Mosquitoes in the lobby at night

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, except they ran out of items too fast like coffee. There was quite a bit of noise in the 2 rooms next to us at 1 am in the morning I was going to complain but was too exhausted......
- 2/5
Hot tub did not work. Light display in lobby did not work. Furniture near bar and eating areas were worn out and needs replacing. Shower in our room needs to be replaced, just covered up with paint. Wall paper falling down. Only 1 elevator working on one side of the hotel. Super hot inside the hotel. Some front desk staff needs to be replaced and their attitudes need to go. Have to pay for parking which is $22 per night. Riff raff hanging around the parking lot at all hours of the night taking pictures of “random” vehicles. Should have onsite security to patrol the parking lot with what we have to pay. Be prepared to provide an upfront incidental fee of $200 before you check-in. Not impressed and will never stay at Embassy Suites again. The rate was not cheap at all and it’s not in a very good side of town. The hotel should have been way nicer with the amount we paid

The hotel and all staff that was present the nights i was there is 10/10
- 5/5
Todo estaba muy bien excepto que había una puerta en el vanity del baño que estaba un poco caída y no dejaron los palillos del café por lo demás todo perfecto
- 5/5
Everything about the place is wonderful I only have two complaints one the hot tub was broken without any communication telling me that the second is $22 a day plus tax and fees to park is ridiculous especially when it's in town and not downtown

Everything is good. However, one of the elevators has been broken for a long time. And the entire hotel needs an upgrade in my opinion. It smells old and it looks old. However, the queen suite was comfortable and spacious. The air conditioning worked well, but the shower needs a major upgrade!!! Charging for parking is not right, because you don't expect to have to pay for parking at a hotel. You are already overpriced for that. The staff is very kind. Breakfast was super! Overall, I would rate this hotel at about a 7 or possibly an 8. Thank you.

Everything was super clean Rooms a little outdated

It was very nice, clean and beautiful inside You have to pay for parking, it was pet friendly but you had to pay a no refundable pet deposit of $75 a day

I like the hotel as a whole. It was fancy looking and the rooms overlooking the open space makes for a great view. The rooms themselves are really old school. The TVs don’t have smart features, the furniture is really vintage looking. Rooms look like they need a modern upgrade. Also the fact that you’d need to pay for parking. I know it’s common for places around Austin but I figured it be included in the price since the rooms are kinda pricey.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The hotel was quiet and family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The breakfast and the evening receptions are great! Those amenities will keep me coming back. The staff at the breakfast station and receptions are great! Very friendly and engaging. The indoor pool was really dirty. It needs to be cleaned. It was visibly dirty on the tiles and made the pool look unhealthy. I appreciated seeing the guest towels and it was nice seeing a hot tub. But the pool tiles were really, really, really dirty. :-(
- 4/5
I enjoyed the how clean it was. My boys really enjoyed the pool, it was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I disliked how you can hear the slamming of the doors thru out the night. Plus the hot water from the shower didn’t work. I wanted to ask to switch rooms but I didn’t want to bother moving all my belongings, especially because I had to young kids with me.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and well kept. I loved the interior decor and spacious lounge sitting areas available. The breakfast buffet is amazing and loved that they offer an evening complimentary drink and snack. We will be back here again for sure.
- 4/5
Everything as far as room & service was great, we chose a hotel woth a pool incase we got rained in the top rim of the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in years didnt notice it till after my whole family was already in. To say that was a big downer and having an uneasy feeling about everything else was just yuck. We did get rained in there was buckets everything from the leaks in the main lobby. The service from the employees was great and our rooms were perfect.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Accommodated us so that we be have a room close to our other family members. Definitely staying here again next time we are in town.

I like the Daily complementary drinks , elevator is very slow and few carts
- 5/5
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It was also very close to the location that we needed to get to.
- 3/5
Nice spacious suite. Breakfast was great. Happy hour was nice and chill. The pool and hot tub were good. The elevators need to be worked on. It is a big hotel and at some point only two elevators were working. It was chaos at the end. Everyone was trying to leave with their belongings. Long waiting time. Overall an ok place to stay. Also I had to pay $22 a day for parking.
- 5/5
It's a quiet and good place to bring your family, good customer service.
- 3/5
The elevators have been broken for a very long time. We’ve stayed here 3-4 times. It took us 45 min to wait for a dolly and an elector. Won’t probably stay here again. The room itself is like all of this chain. Nice room. Overall it needs a rehab on the property
- 5/5
Nice hotel and take good breakfast. It's a bit outdated but everything else was great.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and willing to help with anything
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. The overall hotel had a great atmosphere and was very welcoming.

