This place was very comfortable! Always try to get top floor as foot traffic from next floor can be a bit noisy! Everything else was great!

A little disappointed, the main lobby was well maintained but the pool area needed attention. There was broken glass and lots of bottle caps laying around for days. There was no umbrella around pool either. Our room had lights that were not working, was missing a hairdryer and the curtains were filthy. We needed some pool towels but were told we could only have 1. There were 3 of us in our room.

Linens were torn and stained. Lamp shades had stains. Was over all poorly maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning worked great.

It was an ok stay. Came up for a local concert. Second night in I killed 3 flying cockroaches in the room. No extra rooms were available and I slept in my car for the night. Comforter was stained, as well as the sheets. Extra towels were limited to get. Breakfast was meh. Once I find creepycrawlies I refuse to stay again.

The rooms were clean and king bed was a dream to sleep in. Very comfortable. Noise level was zero staff at desk and breakfast bar very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent variety of hot and cold foods and great drink selection. Parking areas were well lit. We will absolutely stay again.

The smell of dog pee was so strong. We left we didn’t stay. The front person don’t even offer another room

The doors were beat up a gash in the front well down, completly worn out, beat up Run down in just a few years, I will not be staying here again Great breakfast spread But good lord the elevators were even beat up, scratched up BEWARE, Many other hotel options in the area in much better shape for the same cost if not less

Exceeding my expectations! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and restroom was huge. The stay overall was comfortable and refreshing. Will book here from now on at this specific location!

The room wasn’t cleaned. It smelled like smoke. I request to change room once I noticed how dirty it was and they said they would put a note for the morning shift. Didn’t hear anything so I went to check in the afternoon and said I was supposed to do that in the morning that even though there was a note I was to check before 11am. They did not mention that the day before when I made the request. The restroom had hairs on the floor. The room wouldn’t cool with the AC on at the lowest. Previous pets poop was found as well. It was just a horrible experience. We heard of a persons car getting broken into and his documents were stolen. Not the safest area as well.

It was quite and comfortable. The only issue i had was that the door to get into the hotel from the pool was functioning. Other than that, no complaints

There were dead bugs on the floor when I first came in. One of the exit doors was broken and covered with wood. The gym was very minimal and the water machine inside the gym wasn't working. The staff was great and the stay was easy and affordable.

1st room had bathroom mold & had to move; front desk staff new & had front door locked during prime time

The room smelled like dog. It’s a pet friendly hotel so expected. Not too bad but noticeable. Bed were soft. Restroom needs updating but it was fine. AC worked perfect. Breakfast was good too. Standard continental breakfast but it was all good and tasted fresh.

Everyone of the staff did a great job. That's we always stay there. Three times this year. Thanks

They did have free breakfast My initial room had bugs on the bed and stain mattress. And dirty sheets. They changed my room but the keys didn’t work most of the time.

The hotel wasn’t quite as we expected. We got a call on my cell phone about a noise complaint from people below us, and we were not even at the hotel at this time. The breakfast was okay, there were only a few options. The room was very clean but we were not given enough towels. We were able to get more towels from the front desk. We enjoyed the gym, even though there were only a few machines it was perfect for us! We had booked two nights but ended up leaving after the first night. The entire hotel felt musty and had a weird smell too it.

The refrigerator in our room barely worked and half of the ice machines were broken. Room service was promised on the third day but on the fourth day I had to ask for clean towels. This was my third stay at this hotel but on my next trip I will book a different hotel.

Everything was great. I always stay the same place when I’m in town. Rooms are always very clean. Staff is always helpful. And the breakfast and the coffee is always good.

The staff were very friendly, and the building was clean. You have to be a picky person to find things wrong. Some locks for the doors to get into the building weren’t functioning, causing you to have to go to the main entrance from the pool instead of using the convenient side door. My room was very well-maintained, but some of the sheets had stains and were torn. Overall, it was a great budget friendly hotel.

Bed was so comfortable you dont want to get out, room was a nice size with the right amount of space. No loud noise anywhere, nobody bothers you, breakfast was good really loved breakfast ended at 9:30 instead of really short times like other places. I had to check out and locate another hotel for my short stay in Austin. I was in Austin for business, and having to change hotels was a nightmare interruption. I had to spend money I didn’t anticipate spending and spent time I didn’t have because of this inconvenience.

