The hotel has a beautiful exterior and is close to the conference center, but guests have reported issues with hot water, air conditioning, and cleanliness. The staff has been described as uninterested and the parking fees have increased.

My room was impeccably clean, and my bed was very comfortable. There was an array of food during the social hour, I honestly ate such a light dinner because I ate so many veggies and naan with the hummus and killer tzatziki. April was so helpful and the check in process was so smooth. She gave me tips about nearby restaurants and was just super friendly. She is a gem. Everyone seems to get along really well and I cannot remember the name of the bartender, but she was so sweet and has the warmest aura. She reminds me of my aunt, and she’s the sweetest woman I know.

The room was adequate, but needs updating. The furniture had stains and the room still had a popcorn ceiling. The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk help was very helpful.

The atrium area was well maintained. Aside from that this hotel is an absolute disaster. The rooms are filthy and everything is breaking down. The hotel staff, specifically the manager Christian was rude, dismissive, and cold. If there was a play book for what NOT to do when it comes to customer service, this property and staff would check all boxes. The Hilton Embassy Suites also over charged me. After speaking to the front desk about my promised refund, they still haven’t returned my money or any type of correspondence for weeks after leaving. One word, DISASTER. I have never left a property in my life. I checked out as soon as I could find other accommodations and Booking was instrumental in helping me through the process.
- 3/5
The front desk guy seemed a bit grumpy and they spring a $17.00 a night just to park in the parking lot.
- 4/5
It was nice, but still waiting on them to email my receipt 3 hours later

Great space in rooms and breakfast was great also

I loved the room we were in, the ability to get a crib late at night and the price. There wasn't anything I didn't like!
- 2/5
Breakfast is always good at embassy. I got the premium suite at embassy I had to ask for the premium benefits as there were none in the room although they did let me check in early I will leave that to oversight. But the internet was out the whole stay and the gym was out of order. It did the job I needed for a restful night sleep. But other than that if I was to stay more then one day I would have cancelled and went somewhere else.

Beds were super comfortable and April did a great job at turning around a bad situation. She gave us exceptional customer service! They charged me for a double room and put me in a King size room because they had no more double rooms. Our kids had to sleep on a sofa bed.
- 3/5
Good breakfast. I am sad they have let this property get to this level. It needs renovations desperately. Carpet and sofas smell. They should not charge for parking.
- 5/5
The hotel is dated but classic Embassy Suites. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The trademark breakfast is a valuable amenity—staff was working diligently to keep stocked and clean: I was impressed given how busy it was Saturday morning. It was a great value for the price we paid! The only negative other than needing to be updated is that they charge $17 per night for parking.
- 5/5
Layout of hotel - large indoor area with rooms around, 6 floors. Dave and Busters nearby - food is good - noisy but fun Breakfast in Morning - decent selection 5:30 to 7 pm - 2 free drinks from bar per person $17 dollars a night to park --- ??????? Elevators are appropriate for the size hotel. Overall I like the location.

The shower did not really work, it kept spraying water out of the shower. The ac was loud but was working well. They put me next to the ice machine and cleaning section as far away from the elevators in an empty hotel. The hot tub jets did not work and the pool was freezing but that is probably more of a me thing. The staff was absolutely amazing.
- 5/5
Our bartender was amazing. She went out of her way to make our drinks and dinner. Wonderful definitely will be back.

Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Great room, LOVED happy hour and the amazing breakfast including made to order omelets , $17 for parking seems like it's just a ploy to advertise lower room rates

- 5/5
Excellent service. The breakfast was awesome. Finally a hotel that provide freshly grilled omelette with several ingredients to choose from. Kudos to the staff.
- 5/5
Parking fee seemed like an unnecessary add-on because of all the parking spaces they had available.
- 4/5
Great quiet place to relax after conference all day

I like the location and the hotel. Mattress was decent. Size of room was good.

