The office staff were very cool and as accommodating as they could be. The house keeping staff are rude, disrespectful, and have no idea what customer service is. They want to do everything their way and if you need any sort of accommodations they will try to get you kicked out. I work in the afternoons, so i sleep in the morning. I would ask the housekeepers to come every other day and try to come after 1 or 2 pm. Every single day they'd bang on my door around 11 to 12, tried to force their way in, and then on days when i refuse service they'd wait until i go to work, then invade my personal space. They then tried to charge me 30 dollars for a towel and said if i dont pay id be kicked out. I had no clue what that was about. But overall, worst housekeeping staff I've ever experienced. And lastly, they will act like they don't understand English just to do what they want.

liked free wifi and easy parking. even tho i prepaid I had to pay a $10 deposit to get the room key & remote. room was decent for price but was a tad outdated. Staff was friendly and had good response time but i overheard the receptionist tell a different guest that she could not provide more toilet paper for her room because the staff had no toilet paper! 6/10 overall.

Experience was awful. The room itself was dingy, swimming pool was dirty and the smell was horrendous. Stench of marijuana was evident in and around the complex. Will never be back

I was very unhappy only because I would pay $84 for a $40 room and the front desk person was the one trying to over charge me. She didnt like the way my wife and I was talking to each other so she called the police and of course my wife went to jail

Perfect location for an extension of Foundation Communities with Motel 6 G6 Corporate in mind. They never answer the phone…..92 VC LLC is buying the Budget Inn out. Awesome location and apart of APD 2nd Phase Homeless move efforts.

AC worked and that's about the only good part. room smelled stale. broke down cars in the parking lot. Couldn't sleep thinking my vehicle was not secure. you have to leave a deposit for the remote, that should tell you how bad it was.

This place is a older place but I wasn’t bothered by that because in my situation it was right for me

It was just me and my son and I didn't feel safe there for a second. If I could have afforded to leave when I saw the place I would have left immediately. It was very dirty, no ice, no shampoo at all only tiny bars of soap. The room smelled old and hasn't been updated in probably 30 years. The entire place needs a makeup like demo the entire place and start over. The people staying in the other rooms were all under hard times, and I could tell some were living there. I was constantly on the look out of other people being there to make sure me and my son didn't get hurt by them. It was in a bad part of town which didn't help. The surrounding part of the pool was dirty, but the water was actually nice. When I checked in the lobby was locked by a huge plastic wall with a tiny window to check in and out. They even have to keep the remote to the tvs under lock and key. They handed it to me when I got there to check in. If I was late by a minute to check out they were actually going to charge me for it. I couldn't wait to leave and never come back.

Dump. You will stink after you leave this place. Check-in feels like in processing at a detention center.

I would not recommend this place for a multitude of reasons. For most it is not in a good area first and foremost , so the crowd is very rough and low profile. The walls are very thin, so much so, I can hear the neighbors adjacent as well as behind me. Tenants are smoking marijuana in the parking lot and in the rooms so the smell would make it's way into other people's room. There is also a lot of noise and commotion (boisterous talking or arguing) during the night and early in the morning making it difficult to sleep at night. I strongly do not recommend this unless for convenience sake. If you can afford a little more, look for another place. This place is not good at all.

The only thing that i can say good was that at least the inside of the room was clean. But the bed was completely on its last leg. And when it gets dark, its almost absolutely terrifying thinking that you might have to go outside for anything bc you might get robbed or even bust disappear...

They need total makeover of this motel as far as motel amenities and the customer service representatives. They have no microwaves in the rooms but do have one in the lobby but tenants are not allowed to use it. Then they have a vending machine but they have to access it for. Then the customer service representatives are rude. A representative had an attitude because i asked why am i always being charge a small fee of 50 cent to a dollar everytime i book via hotels.com

Horrible. Pulled in and saw drug deals, it was dirty and saw a couple FLICKING A NEEDLE. full of homeless people, a bunch of random totes and carts everywhere. As soon as i pulled in i had homeless people coming up to my car and then the lady at the front was demanding i give her MORE money even when i already paid and then refused my refund even tho i never even made it to a room!