This hotel has a great location off the highway. The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Spacious rooms!
- 1/5
Our room’s AC didn’t work, so we were moved to another room, only to find that the AC there also wasn’t working. After waiting hours, we were finally given box fans. We also had to use the lobby restrooms because our toilets continued to malfunction. The front desk staff were dismissive, eventually stopped answering our calls, and forced us to repeatedly come downstairs just to get assistance. Management’s only offer for all of these issues was 50 Hilton Honors points for our entire stay, which isn’t nearly enough to compensate for an entire weekend of inconvenience. I’m requesting a refund through Expedia, but they require the hotel’s approval before they can process it. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here. We felt completely uncared for as guests.
- 5/5
Great location followed by a clean and comfortable place!
- 5/5
The property, the employees, the room, the dayroom the pool and the bar was all excellent. My day was peaceful quiet the room was cool all in all great time.
- 2/5
Breakfast was great and beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my stay. My only issue was getting there and finding out that I had to pay for parking. They charge per day, not per stay.
- 2/5
Rooms are outdated furniture is old and ugly, carped is also very old
- 3/5
Parking is not free, you either charge it to your card or they have QR codes outside you charge for parking. Elevators are a nightmare, it’s seems only one side of the hotel elevators work. Phone in bedroom did not work, missing lightbulb from lamp in bedroom. Found a deodorant in ice bucket in room (clearly cleaning personnel did not do their job in cleaning). Only good thing is Breakfast it’s always amazing.
- 4/5
For my kids and they loved that, but very tiny one bathroom for a 2 bedroom/ sofa bed living room full of people. Tiny bathroom in general though for even 2 people. Rooms need some updating, but it worked for one night and was happy both beds in the rooms were king size! It stated online one queen and one king, so pleasant surprise. Extra room for my kiddos.
- 2/5
A two bedroom suite with only one bathroom???? And the desk agent didn’t add my Honors number to my reservation. Bar staff wasn’t very friendly. Overall a very disappointing stay. Wouldn’t book again
- 2/5
The property is an old property. Looks like they tried to make some repairs but they very poorly done. In the evening when we were there for a couple of hours, myself and 2 of my kids started getting stuffy noses, coughing and a scratchy throat. I think the room had mold. It looks like there was a sliding door at one time, but they decided to lock it up and seal the door around the edges, it was very poorly done and we could feel the air from outside coming through little gaps. The door was very rusty all around and there were water stains in the ceiling and patches on the walls and ceiling. We had reserved the hotel for two nights. However, we were not comfortable and left after one night stay. Also, they charge separately for parking, $22 a night. I can understand paying for parking when going to a resort in a parking garage. However, outside parking lot should be free. I don’t think we will stay there again.
- 2/5
The rooms were very humid, didn't get cold, and had a very musty and wet smell.
- 4/5
Nice atmosphere.
- 5/5
Bed was a bit hard
- 5/5
I usually stay at this hotel on the weekend, and love the breakfast that is open until 10:00. However, this stay was during the week, and I forgot that breakfast is only open until 9:00 on weekdays. Was very sad to miss it!
- 5/5
Hotel room was clean, we stayed for two nights and the room was redone while we were out the next day which was nice the staff was great. The pool was fun distraction for the kids it was decent.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Property is old and lacks maintenance, furniture in the room has a lot of scratches and the carpet is really old and dirty
- 2/5
Its an old school embassy suites. My issue was the bathroom for a 2 bar suite was terribly small and shower was full of soap scum. Didn't feel great.

