Staff was great, hotel was very dated and musty smelling and wall unit a/c blew only mildly cool air, was loud and outdated, both mattresses had at least a 4” deep depression they were so aged.

A/c kept turning off from high cool. To fan low. Room would get hot. Told hotel assistant. She said it is a battery needed in thermostat. !!! A/c shutting off to low fan

My wife and I stayed one night and had zero problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful and room was clean,cool,and spacious. The location of the hotel was close to the main highway and not far from The Domain.

Room was clean wasn’t super fancy however the night staff was super helpful and friendly.

The email urging me to write a review asked if we enjoyed the free (?) breakfast. There was no breakfast that I could see, free or otherwise. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby, which is good, right next to a Starbucks in the lobby.

The staff was fantastic, especially Amber. But I had wiped up water off the floor and the towel was brown and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

I don’t like how I booked a balcony but the lady told me the balconies are first come first served type of rooms. Even though they had a balcony I don’t understand why she was trying to not give me the type of room I paid for. Almost $200 for one night is outrageous. I go to Houston or Dallas area and pay way less for the same type of room. If I’m paying $200 for one night that should automatically qualify me for the room that I booked.

Loved everything! The young lady at the front who has the beautiful accent was so sweet and welcoming! Balcony was peaceful, everything about this stay was great no major complaints. Everything is nearby this is an absolutely great location. The tvs are dated so there no netflix or any way to cast your phone to the tv.

Location, easy to get to, safe area. Quite hotel. Help staff throughout. Eddie the maintenance man, Marlin the bar manager are very welcoming to guests friendly and helpful.

When I arrived, the whole hotel room booking system was down, so I had to wait alongside another couple for nearly 30 minutes, to get keys to my room and the front desk agent put me in a room with two queen beds, when I booked and paid online for a room with one king bed and a balcony. Because their system wasn’t working she couldn’t put me in the room I paid for, and wouldn’t refund me a price difference, so I got a crappy room with 2 queen beds, no balcony, that reeked of mildew and overnight the bathroom ceiling started leaking water from the CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE and flooded my bathroom floor so I had to check out at 7:00am to get the hell out of there. I took a video of the ceiling waterfall in my bathroom and showed it to the front desk agent and all she offered me was free snacks from their stupid “store” for my “inconvenience”. I’m NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The property was a little hard to find but well lit up. Parking was easy the first day but ended up having to park way in the back when we returned for the night. The staff was super friendly and paid great attention to detail. Everything was super clean and pleasant smelling. We were a little shocked that there was no full length mirror in the room and no LED mirror. We asked for a room with a balcony and were shocked to discover that it was barely enough room to stand. Overall very nice hotel and decent for the price.

Great location. Rooms were clean. Each room had a microwave and fridge which was very convenient. Very limited and small parking lot, with tiny spots you have to squeeze in to. They share a lot with a neighboring hotel. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Plumbing is a little old so we had some toilet issues. Only negative thing I have to say is that the tv is not a smart tv so no streaming. We bought a device to hook up the computer to watch movies but the tv was older so not compatible. Also there wasn’t even a tv guide so you have to actually flip through the channels and figure out what’s on. Very old school. Other than that our stay was amazing.

When I walked into the room, it felt stale, like the air hadn’t circulated in months. The airflow was poor all night, and I woke up 5–6 times because the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. The AC unit constantly kicked on and off and never really cooled the room properly. I also found a small cockroach in the bathroom, which was obviously concerning. The toilet didn’t flush effectively, and the TV wasn’t a smart TV, so there was no ability to stream anything … just basic local channels. Parking was another issue. The spaces were extremely tight and compact, making it frustrating to get in and out. The only real positive was the shower. The water pressure was great, and the hot water was consistent and comfortable. Overall, it just wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I expected better for the location and brand.

The staff was really great and friendly, also free parking. HOWEVER in none of these reviews does anyone really emphasize the fact that there is almost no AC in the entire hotel.. the AC unit is on the opposite side of the room away from the bed and it’s super loud when you actually want it to blow air into the room. Luckily we didn’t book this hotel in the summer otherwise it would be the worst time ever. It was still unbearable to have poor quality AC at night , we couldn’t sleep half of the night due to sweating. The rooms are also really out dated and aren’t like the pictures in these previews , If im paying over $100 a night for a room I’d just pick another hotel at that point.

Staff were so amazing & accommodating for our stay here. We were in town for the half marathon so staff allowed us extra time to shower after the race. Fletcher was a life saver for provided us with needed coffee.

While the lobby was clean and fun (it was around Halloween), the rooms felt drabby. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The staff was amazing and friendly.

We stayed here for five nights for a wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hardwood floor was a bit dirty, as evidenced by the "mud" in the shower after walking across the floor. Perhaps that is inevitable with that type of floor. Overall, the hotel and room seemed clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

I love everything about this property. It is beautiful and my room had a balcony. The bed is facing the window/sliding glass door leading to the deck and you can see the sun rising over a forestry of trees. The room and the hotel is clean. The staff extended the friendliest greeting I have experienced. The entire experience was exceptional!

