The staff was really friendly. The room was fresh & clean. We had adjoining rooms. 202 & 204 Our room 202 was warm the air would not cool. Very uncomfortable.

Everything was great location. Not the first time we stay here. BUT the ac was terrible. It never cooled the room enough to say comfort level. We were too exhausted to call it in so we made do, but if ac had been cooling properly this would be a 10/10. Property works for couples, family, and people on trainings. There a some restaurants and convenience store walking distance from location.

Nothing Walked into the hotel and smelled like chlorine, and the smell was all the way up to the 4th floor and I could smell it inside the room. The sofa was ripped and I reported it to the front desk person who did not seam to care. I came back from dinner, and the smell in the lobby was the same. I went up to the room and turned on the bathroom light and a motor sound like a motor boat was so loud. I called the front desk and he said he would try to fix it ( not ), and I told him to bring a can of spray as the room has the chlorine smell. He was useless, and upsetting as basicalky he could have cared less. I was upset and told him i needed a different room. Instead of helping with my luggage, he left me to bring the luggage down to try and find me another room. When I asked if he checked out the room and if it had the same smell, his response was he hadn't checked it out and no one has ever complained about the smell that he was obviously used to. So I had to find another hotel at midnight. I asked if I would be charged and he said I'd have to speak with the manager. When I asked for one he said i'd have to wait to the morning. The manager reversed the charge but I would never stay there again. The front desk person was useless, and just a body who didn't care. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they want to be in a hotel that smells like a gym.

Friendly staff, good location, comfy bed, good breakfast. The only problem I had was the loud vent fan in the bathroom when you turned on the light and the slow elevator. I would stay here again.

The entryway smell reeked of mold and old standing water with cleaning substances trying to hide the odor. UGH!! Later that night T i found one little flying creature and the next night i found about six in my bed at night. I googled its dead body and it explained they were harmless and drawn to standing water. Should have demanded another room. They were near the bed headboard...shined my flashlight underneath it and didnt see any more. Dont have any understanding where they came from. No food in my room and I wasnt outdoors enough to bring a small nest of these flying bugs in with me. The location to where i was going was good and i had a good sized room. The free breakfast was decent.

I had a pleasant stay this weekend. The gentleman at check‑in was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that he was able to accommodate my preference for a first‑floor room. The room itself was comfortable, though the bathroom wasn’t quite as clean as I would have liked. Breakfast was the standard hotel spread; the sausage could have used a bit more time on the griddle. Even so, I’d stay here again when I’m in the area. The true standout at this location is the front desk staff — they make the experience.

The room was a last minute booking because the room we booked up the street was horrible. I walked in and was greeted by name right away. The gentleman was very friendly, informative, and fast… it was late and I was tired. I would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here several times and really like this hotel. Rooms are clean, breakfast is served until 10:00 am really like that feature after a long travel day before.

The hot tub was full of dirty foam my main thing because it’s why I chose the hotel and asked before checking in if pool and hot tub were up and running properly. The bed sinked in the center. The ac did not keep the room cool. Both day and night clerk were not friendly. Hotel did look clean though the front lobby had a weird smell. Rooms were big and spacious. The breakfast did smell good when I was leaving but I did not eat there.

2 beds and pull out couch is needed to fit 5 people. This is hard to find. Room was very quiet and clean. Beds and pull out couch was very comfortable. Room was on the larger side for a hotel. Restaurants are nearby. Night manager was also very helpful upon check in.

Had an amazing time! Pool was clean! And rooms were spacious and clean! Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious! Definitely coming back next time I’m in Austin!

This place is very old. And I gave it a benefit of doubt but it was dirty beyond measure. The carpet is FILTHY. I mean stains everywhere I was afraid to walk around with no socks or slides. But the worst part of it all is I was asleep and around 4:45am I roll over and see a shadow of a huge bug. So I immediately get up and turn the light on it’s a HUGE ROACH. I tried killing it but it went to the back of the bed. At that point I was stressed out because I was not going to sleep with a roach near me. I went to the front desk and the guy tried to come and kill it. He blamed it on “Texas weather” smh. Anyways he couldn’t find it but found a dead cricket . My goodness so this place isn’t deep cleaning at ALL. So he moved me into another room and at this point I have already started to record. I go to the other room. And exam this too and it’s literally old food under the bed. Ugh! I was so grossed out so overwhelmed that I could not go back to sleep AT ALL. I asked for a late check out but I was ready to leave by 9am. It’s not that it’s outdated it’s that it’s outdated and dirty as heck. I will be posting these videos on social media including that roach

This is an excellent hotel for the price managed by a team that clearly cares about the hotel. It was a comfortable bed and very clean room. The pool was good but a little small, the hot tub was excellent with very hot water and good jets. The breakfast was typical. Well kept area and food was fine for hotel breakfast food. The gym had a little improvements needed. The outside was a little unkept like little bits of trash that could be picked up better but all in all a great stay and would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for seven days in April 2026 and we had a wonderful time visiting with family. The room was excellent and the staff was so friendly all the time and the breakfast was excellent. We had enough of a selection that we didn’t get bored with breakfast. We could have biscuits and gravy one day and waffle or yogurt the next day, danish, etc. and also the pool and the hot tub were amazing in the evenings we used it every night. I sure do miss it now that I am back at home. Wonderful place to stay.

I didn’t use any of the amenities but the hotel was quiet, clean, and in a convenient location. There’s an HEB across the street, Taco Cabana next door, and easy access to 35.

Was there for 2 nights, basically to sleep. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, cereal. Loved it because saved me money! Our room smelled like wet dog, but was comfy and clean. Notified staff upon check out so we didn’t get charged for it.

The hot tub was perfect! So often we book a hotel.based on a hot tub and most of the time it's not working. This one was hot and bubbly.

This place is the best hotel available in Pflugerville and really affordable.

Staff was great and the pool is nicely kept. The rooms are huge compared to other hotels and the coffee was decent. My only complaint is that I showed up Monday night and the air conditioner was on. It took 24 hours to get warm. One nice point is that they leave a spare wool blanket which is a rarity. Other than that I'd compare it to a room that cost $250/night and that's no exaggeration. I live in hotels due to work.

I've stayed so many places around Pflugerville and Round Rock and this place is so much nicer than the rest! The rooms are comparable to a $250/night hotel. The heater actually works better than them...

Don't let the pictures and rating fool you! It was a miserable experience, so miserable we left 2 days early of our 7 day trip. The pool has holes in the bottom of the concrete and sharp pieces are scattered all over the bottom making it impossible to enjoy the hot tub had some sort of chemical or soap on it that made it foam like a bubble bath this is not normal. The whole hotel including the pool area was dark and gloomy, doors rusted. I went to the desk for change for the laundry room and the desk attendant was litterally asleep so I walked away and went next door for quarters. Under the carpet throughout the building there's holes in the sub floor which I almost fell stepping in multiple times. The towel rack fell off the wall and struck my toddler when we hung a towel on it. I will never again step foot in this place you probably shouldn't either unless you wanna terrible experience.

The room appeared to be in good clean condition but we saw a bug when we woke up in the morning and couldn’t find it to kill it and then later we saw another bug and killed it and hoped it was the same one from earlier but can’t be sure.,