I couldn’t make it due to my fly change and they refused to provide me with refund. The place is a ghetto and not safe at all. Plus it has bedbugs and so dirty all over the place. It’s not safe and too loud there. This place should not be listed improvement.

Great AC. Room was clean…thank goodness for tiled floors. The area was not great and it appeared to be a haven for drug users. Did not feel at all safe and I would not stay there again. You get what you pay for, so next time I will spend the correct amount on a safe place.

The hotel is right off t highway. It is on the feeder road. The turn in is easy to miss and if you miss it you have to go over a half a mile so you can turn around and you have to go all the way around the other side of the highway and make an additional u-turn just to get back to the hotel. The office is locked regardless to what time of the day or night it is.

If you need a place to just sleep, this hotel works super well! Checking in involves standing outside of the main office in the images provided. The windows are barred and there is a small "drive thru" window. That window has a slit and small table for you to pass items through with the front desk worker. The man who checked us in was very chipper and kind. You pay a $10 deposit per room to get your single blank keycard and the room's remote. The woman who checked us out was efficient and similarly nice. My deposit was refunded to my account quickly. Both rooms were incredibly humid and smelled HEAVILY of cigarettes. The furniture in both rooms consisted mainly of a bed, a hanging wall mirror, a small table, and one chair. One room had a long and sturdy TV console, the other a small end table. The bathrooms are tiny (standard for cheaper stays ngl), the showers are incredibly awkward to operate (three knobs, 2 labeled hot), the towels provided are threadbare and occasionally stained, and you get one washcloth. You also get 2 bars of soap. One of the rooms had normal sized pillows that were flat as a blanket, the other had small square pillows that were fluffy. You only have the two regardless. The bedding in one room had small, light stains and the other had a "crusty" feel towards the very foot of the bed. Overall an experience I won't repeat alone but with friends/family yes

The room has smok smell. I reserved non-smoking room. There is no hair dryer. The stairs has a lot of sand. The advantage is cheap. 24 hours has a person in the front desk. We only had a small window to communicate with the staffs. The door is locked in the check-in office. They seemed to prevent the crimes or robbery.

It was just very unclean and unkept. There was a lot of telltale signs that this is a spot where a lot of illegal activity occurs. Nothing too crazy where you have to be scared of, but I would say just keep your head down and don’t try to be too friendly.

Office has bars on the windows and they make you leave a deposit for the tv remote control, which they hand you when you check in. I left 4 hours after checking in due to feeling completely unsafe due to fighting outside of my room. Property refused to refund me and I had to speak to a supervisor at Expedia to finally get it but from Expedia not the property. This place should be condemned and/or not listed on the Expedia website.

This property looked very shady. It had bars on all the windows and you could not go into the lobby. The lobby was locked up tight and they helped you through a tiny little slit in a window. They charge a $10 deposit for the room key and the tv remote (which the tv did not work anyways). However, all the staff at the location were fabulous and very friendly.

Yes the staff was lacking. I paid for a prior reservation through another company and they didn't honor my reservation. I understand it was a new person working yet they should have made some type of accommodations for me after the fact but didn't.

It was a do it yourself, but everything was off limits and had to put a $300 deposit to use laundry room, to even get a single roll of toilet paper, let's say you wanted to get room service at 11:00 you have to pay for that, and also there is homeless people and prostitutes outside of the apartment and they are always and I say always going to be banging on your door asking for a room or for money, never stay at this place ever

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property is located in a very unsafe area with people loitering around at all hours. The room had a strong odor, and I discovered bedbugs during my stay. Management was unresponsive and unhelpful, and overall, the place felt poorly maintained. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was a big disappointment. The room smelled bad, and I even found cold medicine left behind from a previous guest. The beds were old and very springy, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything from next door. The property felt unsafe — people were walking around outside all night, and the parking area was dark with barely any lighting. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The Room was very clean and everything worked. Check in was quick however the towel rack was falling off the wall. Nice room.