My home air conditioning doesn’t work and I needed refuge from the broiling heat. The hotel was a good refuge.

The property is nice and clean. All staff is welcoming. Restaurant on site is so convenient. Also, walking distance to shopping and other dining!

Also I did not get the breakfast I paid an additional fee for. And finally 2 hours before check-out the maid staff entered our room..no knock or any for-warning. That is the rudest, as well as violating, mistake the staff could carelessly do. At LEAST knock. Unless they got notified we had checked out early, they should wait until checkout time to feel safe to use their master key and enter a room they KNOW to be occupied. I will say, though, that their check-in process you can do from your phone to expedite the process was appreciated.

There was no pool as advertised. We had to walk over to their 'sister' property Residence Inn to use their mini pool.

The neighborhood was safe and convenient. The staff was also friendly and respectable.

Internet doesn't work in the room. I called the front desk and all they said was that it should work.

Started poorly with multiple cars double parked and taking up 2 spots.So there was no parking when I arrived at ten thirty. The room had no decoration at all and was arranged very awkwardly with the television across the room from the bed. I couldn't get a guide or a menu for the television, so i was stuck with only local channels. But the worst was having the fire alarms at 1am and 630 am. To top it off the the noise in the hallway around 9 in the morning with housekeeping chatter and guests leaving, then at check out, the trainee was there without her trainer and she didnt know how to complete a checkout. I stood waiting forever before I finally just left. Terrible experience.

The hotel is straightforward, not too many bells and whistles. My only complaint is the small parking lot - if you get back to your room late, prepare to walk.

All the furnishings of the room in order perfect condition current and updated nothing as it shouldn't be exceptional experience

1. Two of the three bathroom towels hanging in the bathroom were dirty. 2. There were more than 6 TV Channels i couldn't watch because it said poor signal. 3. There was no thermostat. It was an old wall mounted air conditioner wouldn't get cold. 4. I ordered a chicken caesar salad for dinner. There were some pieces of the chicken was in a jello form. The other pieces were hard, i have pictures 5. There were no crunchy pieces salad, it was wilted and old looking. It was a overall very disapointed experience.

We loved the location, check in & out was so quick, decorated nicely, wished the tv had more options or a tv guide cause we were stuck scrolling through channels before bed, room was too hot but we do like to sleep in very cold rooms.

It was a huge relief to arrive at this hotel it was very comfortable and clean unlike the one we just left.

Overall great experience, room was super clean and looked a lot more modern than the pictures. The only thing that needs work is the elevator, some parts are kinda falling apart but it does the job. Great area and walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Room was awful. First room we went in had hair in the bed. Second room had a strong mold smell. They had box fans blowing down the hallway about every 20 feet. The smell was awful. We all woke up with horrible sore throats. Would not recommend.

The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and charge extra fees upon check-in, despite paying on Expedia. They also do not do late checkout for Expedia reservations.

This was a terrible room. I felt I was just stuck in that room because the hotel was sold out. TV did not have a guide so you have to go through 70 channels to view what you want to watch, the bathroom tub was gross with some kind of stain or paint and the water did not drain from the shower. although I was credited 50% back it really did not worth it. the hotel have my complain on file. I also wrote the corporate office hotel.com was no help. I am very dissapointed..

It was a late night check in. We were given a handicapped room. This was fine. The only issue we had was the bathroom door did not close and was stuck. The online pictures show a pool. There was not one. I did like the in house cafe. The bed was very comfortable. Location was nice.

The only thing is the area downstairs near the elevator smells stale but inside bedroom, bathroom do not smell stale and indeed is superb.

We stayed for 2 days. In this Texas summer heat, the air conditioner didn’t work at all for the whole time. It was difficult to sleep at night in this crazy hot weather. They only provided a fan for this inconvenience but didn’t offer to switch rooms. So it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Nia was so kind and made the check in process enjoyable.

Disliked - I called the reception 2 times to get my internet fixed. While I was talking to someone the phone line had so much static and got disconnected. This property also does not give out points if the reservation is done through Expedia.

The room was spacious and had blackout curtains which were great. The sink was right separate from the shower and toilet which was nice. It made getting ready a lot faster.

This is my second time at this location. This time the hallway on the 3rd floor had a strong unpleasant odor. It crept into the room overnight. The room was clean but had mold buildup around the shower floor. This condition was not there on the second floor room last time.

The AC did not work .

The breakfast offered was poor to non existent.

We booked this hotel because of its location. We booked a king bed room on purpose. At the check in we were told that ALL king rooms are closed due to maintenance. We were told we can stay in a room with two queen beds. We asked for a discount because of this inconvenience but we were told to be happy with the “upgrade “ as the queen bed room is usually more expensive ( about $8!) and we would keep the low price of the king bed room. And because we booked through a third party they could not even give us a discount. Which - we know it’s not correct! Very disappointing experience. Will not stay here again.

We only stayed a short time but the check in process and staff was nice. We checked out early the next morning and there wasn’t any complimentary coffee. :(
