Great people and nice bar

It has a very nice lobby. Bathrooms were dated. Plumbing and AC were very loud.
- 3/5
Quiet area Not well lit. I have to pay for parking. No visible security.

Stay was great, only issue was the ac in the room wasn't working properly and our room keys stopped working. Other than that stay was great

Staff friendly clean room
- 4.5/5
The air conditioning wasn’t working, but the maintenance man was on the job pretty quick.
- 2/5
The Elvotor sound is scary service is poor and for that much price for night they also charge parking fee price Nothing wrong decision
- 5/5
It was close to everything but hidden off the highway. It was a huge hotel with a wonderful lobby. Our room was nice and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in town. The hotel is obviously older and needs some updating but it was still well maintained.
- 5/5
Just the humidity
- 2/5
We found a room where the air conditioner worked on her third move. And in that room, the toilet was very close to backing up.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, pool was good. Shower was leaking on bathroom floor because shower curtain rod was broken, water in shower not hot though it was hot at the sink. A/C was too loud to sleep, when it cycled off I could hear the neighbors just as loud - Bad humming and vibrating noises. Overall poor repair, missing paint, poorly patched repair jobs, just looked run down and unpolished.
- 3/5
The elevator creaked a bit. But my room was non-smoking as I requested! :)

The pictures for this place made me think that I was getting a higher-quality room; I was immediately dissuaded from that thought. There were holes in the walls, stuff was falling off the walls, there was no closet space, just a dinky shelf with a pole that was coming off the wall and was about 3ft tall. When I checked in, the front desk attendant wasn't even there and didn't show up for several minutes until I had to loudly say, "Hello?" He wasn't even near the desk. I didn't know about the incident fee beforehand. I thought I had paid that online, so when I questioned him about it, he got short with me. After driving 7 hours, that was not how I needed to be welcomed. The walls of the rooms are incredibly thin; you can hear everything, so I would recommend bringing a sound machine if you want to sleep through the night without being woken up by someone else. Breakfast ends at 9 am, which is nice for people who work, but I was on vacation, so I missed it every morning. One late night/early morning, I got a knock at my door that I thought might be housekeeping even though I had placed the sign on the door, so I got up to answer it, and before I could, someone was opening it. It happened to be a different front desk lady and some random drunk guy. I guess he thought my room was his and she was letting him in? Aren't there procedures in place to check for this at the desk before disturbing guests? No id check or computer check first? I won't be staying here again.
- 1/5
Please don’t stay here if you like sleeping in cold rooms it was so hot we had to leave
- 2/5
Stayed here two nights. The first room I was in water would shoot out of the side of the toilet anytime it was flushed. The second night I woke up sweating because the AC was broke and not running. Parking is a rip off. Spent $35 to park here for 2 days. Didn’t try the breakfast because it was extra $$$. Next time I’m in the area I’d go to a different hotel.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever. Cars were broken into and AC was not working.
- 5/5
Great place for staying, Great Staff All was good, no complaints

All was good, no complaints

Maintenance had it come fix our hot water. After they left the carpet in our room was soaking wet. I called the front desk again. They said they would send someone up and no one ever showed up.
- 5/5
A lot of stores around.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
This might be dramatic but I think it’s really stupid to pay for parking at a hotel that you’re already paying to stay at. If parking needs to be paid it should be included in the hotel cost or at least warned. I planned to pay what the booking said and was shocked to find out I had to pay an extra $30 just to park my own car in an open, unprotected parking lot. If you’re planning to stay here please know they had me pay $15 per night for parking.

Front receptionist was Amazing. She was so cheerful and quickly checked us in.

location wasnt ideal. too much construction going on around the area.

Nice hotel for short stay.
- 4/5
This hotel was a perfect distance to my sons’ apartment, and it would be perfect if they didn’t charge $15/ day for parking. The place needs new TV’s as well, which they are working on, but the staff and service was excellent!
- 5/5
Nice, Quiet off Substantial Neighborhood. Use Maps to find. Be Patient. Well Worth it
- 5/5
Alexis was amazing customer service was amazing me and my man had a wonderful time
- 5/5
The toilet could have been just a little cleaner but other than that everything was great. Could use some lighting that wasn't so bright but I just turned on the bathroom one when I needed that.

