Very nice stat. I loved the property & property layout. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The roominess of the walk in shower was my favorite part. I would definitely book again when in town.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. FYI…If parking a vehicle at the hotel, it is an additional $23 a day.

The price is amazing for such level of hotel. Super clean and quiet.

They put a lot of beauty in the lobby but when we got to the room it was different. The bathroom was the only things really updated. In the room upon the curtains looked clean until you got close to them go close them. There was what appeared to be blood on them and discoloration from just being dirty. And it was like that for all of them. I just think they need to either retrain their cleaning staff and inspect the rooms before releasing them to the public . I definitely don’t feel like this place is yet at the standard of a Hilton Hotel but I feel like they recently acquired this location and are making renovations slowly. I hope this wasn’t the final product.

Stayed on the 6th floor with a nice view of the pool. Double Tree is always my go to when I come home, however; the AC was on 69 but the room felt more like 72-75 degrees. The AC didn’t cut off one time and the room still didn’t feel cool. One of gates to the garage was also broken, for that reason I’m not sure why I was charged for parking when it’s not secure. Other than that my stay was great!

The size of the room and balcony access. The lighting in the bathroom was the only thing that was not the best.

They didnt clean the room on the second day and the bed and pillows arent the best. The air wasnt working at its best but could have been the extreme heat in austin. Staff was great.

The room was extra large and roomy, but the bed that was advertised as a King was smaller than a normal King size bed. There was also no housekeeping service and when we called the front desk about it, we were told you had to request it. So we asked for washcloths to be brought to our room right then, but they never arrived. This housekeeping request is something they should have mentioned at check-in. The AC made weird noises and wasn’t working properly to cool the room down. The baseboards in the bathroom didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned and there was a stain on the sheets. The lobby and outside by the pool areas were nice.

Ordering breakfast to take back to our room should have been a simple and pleasant experience. Instead, Ana made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her simply by placing an order. Her attitude was dismissive, unfriendly, and completely lacking in the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel. We were paying for a stay and simply expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. What was especially disappointing was that this interaction left such a negative impression on us that we decided to leave the hotel one night earlier than planned. That is not a decision we make lightly, and it speaks to how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt during our stay. A hotel stay is about much more than the room itself; it is also about the service and the way guests are treated. Unfortunately, our experience with Ana overshadowed the rest of our visit. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation appropriately. Staff members who interact directly with guests represent the hotel, and their attitude can have a significant impact on a guest’s overall experience. Based on our experience, we would unfortunately not choose to stay here again.

Balcony

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and we loved the pool/hot tub. The courtyard was so pretty too. Convenient location and we felt very safe here. The only upsetting thing was finding out we had to pay extra for parking. I did not see this prior to booking so I was caught off guard. Overall, we loved this hotel.

Parking fee at a out of downtown hotel seems a bit much. Also, the room was advertised as a pullout couch and king bed. We ended up having to get a rollaway bed. Staff was helpful though.

The facility was clean When I first arrived the system was down so I couldn't check in until a few hours later. Even still system was still down but they were manually checking people in on paper so they made some mistakes like giving people, me included occupied rooms. So they kept having to reassign rooms. Then the key cards wasn't working properly smh. A whole day wasted on trying to get everything situated so I could get comfortable and start my day. I came there for a weekend getaway, to relax and was irritated and regretted leaving home the whole stay.

The bar tender was a young adult, super rude. He wouldn’t acknowledge you. If he was busy he wouldn’t even say “please give me a second” or if you had a question and he was busy he was just blatantly ignore you. Also in the morning, the lady was just straight out being rude and speaking loud because she was the only one in the front and bringing out the food. I had to go get breakfast somewhere else because she kept complaining to everyone it was only her. Double Tree shouldn’t have this kind of staff. They should train their staff in how to deal with people. I would have just stayed at motel 6….. but either than that the room was perfect.

Had a really bad experience. As soon as I checked in to my room, there was a terrible stench that permeated the room and sheets. I immediately went to front desk to request a change which thankfully they put me on a diff floor. In the new room, while it smelled decent, the sheets were not fresh at all and had stains on them. I was exhausted from my day so instead of requesting another room change, I just stripped the sheets off and used my own blankets. Second, the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever laid on in a hotel. So thin and my back was hurting by the end of my stay, if I didn’t have such limited options with no vehicle, then I would have requested a refund and left. Not acceptable at all, especially for a Hilton property. This is the second time that I was faced with a dirty room at this location. I will not make that mistake again.

