I would 1st love to sa, Thank you for all that you done for me. I had an amazing time when I was there. It was very nice peoples that also here as well. Easy to booked, but the best of all , the young lady at the front desk. She was so happy n helpful. She did everything she could to assist, I loved it. The young men that helped me to my room, gotta give him his Stars as well. I haven't been in a place like this in over 30 yrs. The staff was just amazing n helpful, I really enjoyed myself n Im coming back soon.

Location. Room was not ready upon arrival. Breakfast was very basic. Coffee , oatmeal without hot water , and oranges.

The air conditioner in room 131 was not working, it’s to hot in Texas for that not to be noticed.

The room got dark They charged me 2x for one night and won’t refund the mistake. No airport shuttle.

A little opener either in a drawer or magneted to the fridge would be helpful. Other than that everything was great.

the location is good! the property is pretty new, the parking lots are enough for all people to stay. very close to the airport. the window and door are tight! you won't hear the flight passing by. There is no hairdryer included, we have to dry our hair with the towels, and go back to the car, use the heat A/C to blow the hair. There is breakfast provided, but the selection is very limited!

Clean room

The location , the staff The first room had an awful smell. We told them, and than they moved us to another room, that the AC didn’t work well, so the room was difficult to sleep but we didn’t say it to the staff because it was the second room already that we asked to leave.

You get what you paid for! No problems with anything and staff were nice.

Any time I'm in Austin, this is my go-to. The staff is always so helpful

While waiting for my Uber to pick me up after checking out, I urgently needed to use the restroom. To my surprise, I was informed by the front desk staff that there is no public restroom available in the lobby for guests. They explained that the lobby restrooms had been removed because some guests left them in a messy condition. As a paying guest who spent approximately $120 per nights as business trip . even if only for a few hours during a transit stop near Austin Airport, I find it unreasonable that there is no restroom available for guests in an emergency situation. Access to a restroom is a basic necessity. Hotels have housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, and I do not believe a hotel of this standard cannot afford to provide and maintain a lobby restroom for its guests. This was a very disappointing experience because the room itself was nice and clean. Unfortunately, due to this policy, I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone who may need restroom access before or after check-in and check-out, because there is couples block hotel or INN for extra $ 20 or offering same price .

Very easy and nice stay here

For an extended stay property you had a cook top in the room but no plates or silverware or coffee cups or coffee maker. You had a microwave but no plates.

What concerned me the most was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It appeared poorly maintained and visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel standard. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort were very frustrating. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely fell far below expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality and maintenance of their rooms for future guests.

Broken elevator, room dirty, bathroom smelled of smoke

Shower took a whole minute to get hot water. Breakfast was supposedly at 6, went down at 6:30 & no coffee. No cupsnot even for water on the room. Pillows were crap. Elevator was broken. When we parked after check-in, the side door was propped open with a rock, and there were dead cockroaches all over the entryway

Not a great hotel. Had to have them come and re-clean my bathroom as there was mold in the shower and toothpaste splatter on the floor in the entry. (They did come). Front desk wasn’t super professional, usually out back or on their phone. Elevator was broken the entire time (4 day stay) so you had to walk to the edges and no urgency or concern. Bed was hard and sloped downward slightly. No hangers in the closet, had to ask for those too. Don’t bother to check the amenities. Their “breakfast” is a small cooler with yogurt and some granola bars out in a hallway. It was fine otherwise? Good parking, lighting, room was spacious and clean otherwise, convenient location, safe.

We have been here for 17 days and the elevator has been out 15 days and they have no idea when it will be fixed. we are on the 4th floor with a dog and it is super inconvenient

Don’t book this hotel took me an hour just to get in to check in. Restroom was super dirty hairs every where. Customer service was very unprofessional

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. It was very loud and room are not sound proof at all. Outdoor area needed an uplift.

No not spotless. They don't sweep under the beds and the shower was not clean. But besides that everything was excellent.

Bathroom didn’t feel clean. Check in was unprofessional. We checked in with our name, got handed the two card keys and pointed to where our room was and that was it. Not accommodating at all. There was a liquid puddle in front of check in counter that no one bothered to clean up. Electricity went out during check out. I was there for only one night. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Staff members were so helpful and supportive. Love the room anything that u need it was there, but it needs a little more pay attention to details when cleaning the place.

Room and hotel in general very clean. Receptionist very helpful. We had to leave very early for flight so couldn’t get coffee or breakfast in lobby but staff provided us with mugs (real not paper cups) coffee and machine for our room. 5 minutes away we visited Jarvis Tex Mex for a great, quick in restaurant meal.

Guests are allowed to cook in their rooms, but the management doesn't supervise to ensure they do so with the door closed, much less that they prepare light meals without strong odors that might disturb other guests. In a nearby room (on the third floor), someone was cooking with the door open, wearing only underwear, and the smell spread all the way to the reception area, which was quite unpleasant when you were trying to relax.

My stay was extremely pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was really clean. I also loved the location because it was pretty easy getting to where I needed to go from there.

Not very clean. Saw towels sit in the hallway for three days before they picked up. The hair in the shower was there upon check in. The staff was very nice and helpful though. Rest of the property was well kept. This is not the hotels fault but we called the person above our room Stompy McStompsalot. Over all it’s not a bad spot at all.

Not bad for the price. But sheets had stains, there is nothing near by which is my own fault but again price. Front desk service is the toughest part. Almost didnt get my bag back before my flight because no one was there.

Location was very convenient but our room was not clean and there was glass from a beer bottle in our shower.

Overall, our stay was OK and that’s it. The Elevator was not working most of our stay and the breakfast was lacking like others have mentioned (Muffin, coffee and oakmeal “grab and go”. The positives: close to the airport, free parking and the room was decent.

Last minute booking. Would be a great stay if they work on the cleanliness.

We cancelled our stay next door at the Days Inn for the Raddison. Paid 75 dollars more and was dirty had to pay to park. Would have spent more to stay at the guesthouse at the airport if it wasn't too late to cancel. Not worth the money

This is a comfortable safe place to stay before a air line flight out of Austin, Texas. No problem with room or check in. The only problem was I reserved a king bedroom and they rented it to someone else. I had to take a room with queen bed. First time this has ever happened when I reserved a room. By the time I got to the hotel, all king bedrooms were rented.

The only negative was that my reservation was for a king bed, but we got a queen and we weren’t informed at all until we got to the room. We had unpacked before I noticed then had to go to the front desk to ask about this and they said the reservation only says they’d give a king bed if available basically. It wasn’t a terrible inconvenience, but we got charged for the king. When I asked if I’d be getting a partial refund since they gave us a queen, the night shift front desk guy said I’d have to ask the manager in the morning, but that he was a really cool guy lol I inquired about it in the morning and the manager quickly told us he could give us a partial refund that was much more than I was expecting so I was very happy about that. Also, we had to wait until the morning to ask for a late check-out, and they let us check out an hour late. There were some small inconveniences, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great, the location was great for my needs, it was right off the highway, and the room was great and clean!

Woke up this morning went to my van my bike was chained to the rack chains were cut bike is stolen….very disappointed and angry. Should have some kind of security. Would like to be paid value of bike $750..00

It was a nice stay no complaints plus good parking. Only thing was that there was no trash can in the restroom and the breakfast is a grab and go so not really a breakfast just snacks.

Shaky area. Many people loitering behind the building; the air was thick with marijuana. My bad, I didn’t realize that you have to pay extra for room service.