Location was off the highway but almost hidden in a neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The toilet could have been just a little cleaner but other than that everything was great. Could use some lighting that wasn't so bright but I just turned on the bathroom one when I needed that.

The area. I don’t believe the air conditioner was working but the fan was. I didn’t like paying for parking or breakfast. We ate out.

All the things you want included a hotel room for a 2-night stay.
- 5/5
My stay was great. I will definitely book an ok there stay here!
- 4/5
It’s more on a residential area not that many restaurants around it. Staff is really friendly. Bar was good, bartender friendly too. Breakfast was good could be a little better.
- 2/5
The bad thing is that the parking and thre breakfast are not free unfortunately
- 3.5/5
Alexis and Nia at the front desk!! I had to interact with them quite a bit because of problems with our room and they both were friendly and very helpful We were two seniors and one required oxygen 100% of the time. There was a phone in the room, but the line was dead and maintenance couldn’t fix it. This was disconcerting because our room was very far from reception. The fan only had two speeds: high and auto. It was hard to regulate the temperature and when the fan was on it blew hard straight onto the desk where we sat a lot. The room was ok but crowded for two people and two beds since we stayed for multiple days. The bathroom didn’t have as much counter space as I would have liked. There were more issues that I’ve forgotten by now (a few days into my return trip). But when we checked into our hotel in north Texas the next night the difference was dramatic! The cost was the same but Doubletree was lacking a lot in comfort.
- 5/5
clean room
- 4/5
The downside of it is that you have to pay for parking.
- 5/5
Such a pleasant experience. Super friendly staff and beautiful accomodations.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was amazing. They comped the parking fee since the room was not available. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
- 5/5
Didn't have breakfast
- 1/5
Would not recommend. Paying $85 for a night of regular parking is insane
- 5/5
The location was great, the staff was amazing, the hotel itself was pretty great. The only thing is the toilet had a black rim but otherwise, it was great!
- 3/5
The hotel was nice and in good shape but don’t plan on being able to sleep in. House keeping started knocking on the door around 9 and knocked every 30 minutes until I finally checked out.
- 5/5
It was awesome, the staff was wonderful I would stay here again
- 4/5
Older facility in need of refurbishing and better maintenance. Still a good value.
- 2/5
Upon checking in the toilet in my room pretty immediately started gushing. It actually leaked through the ceiling to the reception desk below. The staff was very nice and did their best to take care of it. They quickly moved me to another room. The property wasn't very clean or in great shape.
- 5/5
comfortable and clean
- 5/5
Reserved here for my mother and just loved everything. Thx 😊
- 4/5
The place was wonderful. My only dislikes were you had to pay for breakfast and for parking each day of your stay. Otherwise everything was great.
- 5/5
A good selection and variety food at the breakfast bar. The Breakfast menu has good selection as well. The hotel room was clean and neat and comfy.

The staff was very helpful!
- 3/5
Staff is very nice and accommodating. I stayed 4 nights. The condition of the room could’ve been much better. It smelled and my eyes and nose ran the whole time. Might be moldy. The A/C was so loud when it clicked on you could not hear the tv. Although very convenient location I will not stay here again.

As I sat in my room, I heard the lock click, and the door opened - I had the safety latch on, so they were not able to get inside. I immediately went to the door, and no one was visible. I called the front desk to investigate and was told it was a maintenance person who accidentally went to the wrong room. This behavior is not acceptable under any circumstances. Any worker should knock on a door and identify themselves before trying to access a room. They also should not run away when they realize a mistake was made. If this were truly what happened, my expectation would be for the person to remain at the door with their identification clearly displayed to explain who they are and why they were attempting to access the room. After calling the front desk, I would also expect to receive a communication from leadership letting me know the issue was documented and escalated, and assuring me there was a plan in place to reduce the chance it could happen in the future. Definitely not the response I expected from a Hilton facility.
- 5/5
Everything was great breakfast was good just a lil pricy in my opinion 20 bucks other than that excellent comfortable stay
- 4/5
Only ate there once

