The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The courteous demeanor of the staff extended to the breakfast service, which was equally commendable.
- 4/5
check in staff was friendly and efficient. The first room we were given smelled of mold, but the desk clerk very quickly found another room for us that didn't have that problem.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
The room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, and the air worked great! A little highway noise but not so bad. Another great thing compared to other hotels I reviewed was the parking lot, it was fenced off and felt safe.

Anything. Rude customer service, unprofessional.
- 4/5
The breakfast clise early
- 4/5
Over all a very great experience. The only thing was the $100 deposit I wasn't told about when getting the hotel
- 4/5
Good breakfast and friendly front desk. Deteriorating neighborhood.
- 5/5
Was there for one night, staff was helpful and quick on checking us in. The room had no issues whatsoever and it was also really clean.
- 3/5
Parking was fine. Breakfast was not very good. Bisquits dry. Sausage looked like it was re-served from previous days. Only 1% milk.
- 3/5
In comparison to other Comfort Inn properties we have stayed in over the last 9 months this was a disappointment. It was scruffy, we were unable to adjust or turn off the a/c in the bedroom and the food at breakfast was somewhat limited (the hot water was barely hot). In all, not what we have come to expect from Comfort Inn.
- 5/5
It was all amazing
- 1/5
The staff at the lobby is rude. Rooms smells. Rotten orange juice in breakfast.
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
Our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful by giving us ideas for things to do nearby before our flight home. The property is older, yet well taken care of. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was appreciated. This is close to many areas of interest, including the state capitol building.

- 4/5
Room was clean and atmosphere was quite.
- 4/5
It was ok. the area was a bit sketchy but the parking lot was well lit. Best part is that it is within walking distance of an 'Ojos Locos' - very good eye candy within.
- 3/5
The breakfast availability was ok. They had the waffle maker, eggs, sausage, gravy. There was also cereal and bread products. The staff was very nice. There are no real walkable stores. You can drive to several. It could be updated a bit.

Just kinda ghetto. Needs updates
- 3/5
Clean room, staff was okay a little rude, and breakfast not a lot of options (or out of stock). All in all 5/10.
- 4/5
The ice machine was leaking on the floor and there was water on the floor just outside the elevator. I knew it was there because I had seen it in another area of the floor earlier when I went to breakfast. I told the person at the desk that there was water on the floor and that someone could easily slip and fall. He was not concerned. Told me that they knew it was there and they would get it cleaned up. I knew that it had been there for at least an hour without anyone doing anything about it.
- 3/5
The hotel was in need of updates. It seemed clean and cared for, but it definitely had an odor when you walked in. Loud AC and no linens for the sofa bed. When I called they had me come down to the front desk and handed me a blanket and sheets.
- 2/5
I'm aware some hotels require a deposit before checking in, but in hotel reality all they need is access to your credit card to charge whatever amount needed for damages or other incidentals. Seriously it should not prevent a customer from checking in to a Third party booking that paid upfront. It's paid for, just create a folio B and authorize a card for $1. You don't need to cause kaos at check in.
- 3/5
Mediocre property but good value for money
- 3/5
Staff seemed good but hotel had motel energy
- 4/5
Clean rooms, with breakfast in the am. Close to downtown and not in a bad area.
- 1/5
The photos online were not the same as in person. I was traveling alone and I didn’t feel safe.
- 4/5
Our hotel gave my family the best comfort to stay in for the night after visiting the city to go to a concert.
- 5/5
It was excellent except the pool was too cold and lacked towels.
- 3/5
Hotel fine, but adjacent cantina was busy and noisy until 3-4am.
- 1/5
this property WAS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
- 1/5
Hotel is right best to a club and in the hood. It was loud at night couldn’t sleep. Room was not that clean and old looking.
- 1/5
Too much noise upstairs and someone needs to check that room, stinks so bad, mildew?
- 5/5
Pretty good location that is just off the highway. Had an event to attend that was in the Moody Center on the University of Texas campus.
- 3/5
The air conditioner did not work properly.
- 5/5
I liked everything. The front desk clerk Alex was nice, helpful and friendly... The breakfast was so good... The bed was Comfortable. The bathtub was clean and my room smelled good.
- 1/5
The hairdryer caught on fire, they then wanted a deposit and when we refused they made our men leave. This was after we were checked in and we notified them of the fire incident . This was handled very poorly and we always book our men at Comfort Suites, I am surprised by the behavior of the staff.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Definitely will revisit
- 3/5
The area was a little questionable and breakfast was not good.
- 4/5
Overall it's good. The room just smelled musty.
- 3/5
The rooms are clean. I don’t recommend longer than a 1 night stay and the breakfast did not look fresh. The smell of the of the boiled eggs when you open the refrigerator was disturbing.
- 5/5
Great stuff and clean property
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 2/5
There was homeless people right next to the properties gate 24/7, which make you feel unsafe. The parking lot was over crowded from people trying to park away from the homeless side. The indoor pool was freezing. The gym was permanently locked since the front desk never bothered to get up and open the door with their keys. The staff was horrible. He couldnt understand us and we couldnt under him. They should really consider hiring someone that speaks and understands english.
- 2/5
Not the best place I've stayed at and would not stay there again. Orbits charge to my credit card price. And when I got a printed receipt from the hotel it was off in less than the amount that was charged to my credit card. Now that I need to make a travel claim for work, it is making it difficult. Because the numbers do not match
- 5/5
The breakfast was good. Staff was nice and gave extra towel as we requested. Shopping close by along with gas and fast food for the road. No complaints here.
- 5/5
This is a nice, clean and affordable option
- 4/5
Nice and small property. Rooms are clean but the hallway was a a little smelly. The surrounding around the property looks poor make you feel your car may or will get broken into. Thankfully that didn’t happen. Outstanding guest service that what make the stay feel good. Bed and room looks but the floor is outdated!
- 5/5
Good service
- 4/5
Basic hotel, decent price. Would probably stay again.
- 5/5
Too many homeless and sketchy people around the property.
- 5/5
The neighborhood is a little rough. The hotel is great.
- 1/5
They overbooked and canceled me with out letting us know
- 5/5
Easy to access. Lights in the parking lot. Not a fancy hotel but met our needs for the night. Appeared to have been recently renovated with new carpet and shower. Bed was relatively comfortable. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. We would stay here again.
- 2/5
Drove up to homeless people outside of property. Front desk person wasnt friendly at all when i asked him about the neighborhood. The rooms are very old and musty. Carpets are disgusting looking. The breakfast was ok but the fruit they set out was molded and looked like it had sat there a while, i took a picture but the front desk guy didnt care to loo at it. I DO NOT recommend this place.
- 4/5
I was in a handicap accessible room, and I love how the beds were lower. This made it so much easier to get in and out of bed. Most of the hotels I stay at, the beds are very high. This made my stay wonderful! The pool also had a chair lift.
- 5/5
Easy access to hotel.