I've stayed at this hotel 2x and this stay was better than the 1st time. It is very affordable and they offer breakfast which is an absolute plus. The staff was very helpful when needed and we had no issues outside of not having liquid body wash, but instead they had bar soap. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Will continue to use this hotel when I come to Austin.

I stay 4 days in hotel I don’t see the housekeeper coming to clean my room or anything. I speak to the front desk twice . No thing changed

Staff was very friendly during check in and out and the lady in charge of breakfast area. Nice breakfast area and set up. The neighborhood is not walkable or close to any restaurants. We do recommend this hotel specifically if you are there for work.

Room was relatively clean and a good size. Ice machine broken on first floor. Hotel is right on I35 so you would think they would install added sound proofing but highway and parking lot noise very loud. Every door is heavy but slams shut with no soft close so every time someone enters thier room or the exit boom, you are awake.At least they were priced well.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Room was very large and comfortable. Easy parking and good location except the road noise was super loud! Not the hotel’s fault but certainly ask for a room not on the freeway side.

The location is easy to get to right off the expressway, was clean and room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok and reception staff was friendly. The only minor drawbacks was the hotel did seem a bit empty and with little movement & the expressway road noise can be a bit loud if given a room on the west side of hotel. Overall not a bad stay since we were only there to sleep & shower.

Do not accept a room on highway side. After realizing it was a pain in the back due to the noise, the front desk guy told me: "Currently we dont have any other room". Which of course was a: "I´m not even going to check, so f* off".

Previous Comfort Inn stays in Tennessee nice. Very dissatisfied.

Room was fine. Some mold stains on the shower caulking, carpet past its prime, etc. and in need of more thorough cleaning, but the bed was failry comfortable and apparently clean so for a late night arrival and 6 AM checkout it was acceptable.

This hotel was very clean, and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were two TVs in the room - win! The staff was very nice and welcoming during my stay.

Excelent Hotel

The hotel was in a convenient location right next to the freeway and I think it could be a good hotel if maintained properly. Here are the things that were broken in my room: blinds didnt open, broken light bulp in bathroom, missing glass bottom in microwafe, only decaf coffee in room, lotion dispenser in bathroom was empty, and no coffee for breakfast. Also the hispanic girl at the reception wasn't all that friendly.

Staff took great care of me and watched out for me with no issues. It was clean and a very pleasant day. Thank you.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Due to sheer exhaustion we stayed. The toilet was really dirt, the TV and dresser stand had stains all over them. The sheets and bedding were clean but the sheet had an iron burn area on it. It was a highway facing room and you could hear every sound from the highway. There was a bug in the bathroom and evidence of dead previous bugs in the bathroom (legs and wing carcass left behind). When we tried to move the next day because of various issues they were completely booked up. I understood that, it was a race weekend, but at over $300 a night in there should have been some sort of room discount offered or something. The food was okay but limited. Overall, the staff was the best thing this hotel had going for it. They were nice and tried to be helpful. I would not recommend staying here. There’s better hotels in the area. The only reason we stayed was due to the limited occupancy in the area due to the F1 Race and the Garth Brooks concert!

I had a confirmed paid booking. On the day of, I called them to let them know I would be arriving late. They found my reservation said no problem. When I landed in Austin at 12:30am on Friday night, got an email that said my reservation was canceled. Called them and they said the hotel was oversold so the system automatically canceled my booking. No apology and said they would find me a replacement. I chatted with hotels.costumer service and they said the same thing but. Pups not help resolve the situation.

The property and its staff are nice, especially for how affordable it is. It’s convenient to the airport but kind of difficult to get anywhere else if you’re not renting a car. Ubers are always available though!

Hotel is a good place to stay in that location. A little rundown with the couch being sunken in and the chairs in the breakfast area peeling off. No daily room service so you have to ask for supplies and towels. But it was a good stay.

During my 3 night stay my room was never attended to. I didn't have a do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob so why did they not service the room?? The furniture/chairs in the dining area were beyond their service life.

AC works. Cons: Rooms are not clean throughly. Bed sheets, bathroom shower, and curtains have stains. WIFI has connections issues (2nf floor).

On a positive note, the breakfast exceeded expectations — a wide variety of fresh options, well-presented, and clearly the strongest part of the stay. Overall, a decent place for a short visit, but improvements in service follow-through and upkeep would make a big difference
