We had a wonderful experience here. The facility is modern. The rooms include a full kitchen and the most comfortable bedding. But what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Christian from check in to check out! He was very welcoming and helpful. I've stayed at this location a few times and I've always received the same exceptional customer service from him. The location is located in an area which made it easy to acess Hwy 290, a toll road, Hwy 183 and IH 35. A great property paired with top-notch hospitality—highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Hotels proximity to my places of interest was very close and accessible. The room I stayed in was very clean. The water pressure In the room was very nice. The accessories in the rooms are very outdated. Most of the concierge staff seemed to lack knowledge or were unwilling to accommodate simple ask.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was. We had everything, fridge, microwave, stove, top, sink, TV, even a garbage disposal. It really made us feel special.

The noise went well on after midnight and started up again early. The next morning we informed the front desk of the issue and they had us moved to another room within 30 minutes. We later learned that a large breed dog with zoomies was the culprit. I love dogs, but love my sleep too. We appreciated the speedy resolution to our dilemma and look forward to staying here again.

My stay was OK. If you stay a week, they will try to charge you extra to clean your room. :(

As a long stay property, it's excellent. Big room that is clean and modern with a nicely appointed kitchen. As a vacation stay, however, no breakfast with no restaurants close is a bit of an issue

All of the staff were so sweet to me and my husband! They made us feel so special on our honeymoon!

We have stayed here 3 times while my going to St. David's Hospital. Love the mini kitchen in all rooms and the supplies room if you forget anything.

Staff leave you and the room alone to get on with your stay. Property well connected to nearby highways. Outside patio/yard area would benefit from some more seating.

The best stay since I been in Austin. The staff is amazing.The General Manager Ms. Linda is just humble and transparent. Her energy is everything you can feel it when you are speaking with her. Also Christen! I hope I spelled that right. He was such a great understanding gentleman. Thanks y'all!

Very tidy, nice hotel. Comfortable room- would be nice for extended length of time. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable & shower floor was slippery by the drain- nearly fell twice.

The property was extremely clean. The lobby and elevator smelled so fresh and clean, they both had a very pleasant fragrance as you find in 5-star hotels. The front desk staff members were so friendly and attentive. They gave excellent service. I enjoyed talking to Ms. Linda when I was at the front desk. Everyone was very responsive to my requests and needs. The room was quite clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything I needed including a fully equipped kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The Dove personal care products are a nice extra to have available in the room. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe coming in at night. Great location for where I needed to go in town. I really enjoyed my stay there. I'll definitely return.

Christian checked me in quickly and was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom was spotless. Also the location was close to family event and other stores and shopping. Will be back again!!

Very clean and convenient to everything we had planned. Bed was comfy. At check in, Christian was very helpful and efficient. Upon checkout, I waited at desk for 10 minutes without seeing anyone working. Another gentleman had been there even longer and said the same thing. Still a nice place to stay.

I rented the 2 king suite and paid for a 2 king suite and was given a 2 queen suite. Being 2 very large men staying with their daughters this a was need. When we called down to the desk once entering the room we were told that it is a request and you dont honor all requests. Why have the option on the website and why did i pay for kings when that is only a suggestion to the hotel staff. Not super thrilled and was not the experience i was hoping to have. Spending multiple nights in beds that are to small is not how i want to spend my money. Oh and to put the cherry on top this hotel smelt like Marijuana the entire time I was there. Definitely not a place to stay if you are in Texas for any kind of sport related activity.

His demeanor was condescending and put off. I also asked if the cameras were recording not just for viewing because at another hotel I had my catalytic converter stolen. He then told me it is what it’s is he couldn’t guarantee me anything. So over all check in was horrible and didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable… He made no attempt to make anything more comfortable. Very disappointing..

One of the standout features of Candlewood Suites Austin North was the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. 8:34 am was already awake but still in bed , someone tried to open the door but good thing i had the safety thing that block the door somehow. It scared me.

We went to the Orange and White longhorn game.. hotel is great.. staff was excellent and friendly.....Only thing is this hotel does not offer breakfast-- but that was on me... you get used to every hotel offers breakfast, that i didnt even think about it untill the following morning ...but like i said.. that was on me for not reading the details

The hotel and staff were very nice. My only complaint was that the tv did not work in our room. They said they replaced it the same date, but when we came back, it still would not work. They gave me a 20.00 discount, but feel it should have been a little more.

Room was comfortable but shower was dirty. Check in was fast and friendly. Location is on the edge of a shady neighborhood.room thermostat kept turning off so room was stuffy, it was supposed to be an efficiency thing for when the room was vacant but it wasn't sophisticated enough to know we were still inside, just sleeping.

Property ok. Location convenient for me. Area not great. Primary issue is very hard untreated water. Completely unacceptable for washing and showering.

It is a business hotel and as such is limited in the offerings in the neighborhood. That being said, it is convenient, clean, and comfortable. Loved the stay and will be staying here again.

The property does not offer maid service. I stayed 9 days and received maid service once. Not good for the length of stay and money paid.

the hotel is nice, they charged me a pet fee and I have a registered service dog. I called and they said they would refund but they never did and every time I call my call goes straight to voicemail. Pretty unprofessional.

The location was great as it related to travel at the intersection of two major highways. Christian at the front desk, was VERY, VERY helpful. Places should have more people like him.

Great rooms especially when traveling with children to have a small kitchen in the room. However they don't clean or stock your room unless you pay to have it done.

The room was spacious and clean. I always have a comfortable sleep at this hotel with their linens and pillows. The location is situated in a way that I could get to multiple highways in no time. I love the kitchen area, although this time my microwave didn't seem to warm up or it could've been my error. Either way I had a great stay and will definitely return when I'm in town!

The room was very nice and the beds are comfortable, I liked that there was a little desk/table. The room was bigger than a usual double queen, there is a mini kitchen with a full size fridge. The hot water is really hot and plenty of water pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Could hear neighbors through walls (they were not purposefully loud), The room will NOT be cleaned unless a stay of over 7 days is occurring (Why are there so many maids in the building???), if you'd like new sheets/towels you need to embarrassingly bring your dirty wears to the front desk. Water Trickled out of shower & it took 9x as much time to wash (no other room was available with same amenities at this time so couldn't switch), Has very basic amenities including only a small set of 4 silverware. Overcharged at end of stay & needed to call to get refunded.

I’ve stayed here several times for business and consistently had a good experience. It’s always clean, quiet, has friendly staff, and easy parking. It feels much safer than the other places I’ve stayed, but is still conveniently located. I love the fridge and kitchen in all the rooms, too. Consistent experiences for me every time!

The hotel was easy to access, clean, and pet-friendly. My daughter had dinner with her Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo committee that met after they delivered Austin their invitation by way of Pony Express.

Stayed here for two nights. Good location and not too far from everything. Comfy bed but dirty carpet. We didn’t feel too comfortable taking off our shoes in the room.

Amazingly comfortable and quiet!

Nice rooms, very clean and well equipped with small kitchen if you are on longer trip. No breakfast facilities at the hotel and I would personally not book again for this reason. Want to be able to get up eat and be on the road rather than have to find a place for breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel and room. There are literally cameras covering this entire property putting my mind at ease slightly (in this day an age you can never let your gaurd down). I actually felt safe here.
