water properly .
- 2/5
It is not a hotel really, more like a very low level fully furnished apartment.
- 1/5
Room was very dirty the bathtub knobs where Falling apart water was very low there was a dog barking all night long. The room had a very nasty odor.
- 1/5
It was horrible i complained and then switched me too another room thst was infected with bedbugs and ants. Would like a refund or comp

We had a wonderfull stay. This facility was centrally located for our needs. Near downtown, near COTA, near airport. Off hwy 290 and plenty of options for food and shopping.
- 2/5
very dirty
- 4/5
When I came down in the morning to check out, there was no one at the front desk; the coffee service was completely empty; all offerings for the "continental" breakfast were empty.
- 4/5
The room was in good condition. Mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard. The room was clean. I felt safe in the hotel. The grounds needed some trash pick-up but nothing bad. The location is pretty good. It's a bit tricky to get to off east 290 because of the construction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
- 1/5
The worst hotel I stated wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. No cleaning dirty smell like cigarette didn’t change out my towels for four days. I was there very unprofessional staff.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Affordable and in a nice area.
- 3/5
It didnt have a real lobby
- 2/5
I found the source of piss smell, it was a diaper behind the toilet. Went to the front desk and told them, they didnt do anything about it. Threw it away in the hall trash can. Also no free WiFi, last i checked, it is 2025. Free wifi for a hotel isnt a big ask. I get it if you want to download a ton of stuff, thats different. However browsing the internet isnt a big use of wifi. Also no security cameras? Despite having angry people in the lobby and a homeless camp 100 yards to the right of the hotel.
- 1/5
Terrible service rooms dirty trash under the beds someone else cloths in the drawers no housekeeping service it say free breakfast just cup cakes and coffee not a good experience my kids terrible to go out because the look and the surroundings pay to much money left a day before my check out never again will stay in this hotel employee look terrible dress code failed
- 3/5
The room was clean.
- 3/5
The cheapest national brand hotel with near zero frills. OK, zero frills. The front desk clerk runs the laundry. Let's just hope they've always washed their hands before returning from the laundry room, which is where the door goes right behind the front desk counter. The thought of the clerk handling the sheets & towels, then my credit card and room key without washing thier hands is a bit revolting, unless you're into that kinda stuff. The place is clean, and the furnishing are post college grad, first apartment kinda quality. It works.
- 1/5
Room was old, holes in curtain, rusted stove top, broken counter top and a tiny tv from the 90's. I left the light on all night in fear of roaches coming out.
- 4/5
For the price it was good.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, but beyond that, it is not as advertised.