EV getting popular in this generation. EV charging stations should be available onsite for travelers.
- 5/5
Happy hour was great! Breakfast is hands down one of the best!
- 5/5
We liked everything about our stay.
- 5/5
Stay was great, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Love Happy Hour and breakfast! Clean rooms and spacious too!
- 4/5
Check in always easy and quick. Very nice and excellent customer service at desk. Room spacious and bed very comfy. Carpet could use cleaning. Feet got dirty real fast and never had that happen before. The AC was very loud. Omelets at breakfast still the best. Reception snacks are ok and drinks are nice and cold. When we come from Houston we always stay here. ❤️😊
- 4/5
Awesome breakfast Nice front desk staff only lukewarm water for shower crazy stupid to pay parking
- 1/5
Room smelled bad and they couldn’t find me a room. I walked around with secuirty for 30 minutes.
- 5/5
Everything needed for a safe stay will come again.
- 1/5
I was charged double on my stay. I got charged by Expedia and then charged by the hotel. The agents at the front desk did not fix the issue on time.
- 5/5
This was by far the best customer service we've received in a lonnnngggg time. April and Brandon at Embassy Suites at 9505 Stonelake Blvd in Austin Tx is Amazing!!! We really enjoyed our stay!! April is very personable and outgoing. Those two are a customer service tag team and I applaud 👏 them for going above and beyond. Thank You ☺️
- 3/5
Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. But terribly in need of an “update”. Beds were good but furniture and carpet were old and worn out! I love Embassy Suites but was shocked to see this one in such a state of disrepair!
- 3/5
Room was dated. Tub had a dripping leak. carpeting was old. The staff were nice.
- 5/5
Breakfast was the best. Very clean
- 5/5
From the front desk staff, the bartender for happy hour and the very patient guy making the best omelets for breakfast - this team made my experience truly amazing!
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing. Hot tub was warm however did not have bubbles.
- 5/5
The beds are small and the matters are hard. Woke up with back pain.
- 4/5
Room clean, daily housekeeping, staff very nice. Shops nearby but across some big streets. Have to drive to restaurants.
- 4/5
The service and cleanliness were top notch. The hotel is older and a bit dated but was good overall.
- 5/5
Great stay! Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Excellent hotel as felt by over and over again, after lodging in different cities/states. Consistently top notch over the past 16 years.
- 5/5
Pool and hot tub could be warmer
- 3/5
The room was clean, but dated. I woke up the first morning to a giant cockroach in the bathtub. On a positive note, the breakfast was great. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced.
- 1/5
No extra pillow. No coffee. Paid self parking! Will never go there again. Rude breakfast people.
- 4/5
Place was great.
- 5/5
Close to downtown
- 5/5
Clean room; great happy hour and breakfast! Embassy Suites is always my first choice!
- 5/5
Overall great experience
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay while in Austin
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Great food, very clean & very professional & friendly workers.
- 5/5
Indoor Pool & hot tub were perfect, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Hide-a-bed only good for a kid, 80’s comfortable. Shower wasn’t good. Broken sprayer, loose rod, torn curtain. Room was clean. Mini refrigerator was awful, turned to low setting and still froze water bottles and soda bottles. Tv had a couple of apps to sign into, and some cable channels. Breakfast was good, good service.
- 5/5
Great amenities
- 5/5
Good experience
- 3/5
The hotel gym and the rooms are a disgrace for an Embassy Suites. Further, I never took a truly hot shower the entire time is was there. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for another stay when my travel needs require lodging.
- 3/5
Room 412 hot water is very limited.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, rooms seem a little outdated and the hot tub jets was not working properly but at least it was hot.
- 5/5
My group loved their stay!
- 5/5
Amazing location, very wheel maintained, breakfast with many options and the staff is very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Other than checkout or stay was great. At checkout, luggage carts were no where to be found. After an elevator trip i noticed they were just sitting on the 4th floor. Staff did not make any effort to ensure the carts were available. Additionally when i asked for a water stay the front desk they said they were out despite having a case of water right next to her. When i came back in from loading that set of luggage she was stocking that water to sale in the shop. We stayed in the largest room in the hotel for four days. To see water prioritized for sale over a guest was extremely disappointing and a failed customer service opportunity. Good stay sour exit....