We were assigned a different room immediately. The second room had no AC. It was late, we were tired, so we did not report it. Staff was friendly, however, the rooms are not worthy the price.

The room was extremely Excellent but never got my breakfast vouchers that I paid for. Had to pay extra for my breakfast. When you pay $54.00 each day for meals and don’t get your breakfast vouchers from the front desk. That was a waste of 104.00 dollars

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are well kept, and the staff is good. They charge ridiculous amounts for parking and breakfast, so be forewarned.

Air didn’t work and outdated

The hotel was clean, and the food in the restaurant was good. The staff was not very helpful. It took 3 phone calls over 2 days to get someone to come fix the thermostat in the room. There were no porters to help with our bags and the clerk

For some reason got a room on the second floor overlooking the roof and next to the family with small children who screamed and cried the whole time. I was there for 3 nights. Wanted to use the pool, but unfortunately it was always occupied by kids while day. It would be nice if it was somehow regulated, so everyone can get to use pool. Otherwise, very clean properly. The room was cleaned and trash was taken out daily. In and out parking relatively affordable.

Front desk very nice, the lobby was so nice Paying over $20 for parking per night, on booking.com it’s says the double queen room has a balcony yet they assigned me to a room with no balcony called the front desk about it they were very knowledgeable that booking.com is providing false advertising . The rooms were so old, literally all of the furniture was broken and scratched up. spiders in the corners of the wall. I left the hotel and cancelled my reservation 5 minutes after walking into the room and went to another nearby.

Need to upgrade parking gate , can’t get out without helping

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning unit was not cooling the room as much as expected. I reported it, and the staff responded promptly and worked to fix the problem, which I appreciated. However, I believe that particular unit may still have some underlying issues that could benefit from further inspection. Aside from that, my stay was great, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the staff for their assistance and hospitality.

DECEIVING ADVERTISING!

This place was super nice and the rooms were so huge! There was also a restaurant right across the street if you did not want to go far to grab a bite. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was super clean as well!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Doubletree hotel. The staff were awesome, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We ate lunch on Friday and the food was delicious the service was awesome and very friendly. We made a new friend!!!😇. Parking was great, safe and little pricey!!!

Great price through Hotels.com. Easy on and off the interstate. Beds were comfortable. Quiet hotel in May.

Parking garage elevator was a bit run down and the hotel room had some loose electrical outlets.

Very beautiful place to stay. Very cozy and safe. I really enjoyed the art on the walls and the arches. The restaurant inside and Pappadeaux next door had amazing food. The landscaping was really pretty, the courtyards were a treat for the eyes, and the pool was a great place to cool down from the heat.

Great place love the villa style rooms that have a balcony that you can sit and watch the pool area.

You can tell the property was remodeled. It was nice but still had some oldness to it. We had a premium room and it was huge. The two things I was not happy about was how far the room was from the parking garage. Felt like the longest walk of my life. Also, I let the staff know that a few of our pillows smelled like feet and I asked that they change all the bedding. When we came in from an outing they had cleaned the room but 2 of the pillows still smelled like feet. It was disgusting. The bed was not comfortable and the room would not cool off properly. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

Property was nice, clean & sufficient, However, I discovered that someone had charged over $100 at the bar to my room. They did eventually refund the total amount but they need to find a better way to police this type of thing.

Tried to do early check-in front staff had the audacity to tell us that “we can not guarantee room availability before 4 o'clock.” Shoooot that place was a ghost town. So she wasn't helpful at the time. No options were given.

Although the facility was clean, there was a few maintenance issues that could be addressed. They had minimal impact of the lodging but don’t reflect well on the overall attention to detail.

We have stayed here many times. Very convenient because of access and nearness to freeways to go in any direction.

My family and I had a very pleasant day and stuff was always helpful as soon as we checked in and when we checked out.

I was there for business. The best part for me was that they had a Starbucks in the lobby!!
