Booked to stay here last summer unplanned. We liked it so much that we planned to stay here again this summer. We plan on booking here when we come to town from now on. The convenience of having a full outfitted kitchen and in-room washer and dryer makes it so easy with kids. Whole Foods is about a 6-block walk, so having the option of cooking instead of going to a restaurant is a nice change of pace. Also, having the washer and dryer in the room makes it easy to dry swimsuits the morning before catching a flight. We like that the property is not directly in the heart of downtown, so it is more laid back and quiet. The parking is also cheaper compared to the other downtown hotels. The pool is fabulous! Staff is always friendly! Room is always pristine!!! Shout out to housekeeping staff!!! We'll be back next August!

This is NOT a hotel - it is a timeshare. Beware that you will be required to provide a security deposit, not a hold for incidentals. Rooms were great - newly remodeled, very clean. The lobby was dated and the amenities non-existent.
- 4/5
Location is great. The hallways on the floors with rooms had a very bad odor, they only had one elevator working in a hotel with 22 floors and no telling how many guests and employees. Unfortunately my living tin and bedroom views were off a brown building

Gorgeous!!! Everything was immaculate and comfortable. There’s a bit of pressure during the 2nd stage of check in to attend a Time Share meeting which is a bit uncomfortable. But after saying no a few times, they leave you alone.

We loved all the cool artwork and the games in the lobby. Also the daily events were fun! Walking distance to Congres and wonderful Whole foods supermarket. Loved our meal at Ranch 616!

We booked a 2 bedroom condo here for my daughter’s college graduation 4 months prior. I had my elderly parents with me driving 8 hours. 2 hours before arriving they called to tell me they were overbooked. They had found an alternative stay for me which charged me $65 a night for parking, had 2 separate rooms with no kitchen or living safe. And to top it off, we did not receive any type of refund!!!!!! Visitors BEWARE!! You may be kicked out right before you’re stay!!

Staff were trying to sell me things and get me to buy into the “discounts.” They were lying to get us to talk to them.
- 5/5
Great location. Very good value compare to hotel prices. Has fitness centre and pool available to all Nothing
- 5/5
This place was amazing- a private condo in the center of the city! Close to great food, walkable to some but not all city locations. I do recommend renting a car for this city- it’s pretty sprawling!
- 5/5
Great room, great location, very clean and great staff at the front desk and in upstairs lounge
- 5/5
The vibe of the resort and staff is awesome!
- 5/5
Fantastic

Stay was good but the ambush attempt of a time share proposal to sit through a sales pitch was off putting to say the least!
- 3/5
They immediately hit me up with a sales pitch, which I didn't appreciate after a very long flight. They didn't clean my room during my stay, and upon check out reminded me that the trash bins are on the odd floors. Did they expect me to take out my own trash. Now that's crazy. However the room and view were very nice.
- 5/5
Overall a really nice and clean property. Staff is very nice and welcoming to the guests. I am definitely booking here again in the near future.
- 4/5
The property was pretty good overall. The one on Clearwater beach has more amenities and larger public areas but probably just a different overall plan.

Super cool spot to stay in Austin. Great outdoor patio and kitchen
- 5/5
I loved that the location was downtown, but away from the congestion and hustle of other hotels. The hotel room and amenities were beyond expectations!!! I was like being at home...cooking and doing laundry...in a hotel room though! The balcony view of the city was amazing and my kids even ate their meals out there! This property was not in our plans. There was a plumbing issue at a family member's apt. so we booked this last minute. The plumbing issue was a blessing in disguise. We loved this property and all it has to offer. we will be back as soon as we can!!!!!