Just an fyi-tv channels are sparse and what is on does not match the channel it says (example-tv said it was mtv but it was a weather station, said hbo, but was some sort of sport). There were several channels that were not available (Freeform, tnt, tbs). I spent my first evening watching friends reruns on Nickelodeon. Could not cast from my phone either.
- 3/5
Very outdated hotel. It needs major updating. Furniture is like from the 1990's and very dated. Looks like they have not done anything in 20 years. I would highly recommend that the management redo the rooms. Maybe 30 years ago, this was a nice hotel but they let it get rundown
- 5/5
The room was spotless, beds were super comfy, and breakfast was excellent. The staff was very courteous. Very relaxing and comfortable 1 day stay. Highly recommended
- 3/5
The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was terrible, which was a big problem. The housekeeping staff was the loudest I have ever experienced. They were loud and obnoxiously talking with another from different rooms. The door to my room was not sealed at all which made it difficult to sleep in after 8:00 am. I had to put on my earbuds with loud white music just to drown them out.
- 5/5
Clean room great customer service
- 5/5
The staff were kind. The room was clean.
- 3/5
The room was clean but outdated and mediocre. There were a number of things that were less than ideal. The hotel gym was less nice and functional than it appears in the images: one of the two treadmills didn't work, the yoga ball was deflated, the water dispenser was out of water for all 5 days I used the gym and didn't get fixed when i mentioned it to the staff, there were no mats available (hard floor). My sink had an issue, I couldn't open or shut the drain. The shower had really poor water pressure and on two days I couldn't get hot water- when I mentioned this to the desk the person said they do sometimes have issues with the hot water and said fi i run it for like 15-20 minutes in advance its more likely to work...who plans for an extra 20 min to wait for the shower to work! The staff was always nice and friendly, but overall it was kind of meh and didnt turn out to be as nice as it was depicted online.
- 1/5
The room looked like it could use some help infrastructure wise. The water was cold and never warmed up, which happened to be on the coldest day of the year thus far. When I told the front desk about the issue, her response was lacking any empathy and explained that the shower may needed to have been running for 5-10 minutes BEFORE it warmed up. This has by far been one of the worst short stays that I have had in decades.
- 2/5
There was a constant stale smell in the room for the time of the stay. The drains in the tub and sink, were drained slow. They should be snaked regularly to remove clogs. The counters were sticky, I had to clean as best I could and lay napkins down on the surfaces near the television and desk before placing any of my person items there.
- 5/5
Great hotel and great staff
- 5/5
people are very friendly and nice clean and professional
- 4/5
Room was amazing, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. The only complaint would be about the parking fee. I feel parking should be included with the stay.
- 3/5
Staff was good. The room needs renovation, especially the bathroom.
- 5/5
Excelente lugar muy limpio ordenado cómodo muy amable el personal excelente servicio
- 3/5
Staff was rude at first. Room was nice but shower wasn’t full power due faucet broken so bath and shower ran at same time. Ice machine was broken. Plus was the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
- 4/5
The staff was very welcoming

We started off the evening with checking in after driving all day, we go up to our room only to already find there was somebody IN that room. I’m saying their purse, wallets, food, everything was still in the room. Thank God we are decent people and I rushed my friend out the door telling her the room was occupied. Can you imagine? A vile person? If another person would’ve stolen that’s guests things? Money? Etc? We go back to the lobby and explain what happened and all we got was a simple I’m sorry and a “I thought that room was free” and that was it, here’s your new key enjoy your stay. When I asked about complimentary breakfast the employee just informed me of the hours and that was it. Leading me to believe it was included in with our stay or because of my hiltons honors. Well fast forward to Sunday and we consume said breakfast and we’re then told we would be charged $20 each for it. The manager on duty was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive to my friend, they DID not acknowledge that their employee made a mistake and still charged us for breakfast didn’t even apologize sincerely or correctly for the check in incident, that could’ve been a bad situation. Everyone carry’s in Texas what if that person staying in the room acted before asking questions to someone randomly walking into their room? The hotel didn’t care for our feelings or safety. Overall it was just the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. The manager even tried to give us an HR business card for our complaint.