We walked into the lobby and it was hot and musty. There was a distinct odor. From the exterior, I already had a bad feeling. The photos online looked great, but were very deceptive. I had asked if I could look at the room before deciding and the host, after denying my request, reluctantly agreed. Entering the room, again, it was musty and smelled bad. The room was not clean. I told him at this point, we’d probably just not stay there. He showed me another room and it was cleaner, but the bad impression had already been made. I left and called Expedia to start the process of canceling my reservation.
- 2/5
Due the my impression of not a clean place showed in the living room (next to the dinning room) we decided to go out for breakfast. Just ok for one night and, under these mentioned circumstances, not for a family
- 1/5
Do not choose this hotel. Homeless camp across from parking lot. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Very unfriendly staff at front desk. Hard to understand and very vague answers to our concerns. They apparently keep the front door locked to keep homeless out. We had a hard time getting inside the hotel, and then had a very uneasy feeling about staying there. We cancelled our reservation. Working on receiving a refund.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 1/5
The curtains were dirty and the smell of this place was intolerable. From the moment we walked into the room, we were desperately waiting for morning to come to escape the eye-watering smell.
- 5/5
Very comfortable blankets and clean rooms.
- 4/5
Nice clean rooms at an affordable price.
- 5/5

- 4/5

- 4/5
Sketchy area, but we had no problems.
- 5/5
Room was clean and very comfortable. staff was friendly.
- 1/5
Inside light terrible
- 5/5
La cama muy confortable
- 5/5
The hotel and staff were wonderful. Everything was nice and clean. The only thing is that it's a bit off the main road and more in a hidden residential area. But after i checked in, i felt safe and i enjoed the rest if my stay. The front desk guy was very nice.
- 5/5
Nice lil stay and just what i needed for the weekend
- 4/5
Hotel was ok for what we needed it for. The room was clean. No smell, clean bathroom.
- 4/5
Hotel was fine.
- 3/5
However, key wouldn't work on door. Went back downstairs, no one at desk. Walked behind desk myself & tried to re-key the card key. Luckily it worked when I went back up.