I’m a Wyndham owner and hate the sales meetings that take time from my vacation
- 5/5
Stayed with my teen daughter, our first time visiting Austin. Stayed at a Wyndham property in Florida the month before and the Austin location was by far cleaner and more modern.
- 3/5
It would have been better if I was informed that I had to pay a $380.00 deposit on top of what I had just paid for the room. It was an extra inconvenience. I would have liked to be informed about this a head of time.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the amenities within the room. it was very spacious and comfortable. My vehicle was safe at night, and the staff was more than friendly. My family and I had a great stay. We also enjoyed the pool on the 10th floor. great views of Austin, and good location too, about 10-12 minutes from Barton Springs.
- 5/5
Pretty nice, would go again.
- 4/5
Great property. Easy parking. And easy city access
- 5/5
Will stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again if there’s an opportunity.
- 5/5
good for family trip.
- 3/5
When you check in, they have you speak to someone at the Wyndham desk and they do not tell you anything about a timeshare but that is what they are trying to sell you. I wouldn’t go back to this resort because of our experience. Facility is nice and rooms were decent. Front desk staff were nice.

Nice Rooms
- 5/5
Location, kitchen and pool were amazing. Extremely clean and great staff
- 5/5
Great hotel, enjoyed our stay, close to many places to eat on 6th Street. Studio was very spacious and accommodated my family perfect.
- 3/5
Wasn’t happy with the early call a day before we left thinking we were leaving early that morning. We were unable to sleep in like planned.
- 4/5
Big rooms, clean and in a very good area of downtown.
- 5/5
Aesthetic property really cool place
- 3/5
The property and the staff were great. However, we had requested a one day extension due to a cancelled flight and because we would have needed 2 single rooms we were denied, even though they had the rooms available. That was quite disappointing considering the difficulties we had already experienced with cancelled and delayed flights. They were very helpful with other accommodations due to a cancelled flight!
- 2/5
There are only two elevators on the property, which is extremely inconvenient if you are in a rush for they take forever.
- 5/5
Staff was so nice!!! Weekend memosis and waffles was excellent and the pool was great! Spacious room and perfect for me and my brother.
- 5/5
My apartment was amazing that I wish I could have stayed longer. Spacious, clean and comfy. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and the centre of Austin. Staff were great & helpful to a first-timer to Texas
- 1/5
Property cancelled my reservation then blamed it on expedia. Sent me on a wild goose chase at 1:30am in the morning which is when I arrived at the hotel bc of my late flight arrival. Horrible. Staff is incompetent.
- 5/5
We loved the amenities and the staff was great! There was an issue with the elevators and they remedied it quickly. For the inconvenience, the staff hosted a little happy hour with free drinks. It was very cool!
- 5/5
I was upgraded to a Presidential Suite to include a table football table. Brilliant.
- 5/5
Brilliant accommodation with fantastic facilities in the room and throughout. The rooftop pool was warm and inviting. The apartment was luxurious and full of practical amenities. Only feedback was there needs to be more elevators!
- 4/5
Conveniently located, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Great amenities for kids with pool and gaming choices. Friends staff and clean. Didn’t like no daily cleaning and the attempt to get us to a sales pitch to be a member

