Wish there was a pool but everything else great

The room that I booked was not available. They wanted to put us in a queen size bedroom. I booked a king. After I complained, they upgraded me to a lager room with 2 king beds.

Large, clean room.

There was no hot water at night and water pressure was bad as well.

Not a single thing. Breakfast was ok not great They didn't have airport shuttle as advertised. No shuttle, called hotel to me to go across street to 2nd floor of parking garage. Blue zone. Im 68, been on a plan for 6 hours and it was 102 outside. They sent a lyft driver, and I was in wrong location. Fi ally got to hotel. Gave them a card for incidental, and they charged me 164 00 for the room that was already paid for and 100.00. They couldn't provide a receipt, Had to give them email. Received email, showed only the 100.00, but credit card shows the 164.00 charge. They will kt refund me, they said it was sent to booking.com Im very upset. The room had a broken toilet not discovered until 3am. Horrible experience from start to fimish

The staff was helpful. They helped me to call a Lyft to pick me up from the airport. And the next morning, to call a Lyft to take me to the airport.

This was last minute stay. Room was clean, however, those extra small pillows are terrible, granted there were 3. Still terrible choices for pillows. Would be nice to have extra bedding for the 2nd double bed. The 1st bed had ample bedding. Breakfast was chicken nuggets and eggs?? Um ok. The patio was unavailable. Clean tho for a lat minute stay.

Not the best experience, property was kinda dirty and janky looking. The lady at the front desk was on the phone with who I assume was a boyfriend or something and paid no attention when we were trying to check in and ask questions, don’t recommend staying here

The room was perfect, clean everything the staff are nice and they’ll be working good also, the breakfast in the morning hit the jackpot waffles and eggs and sausage cereal a little bit of everything will be staying there again

Comfy clean rooms. Very close to the airport, that's why I chose it because I had an early flight. I left too early so I didn't have breakfast. Good hotel and great value!

The restroom sink handle bumped into the mirror. The mirror had to give a little to turn the water on. The LED lighting around the bathroom mirror was flickering and not working properly. The shower had medium pressure. For the price, however, this was a good deal and met all of my needs. The room was spacious and clean enough. It had the amenities I needed. I probably wouldn't get ice out of the machine that was on my floor though. Overall good for the price. A decent Mexican restaurant down the street. We walked it, but some may wish to drive. Denny's (if I recall) was very close.

Went to breakfast at 6:40 and the coffee was cold, hot water had run out. The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Would stay again ...just not plan for the breakfast.

The room, overall, was rundown and nothing special. Carpets were dirty, so we wore our sandals around the room. Breakfast was some very weird powdery eggs, that looked like what you scrape off the pan when you are done cooking real eggs. Checking out, I couldn't get a receipt because of the room mix up. I guess I just have to trust that my security deposit will be returned to me for the correct room. Other than all of that, the room was quiet. They keep the inner sliding door locked after a certain hour and you need to ring the doorbell to enter, which feels a little more secure. It is in close proximity to the airport. I can't recommend this hotel and won't be going back.

Bed was comfortable enough. Toilet had a constant drip leak. I unplugged the fridge because it was loud. Signs of wear all around. Clean enough though. Breakfast was subpar. Scrambled eggs were obviously powder. Sausage was lame. Waffle was decent.

Room smelled mildewy and shower faucet was difficult to work. Room was not as nice as pictured.

Centric Hotel, 20 min to Downtown, 15 to Airport and 20 to COTA. Perfect Hotel to attend the MOTOR GP or F1 Race.

very decent room for the price, proximity to the airport. the room is clean and a good size. the only complaint I have is the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet made a very loud screech a few seconds after flushing, and there was no soap (body wash or hand soap) when we got in, though they quickly brought us some bars of soap to wash hands with after we asked. Overall, very good experience considering we booked last minute to rest before a flight, and they were able to accomodate a family of 8. I think if they pay a little bit more attention to the bathrooms, I'd definitely recommend it and return here.

Breakfast was ok.

This place is an absolute dump. I arrived to a hot, stuffy room because the HVAC system was turned completely off. The TV didn’t work because it wasn’t connected to internet so streaming (the only option) didn’t work. The bathtub was ringed in mold around the caulking. It was truly an awful experience.

The staff was friendly enough on check-in and checkout. All of the negatives were minor. It was great for the price, and it was convenient to the airport.

Room looked clean, but had a bad smell of mildew/mold. I asked the front desk if I could have a different room and was told that they were totally booked and had no room available. Guy at the front desk seemed to be annoyed that i asked for a different room.