We will not stay at this hotel again. The location was fine, but we had to pay to park in an open lot. It should be garage parking if you have to pay. Also, the shower curtain rod was installed wrong so the curtain kept slipping into the middle of the shower, so it was basically like not having a curtain at all. When the AC kicks on, it is very loud and doesn't even keep the room cool. We didn't have an outdoor view from our room, so we looked out on the lobby/breakfast area. Very strange! I guess we could have waved at people as they eat their breakfast. The furniture in the room looked like it was from a thrift store. There was plenty of room to put a small sofa in the room for seating, but it just had a small chair in the corner. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Better AC

Horrible experience. Hotel let a group destroy the neighboring room causing 4hrs of construction volume noise until they finally destroyed the room enough they flooded their room, hallway, my room, and all adjacent rooms below me. Guests were reported 3hrs before this happened. Water damage to my computer and weightlifting sensors that will cost me over 3k$ to replace.
- 1/5
That lasted for several hours, no running water. The management was very apologetic however was able to shower or prepare for my engagement. The pipes burst.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and very easy check in and check out.
- 5/5
This was a Lovely place to stay, my son flew from Nashville and we drove to Austin from Beaumont, TX to visit with him! Lots closer than Nashville! We enjoyed the stay. ALEX in the bar/restaurant was especially cordial and the front desk clerk, don't remember the name, it was the night clerk, not the female but the male. Thanks we will consider this location next time we are in Austin!
- 3/5
I was booked in a room facing to the interior courtyard arboretum which was not great. I think hotel would have been fine if booked in a room on the outside walls of the hotel. The interior of the room was nicely furnished, clean and updated. Hotel in general is dated but has been up dated. I would only stay there again if on an outside room.
- 3/5
Ok
- 3/5
You have to pay to park. It’s $17 a day the breakfast was okay but was $20 a person and it’s buffet style. The toilet wouldn’t flush well and it was called in but wasn’t fixed.
- 2/5
Toilet ran all night, TV was spotty and barely worked, shower took forever to get hot, no continental breakfast. You have to pay for parking but they wont
- 5/5
Thank you
- 3/5
I was annoyed that housekeeping came to knock at 8:30am. The room was not very clean and the staff was not very friendly.
- 2/5
Top of the list as the worst stays. First room had a loud constant water pouring sound and loud other noises in the walls. Staff was nice and switched rooms. Second room was better when it came to the noise overall look of the room a 4. The bathroom a 1 and there was bugs running across the floor the next morning when i turn the lights on. All of our food was ruined because the refrigerator wasn't working and the next morning I realized the coffee pot nor hair dryer worked. At that point I just checked out and left that place to continue my trip.
- 5/5
Its great
- 2/5
Odd place. You have to pay to park in a surface lot at a hotel that isn’t close to downtown. Why pay $15 to park in a lot that is 1/4 full? No coffee pot in the room - that’s circa 1982. Minimum expectation is coffee in the room. And don’t go ask the lobby. They said that when they are out of coffee in the morning. They don’t make more. Oh and no small fridge in the room. Expect so much more of a doubletree.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
There were fake eye lashes and hair on the night stand. Therw was a nicotine wrapper on the counter near the tv. The remote had a hardened white substance in that had to be removed before use. The phone did not work. The desk was also stained and dirty. The beds appeared to be clean, and because I was extremely tired, I didn't request a full refund. Not to mention I minght not have been able to find another room, and I didn't want the hassle. Extremely disappointed. I forgot to mention I also had to pay for parking!!!
- 5/5
Hotel was great

Pay for parking middle of nothing

Emma in restaurants and front desk staf Alex and Celia who i met were so wonderful and made my stay pleasant! I will return to this location.