Hotel made for a very enjoyable stay in Austin. Room was very clean and beautiful. The refrigerator in the first room was not working properly, so I was able to move to another room. They made that process very easy. Faculties were great. Would stay here again the next time I am in Austin.
- 5/5
A fantastic sized apartment with all the amenities you could need. Good location. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great room. Great customer service. Cute men at consierge.
- 4/5
I loved my stay aside from the extreme problems attempting to connect to WiFi. I asked a question to a woman at the front desk and I honestly felt put off. I was told that she could contact IT but it didn’t feel sincere..
- 5/5
Great property near many things! Staff was great and room was beautiful with great views
- 3/5
The place seemed really nice at first but when you looked closer at thing you noticed how well it is not kept up. The cabinets had the contact paper to look like wood that was peeling off. One of the cabinets looked like a dog chewed it up. You’d be standing in a puddle of water when showering because it didn’t drain properly. All of that was stuff that didn’t matter much to us but what was the worst was how pushy they were to sell their time share. We didn’t even want to walk through the lobby. They texted my cell phone, called the room multiple times starting at about 10am. Called my cell phone. I told them we were not interested multiple times and they just wouldn’t give up.
- 1/5
We were surprised when we arrived to learn there would not be housekeeping. So we had to ask for coffee, towels, toilet paper etc. The hotel was very noisy, in particular the plumbing from adjacent rooms!
- 4/5
We were right next to the elevator which made it loud at night, ask to be away from it if you’re a light sleeper because it’s LOUD! That’s my only issue, the view was spectacular from the 20th floor, super modern and clean, roomy like an apartment, went with my husband and 2 boys and we had room for everything, fully equipped, bathroom huge with roomy and relaxing shower. For what we paid this was a total steal, Ubers always 1 min away and most things were walking distance. I would stay again I’d just ask to be away from the elevator or bring ear plugs lol. Didn’t do the timeshare presentation, they weren’t too pushy about it.
- 4/5
Property was really nice and clean, views from the pool are awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was that they try to sign you up for a $40 Times share tour.
- 4/5
The constant trying to sell the property club to me and calling as late as 9PM
- 2/5
There was noise in the room at night that kept us awake
- 2/5
The "hotel" (timeshare) and location were nice as were the majority of the staff except for the timeshare sales people who seem to be programmed not to take no for an answer. However, the elevator situation was very bad - we ended up taking the stairs to and from the 8th floor on two occasions because it was so slow. Overall, the property was nice but the timeshare sales approach was an insult to intelligence and a colossal waste of time.
- 5/5
The property was super nice great location.
- 4/5
Property is very nice. Check- in too long and complex. Membership sales pitch is annoying.
- 5/5
This hotel was convenient and within walking distance to shopping and food. Very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Will stay again at Club Wyndham. Great for families, too.
- 5/5
My stay was great. My room was excellent. It was a whole lot more than I needed. It felt like a condo or apartment. Very friendly staff.
- 2/5
I booked a room with balcony and got a room without balcony. Spoke to staff and nobody really cared. Also, the elevator situation is ridiculous - waited 20 minutes to try to get an elevator to go down 15 floors, until I finally gave up and took the stairs.
- 4/5
For me, the lady at checkout wanted to explain why by speaking over me while also speaking slowly (so I could understand, presumably), but then would not clearly answer why there are two charges. I don't like having to argue is situations like this. Be fair, charge me fairly, and dont sneak in other things I have not been told about... Great place otherwise!
- 3/5
Location great for downtown. We walked or used taxis. Apartments a bit souless and grey with very poor finishes, built in 2018 in believe. We declined the timeshare tour. Lovely place for breakfast nearby is Waltons .
- 5/5
Hey... change the air freshner used at the front desk. It smells cheap for that classy place 😊!
- 5/5
10/10 definitely coming back!
- 4/5
Great staff and roof top pool was great
- 2/5
Deceptive.
- 5/5
Easy located in Downtown Austin near a lot of attractions, the capitol, museums and lots of options of Dinning and Shopping within walking distance. The facility and room were clean and rooms offer nice acomodation, kitchen, the pool and entertainment like games and arcade were a good option for kids and family entertainment while at hotel. Staff was great and informative. They will insist on a presentation about a share time from another company in property. We didn't took it as we have a lot of things book, and they were not pushy or rude because of this. But have read other experiences, so just be aware and upfront about not wanting or wanting the presentation. Besides those phonecalls have not a single bad experience and have a great time with my family
- 3/5
Very nice property, easy check in, clean room with full kitchen and washer dryer. The gym is pretty small but enough for a decent workout. However expect to be pressured by staff to attend 90 minute seminar on purchasing a timeshare. I received multiple texts and phone calls regarding this. As well as being stopped every time I was in the lobby. Stay was nice but staff was just pushy. Just exit from 2nd floor to avoid sales pitches