Awful place, DO NOT STAY. It was NOTHING like the photos, it was old, run down, and dirty. We checked in less than 3 hours after check-in was available, and were told that they overbooked the king size bed we wanted and were given 2 queens. I asked if we could have a discount, since that's not what I booked, and they said yes, and never did it. I contacted them after the stay, and they said they would not offer a discount. The fixtures were wobbly, the room smelled, there were no utensils to eat the snacks we bought at the lobby with. The fridge wasn't working, and the AC wasn't cold. Please avoid like the plague. I even contacted Expedia, and they didn't do a thing either. Save yourself.

Horrible experience. Toilet stopped working and the front desk and management didn’t give a crap about us or the situation. Front desk hung up on me when I asked for assistance and manager didn’t want to talk or addrsss the issue. Horrible place and workers are young and don’t give a crap about you!! They got their money they don’t care. Be prepared if you stay there.

The lobby has water/liquid on the floor in front of the counter. There was sometimes no one available to speak with when needed. The room had no soap and very little towels. The shower knobs did not work.

Toilet was broken and nothing was done to fix it. They were sold out so couldn’t move to another room. Shower hair female hairs still in the shower, hole in the shower, hole in the wall. The second day when we got back our keys were dis activated and the kid in the night time does not have any customer service experience. He was like what you want? I had previous stayed here in a first floor room but the third floor was horrible. Horrible experience and not able to use the restroom for our stay.

Its a nice close hotel to the places we had to go but the room was super dirty like if they didn’t sweep before we got there, so much little trash everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable

The desk staff was great. Receptionist gave us a water and snack bag. Breakfast was ok. But the room is way smaller than the pictures suggest. Two queen beds felt crowded with the sofa next to them. TV remote didn’t work and maintenance was gone during weekend. Floor and carpet had some small debris in them. Shower water was COLD, sink water was ok. Room rate was ok, but I’ll probably not stay at this hotel again.

No stopper for tub and hot water was warm not hot. Bed was not soft or comfortable.

Yea clean great staff

The staff was amazing but after about 2 hours in our room, two German roaches fell on us. They were very accommodating and would give us an other room but we couldn’t sleep after that. Aside from that, the rooms were clean and nice.

Toilet did not flush, in room coffee broken, 2 sheets on bed, no blankets.

I reached out to management as well as reached out to Expedia. Expedia reached out to management. We were told we we switched rooms. We were switched rooms three times and still have the same issues. We were tired after driving 14 hours. I’m beginning to feel like I cannot reserve through Expedia.

The heater was not working and it was 40 degrees outside. It was reported to the front desk and the front desk attendant said nothing could be done on a Holiday weekend. AND we were not offered a room with a working heater! The attendant in the breakfast room was extremely helpful !

The shower barely had any pressure at all. I know lots of people say that, but the water only was coming out of the bottom 1/3rd of the showerhead and the water was coming out very slow. I got a video for the night worker, and they couldn’t move us rooms so that we could all shower. It was 1am, and we just wanted to get to sleep at that point. They were unable to discount the room at all.

Staff isn’t anywhere to be found. I traveled with a bigger family and I went to sit at a bigger table for breakfast and the staff told me not to sit there because it was for computers and tablets only. The bathroom light flickered, I told the staff and their maintenance guy wasn’t there to fix it. And lastly the key cards stopped working out of nowhere(yes I know they deactivate if they’re held close to your cell phone) but one card was left behind in the hotel room and even that one got deactivated. I’m not sure that I’d come back. My sister said she found the receptionist outside with hugging up with their significant other. Not a good look.

Where do I begin. First off the customer service was excellent but goes downhill afterwards. The bathtub is a lawsuit ready to happen. In all my years of traveling I've never taken a shower in a sink hole. It felt like at any moment the tub was gonna fall in. The fixtures were old and broken. Water pressure wasn't great either was the hot water. They need to take that room out of circulation ASAP!

I was very satisfied with my stay. Hotel was quiet and located in a quiet area. Everything was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was ok. Room was painted with new furniture. Bathroom was old and outdated, shower barely worked. Not enough pressure to take an acthal shower. Definitely needs some work. With multiple options surrounding this area, would not recommend staying here.

When we purchased the room we purchased a suite that In the image showed a bedroom that was seperate from the living room area.. not the business suite. However that’s what they gave us was a single room suite that was business. The place wasn’t clean, the toilet had stains on it. The room floor wasn’t clean.

Room had bugs and mold. Had to stay somewhere else due to how unsanitary it was.

This hotel was very accommodating to me and my guests. Highly recommend checking this place out! Affordable as well!!