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. We were in Austin for medical reasons and coming back to a clean and comfortable hotel room made a difference. The staff was amazing. Would rate higher if I could.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good but very slow. The breakfast area was extrememly cold
- 5/5
Clean room. Very comfortable bed. I really like that the air/heating unit is not in the bedroom (very quiet), and I can set it to have the fan run all night rather than cut on and off . My only complaint is that the cleaning crew forgot to leave coffee packets! TVs in both rooms were large and offered so many choices!
- 4/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
They had short-order cooks making breakfast just the way you ordered it. Lots of bacon and sausage on the plate.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Staff was nice enough, room was clean, but there were empty soap bottles. Fix the elevator pretty quick too. Breakfast was great! Need to stock pool towels, but other than that great stay. Bring back the swans!
- 5/5
clean comfortable and close to our reasons for being there. Excellent breakfast. Front desk personnel, especially the evening lady were spot on.
- 4/5
The front desk stuff was very accommodating and friendly. They moved us room quickly when the air went out. They breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. Found someone’s sock and a used tissue in the sheets of the bed. Unfortunately after I slept on the bed
- 5/5
very clean, nice staff, comfortable room
- 3/5
It is ridiculous to charge $21 to park in a parking lot where there is no shortage of available parking, and most spaces go unused. This policy is an underhanded way to get an extra $21 out of a customer's pocket, and is borderline a misrepresentation of the advertised rates to stay here. It sullied an otherwise good experience.
- 5/5
The heat (air conditioning) wasn´t working, so the first night the room was so cold, its important to fix that
- 2/5
The room was not great it was right next to the ice machine and staff elevator so quite noisy. The food was cold.
- 5/5
It was a great experience. Great location and hotel room was clean. Staff was courteous as well.
- 3/5
Room was fine. My issue is also having to pay separately for parking. I won’t be using Hilton properties with pay to park. This is different from valet parking. I park myself in a parking lot and have to pay a third party.
- 5/5
Breakfast Buffet was Spot On
- 5/5
Very nice area of Austin away from the hustle and bustle
- 4/5
The room was nice, what I found weird is that you needed to pay for parking at the hotel.

Everything was great! People friendly and loved my room!! Will be back soon! Thanks!

Great breakfast and great options!
- 2/5
Room does not look clean. The A/C in the room is so noisy.

Toilet ran all night. I asked them to fix it. They said they did and It still ran all night. When I asked for blankets for the pull couch for my son they said they didn’t have any. When I called for more towels they said they didn’t have any house keeping that night and I would have to come get them at the front desk. We had kids in hall playing literal hockey banging into our door all hours of the day and night. The carpets were dirty and smelled awful. I was afraid to walk barefoot. The gym was very small. No room to actually workout. There were no towels in the gym to wipe sweat. There were no 15 or 20 pound dumbbells to use and the gym itself was dirty and disgusting. To top it all off we had to pay to park in an unsecured parking lot that I was not aware I would need to. If I had known we had to pay to park I would have chose a different hotel. The experience was a huge disappointment. I went with Embassy suites because I have always enjoyed staying at them. Due this experience I will not use them again. My wife and I travel quite a bit due to both our kids being in college in different cites. We will definitely not come back to Embassy Suites. I will make sure no one I know stays here in the future.

Friendly staff and great room

Breakfast was the best part. The hotel itself needs serious upgrades. The atmosphere of the hotel was drabby.
- 5/5
Clean and well appointed room, lovely lobby, extremely helpful and kind staff, very accommodating with our dog, and great food fare.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Staff was outstanding.
- 4/5
The first night the elevator smelled fresh but buy the second and third day it smelled like dog the staff was nice and I liked my view 🙂
- 4/5
The room was clean. The furniture in the sitting area needs replacing. It’s worn and not comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. AC was good. Loved the air filter in the room. The wet bar sink facet was broken and leaked. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