First time coming to Austin and this hotel was perfect!
- 5/5
I absolutely loved everything about this hotel - from the spacious accommodations and endless amenities to the courteous staff and very unique style. I’ll be coming back to Club Wyndham anytime it’s available during my travels!
- 2/5
Found a small yellow stain on the bed and the sheets were not fully dried yet. I had to keep them uncovered so they dry out until the next day. They kept calling us in the morning to make sure we attend the presentation where they advertise the timeshare. Very eager to make us attend but I ended up not being ‘qualified’ to attend. They should have explained this during the check-in process. It’s not a great feeling when your time during the travel is wasted. Good location, but you can find much better hotels at comparable prices closer to the river and downtown.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. Entire property was sleek and modern, had a true “Austin” feel. Walking distance to the capitol, Congress st and 6th st. Would stay here again!
- 1/5
Absolutely pathetic. They called and cancelled on us a few hours before we could check in. We were in the middle of another day of fun-packed family trip, and had little time to find an alternative place to stay. Not only did we have to divert time from our day, but options were quite limited at that point for our multi-night stay. We needed this location for our stay too, as my brother lived close by within walking distance. Not another location due to them overselling it or whatever their explanation of 'unfortunate circumstances' was. The woman on the phone with Club Wyndham did say due to this we could get a refund--and eventually I did after calling countless people at various numbers, and really tracking it down. Be nice to have that 3-4 hours of my time back. My time is worth something too...figure it out. I would avoid this 'Club Wyndham' place at all costs. I've traveled a ton for business and some for family, and NEVER had anyone as difficult to work with after something had to be sorted out--let alone be put in a situation like this before. If I could leave a worse review, I would.
- 3/5
This is a time share property and it should be listed as such on websites. They do not have traditional hotel amenities or hospitality focused service. Checkin is problematic (they expect you to walk up to the second floor to get a luggage cart, there is no concierge at checkin desk, after checking in you will be ushered to the Wydham desk where they will ask you the exact same questions you just answered at checkin - their systems do not speak to each other). Checkout is ridiculously early at 10am. They will tell you YES you can get a late checkout but to request it the day before you leave - then tell you the day before you cannot get a late checkout. I had to complain to receive a 1 hour late checkout. There is no restaurant on site, you cannot charge anything to the room - so I'm unsure what they take an "incidental" hold for. They do not provide bottled water in the rooms. The rooms themselves are nice, comfortable, and clean. Overall if you are ok with a nice room and BUDGET STAY experience go for it. If you prefer the service and hospitality of a traditional 3 star and up hotel - stay elsewhere.
- 1/5
To make matters worse, we discovered that there were at least half a dozen other couples who had been subjected to the same treatment by the hotel. The complete lack of concern for our well-being was extremely disappointing, and it is unacceptable for any hotel to overbook its rooms and leave its guests stranded without a place to stay. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to avoid the risk of having their reservation canceled just hours before check-in. I must also mention the off-putting behavior of the hotel staff during this situation. If you don’t mind being subjected to a constant sales pitch for a timeshare package that the hotel is affiliated with then by all means, stay. The whole experience while we waited in the lobby for hotels.com to work on finding us another property we saw other people subject to pushy and insincere attempts to sell something, and it left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. Overall, the combination of the overbooking issue and the aggressive sales tactics made for a thoroughly unpleasant stay experience while it lasted, grateful that hotels.com was able to book us at a pleasant hotel.
- 5/5
Room was very nice, location convenient, everything we needed in walkable distance, including restaurants, shops, sights.
- 4/5
Well located
- 5/5
Super clean and modern. Close to 6th Avenue but quiet location. Fantastic floor plans and parking garage on premise.
- 3/5
I liked the view from my condo across west Austin. I liked the size of my unit but I didn't like the open concrete ceilings and columns in the unit. Was disappointed there was no bar and dining area in the hotel, and the gym room was small with limited equipment
- 4/5
Great place to stay with family. Had washer and dryer as well as a well stocked kitchen to make meals. Overall, great experience.
- 5/5
This was the best hotel! I would 100% stay again and recommend.
- 4/5
liked the size of my unit. Was disappointed in the size of the gym.
- 2/5
Leave plenty of time because check in is 3x longer than other hotels. We were in a hurry to get to an event and they didn’t care.
- 2/5
The room was clean, but the windows looked straight at another building without any windows. We were on the 9th floor and it felt like a penitentiary.
- 5/5
It was all great, except for internet reception and the tv channels weren’t working properly