Un diamante dorado de dos quilates La señora que limpió la habitación le llaman “la chiquis”” ella dice que no vio nada
- 3/5
The reception desk staff were pleasant and helpful. When we had a maintenance issue in our room, it was resolved within minutes. All of the furnishings were clean, but very worn, and outdated. The lighting in all the rooms was very dim. Although it was mid-July and we had the a/c set at 68 degrees, the room vents started blowing out very warm, humid air in the middle of the night, which made the room stifling, and impossible to sleep in. One of the elevators wasn’t working.
- 5/5
From check in to check out, my stay at Embassy Suites was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the location ideal. Breakfast was fresh and well balanced, the breakfast area clean. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
love the indoor pool and the overall vive
- 5/5
Loved this hotel, I will visit again.
- 5/5
GREAT location.
- 3/5
Pool and hot tub was good. Reception was nice. Breakfast was delicious. Elevators were problematic. Room cleanliness was poor ( hair found in bathroom. Yellow stain and hair found on clean towels. Bathroom needs remodeling. Staff was pleasant and kind.
- 5/5
Nice and courteous
- 5/5
Everything was great except didn't like the fact we have to pay for thr parking but Everything else was great.
- 4/5
Everything in this hotel was absolutely perfect. The only thing I didn’t like I could not temperature in my suite. It was entirely too cold the entire time I was there, but that’s OK. Everything else was perfect.
- 5/5
Great for the value
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 4/5
We had an overall great stay here, we were served by Mark when we checked in who graciously upgraded our room and didn’t charge us for parking which was very kind. The room was great, it was very spacious and the water pressure was amazing. There are a few broken tiles in the shower that need dealing with, and the pillows on the bed are too small almost more like couch cushion size rather than an appropriate size for a bed. Otherwise our stay was excellent and the complimentary happy hour was a great touch.
- 3/5
I had an accessible room but it had a 24inch door between the rooms and in the bathroom which clearly was not wide enough for my electric wheelchair so I had to live it in the entrance room and could not move around. The rest of the stay was extremely comfortable.
- 1/5
Pool was dirty and room
- 5/5
Great staff and had a great breakfast!!
- 4/5
The exterior and interior were outdated; however, the room was clean, quite and spacious. The staff was very responsive to requests. The breakfast was excellent; plenty of seats, great selection of food stuffs and the egg station was the highlight. I was disappointed with the $22 a night outdoor parking charge.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Pool area was a bit unkept. But overall great experience! Will definitely book again.
- 5/5
Everything was nice. Clean rooms and very spacious. Breakfast was a plus. Only suggestion for the hotel would be more handicapped parking spaces.
- 5/5
Property was overall clean and tidy breakfast was amazing ! A lot of space to sit ! My little one enjoyed the indoor pool and most of all the staff was really helpful
- 3/5
Our water pressure was awful! We had maintenance up to fix it then they never came back to actually fix it. Photos make the hotel look nicer than it is. Location was relatively centralized. Bed was very uncomfortable.
- 4/5
I was not aware of the $100 hold or parking fee until I arrived. I was under the impression that the parking was free at this location. Im glad I did have the extra money for the $100. That should be added to the hotel information
- 3/5
This is an older property that is in desperate need of a major renovation. The ceiling was leaking into the bar area, old carpets, bathroom door was hard to close, curtains were hard to draw. There were 4 of us in the king suite and when We asked for towels and toilet paper, they left us two towels and no toilet paper. Breakfast had a lot of options but everything would get cold quickly or was dried out from being in the warmers. Coffee was just okay. The pool was super full so we couldn’t even use it. The best part were the free drinks in the afternoon. They also didn’t mention that we had to pay for parking so an additional $53 in parking.
- 5/5
Always friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast. Nice gym. Enjoy staying here whenever I visit Austin.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with good breakfast. Also did not charge crazy fees like some other places!
- 5/5
We were there for only a night but the room was clean and breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
This hotel had very nice rooms. The staff was pleasant and happy. We were welcomed with a free happy hour and the breakfast was awesome. I will be coming back when I am in Austin.
- 5/5
Will definitely be back :)
- 5/5
All was awesome
- 2/5
Not bad, just a bit old and not very well maintained. Water leaks everywhere. Even the lobby has water problems. Housekeeping was very sparse.
- 3/5
Hotel room was old. Old carpet. Smell of humidity.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
We love this hotel. The location, room size, amenities, cleanliness, fun happy hour & the buffet is AWESOME! My family has stayed here 3 separate times & the front desk staff has been rude every single time. I have overlooked the way they speak to guests MANY times, but I cannot anymore. Not just 1 person multiple ladies multiple times. My family has been yelled @, called a liar, huffed @ & eye rolls from different front desk staff. Been trapped on an elevator & scolded for it even though there was no sign or communication it was broken. We travel from dfw many times a year for UT events & want to stay here, but the front desk ladies need a refresher on customer service. 3 separate times from multiple different staff is not a fluke it is a problem.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast
- 3/5
Room was clean. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was not good. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
I would definitely recommend this spot!
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay because it was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was impressive. A chef would even cook a fresh omelette of your choice for you!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful! The complimentary Happy Hour was great!
- 2/5
Very disappointed with my stay at Embassy Suites Austin. The hotel was dirty, with stained carpets and unclean common areas. The property is clearly in need of maintenance, as several fixtures were worn out or not functioning properly. Overall, the hotel felt neglected and far below the standard I expected. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay there and would do it again
- 3/5
I did not get a copy of my final bill and it was more than the reservation.
- 5/5
Very personable and accepting.
- 3/5
All good
- 5/5
As I believe that it is high for parking
- 4/5
We enjoyed our time at the hotel amenities were great but the a/c was not working well and the pillows were too small.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Only issue was the bathtub, paint was chipping. Was nervous to take a shower did not want to make it worse.