- 3/5
Now, rooms were great. We didn't get a great view. The decoration was stark and a bit cold but soooo clean. Kitchen immaculate and bed comfy. The low back couch was not comfy but ok. Parking was ok, it was a garage. Pool was under construction. Elevators painfully slow. They were awful. Ok last day and a promised only 90 minute sales pitch. We knew we weren't going to buy but hey 60.00 paid for parking and a free stay? Sure. Well, this promised no pressure presentation ended up being held for 3 hours of high pressure sales pitch. They promised they are different but we'd heard it all before. In fact, read reviews for Worldmark Wyndham and you see what i mean. 3 hours !!! Could we have just got up and left? Yes but we wanted our free parking and stay. Well, we haven't seen the refund on our paring yet and that free stay has so many hoops to jump through to book. In fact, the email says in big bold letters this insnt a free stay. Booking fees,on top of fees. Anyways, it was not relaxing, in fact, we were angry when we left. I'm angry they lied to us and im angry we fell for it.
- 4/5
It was a nice modern condo. Good location within walking distance of restaurants.
- 5/5
We loved everything! Stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday and they had a gift basket with goodies in the room when we arrived. Amazing staff who gave us recommendations on things to do and the fresh cookies when checking in were delicious ! Will be staying here every time we’re in town
- 5/5
The apartment like set up was great, especially the laundry. Whenever we had a request or a problem, a staff member was at our door quickly. We asked if they had ice. The front desk staff told us how to start the ice maker in the full size fridge, and then sent someone up with a bag of ice to tide us over.
- 5/5
😀
- 5/5
Great location! Two blocks away from 6th Street and Central to every place downtown Austin. Staff were direct about parking cost hold and the rooms were very clean and spacious! I love the kitchen and island. I didn’t like the meeting with the timeshare ppl a part of checking in process but staff didn’t bug me like other reviewers. I just told him I had a long trip and I’m ready to get to my room and they left me alone the rest of the trip. I loved the infinity pool overlooking Austin too! Very relaxing.
- 4/5
The room and hotel are clean and comfortable. Be ready of the sales pitch if you are not already a Wyndham timeshare owner. It took me repeatedly saying no to their presentation offers before they finally let us go to our room. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay with close access to public transit and the sights of Austin.
- 4/5
You have to put up with the 10 minute hazing on attending a time share membership. But once you get through that -- hopefully politely (they are just doing their jobs), you are home free. We had 12th floor on the side facing the river. We loved the balcony and the urban view. A little noisy from rowdy Sixth and all the construction of skyscrapers. But interesting. The studio was plenty big for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, etc. But zero food items. So stock up. Lack of maid service did not bother us at all. It felt like an apartment. Hey, maybe I should have listened to the time share talk after all since I liked the place so much! lol
- 5/5
Stayed four nights for ACL weekend. Good location walkable to 6th Street Music District. Four blocks to the ACL shuttle. Small outdoor pool on 10th floor. Only con is no bar or restaurant on premises
- 4/5
The cable went out constantly! Also, be prepared to get sold a timeshare while you are there. They weren’t terrible about it but definitely caught me off guard. We even had a call to our room while we were napping to see if we were still going up to the “penthouse to see what they had to offer”. There is no restaurant or bar in the “hotel” also. It’s definitely more of the vacation rental feel than a hotel. Again wasn’t terrible at all just thought I would share in case that makes or breaks a decision for someone
- 5/5
Very well kept property in a great location. Great for families.
- 2/5
They dont tell you about parking until you get there. $30 per night and they claim its not their parking garage. They will charge you $160 up front for the parking. After check in go straight to you room stay away from the people you will "give you a map of the city" they are timeshare people. They will claim they just want you to look at a room then they claim they will pay for a night of parking. I was charged $40 and have not received refund yet for not going once i discovered online that they have bad reviews for tricking people into going to a timeshare presentation. The beds are hard as a rock very uncomfortable. Good news is that they do not have house keeping but no room service. Ive never been to a hotel without room service very dissatisfied.
- 5/5
My only complaints are no breakfast is available and the shower knob was very hard to turn. Overall great experience! The couch and the bed were super comfy.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Pleasantly surprised.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice hotel! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and how spacious the studio room was with full kitchen. Would definitely come back! Staff was so accommodating and check in and out was simple! Parking garage was $30 per night, very easy access from rooms
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and very clean. In a perfect location to many bars and restaurants. Will be back🙌👍
