Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the noise level, particularly from nearby bars and the hotel's own bar, Lefty's. The lack of certain amenities, such as coffee in the room or lobby, and the high cost of parking are also frequently mentioned issues.

Love this hotel. Always a pleasant stay. Never overcrowded and the bar in the lobby is very inviting. Great bar and restaurant options on the same block. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great value, clean, safe, loved the decor. No dislikes

If you have travel issues, this is not the place to stay. Not accommodating to issues outside of my control. Airline delayed my flight 7 hours and eventually cancelled but this hotel did not care about this & charged me for the full amount. Zero compassion and terrible service.
- 5/5
kindness, the Customer Service No microwave in the rooms

Friendly staff, very clean all around. Very loud. The dj outside of my window was unbearably loud until 1 am. Unfortunately at about 6:30 am the coffee shop downstairs starting playing their music at the same level making it impossible for to sleep.

Great hotel, second time I’ve stayed there. Location is amazing close to some great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend

Everything was great, Internet was weak.

Loved the vibes of the hotel, easy access to the bar on the main floor and close to everything.

Such a Zen property. An oasis in the desert. The open first floor is cool and classy, the bar reels you in. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Love the walk in shower! It was so hot in Texas we used it a few times every day. Not one thing wrong
- 5/5
Great staff, very accommodating. Next time we are in Austin we will stay again for sure!!
- 4/5
Nice, clean property in ideal location for exploring Austin nightlife. Adjacent to solid restaurants (check out Via313 Pizzaria). Very basic but clean accommodations: concrete floors, walls and ceilings. Tall bed may be difficult for older/disabled to climb in/out of. In-room snack/wet bar items very pricey ($5 for canned coke), $50 per night for onsite parking. $300 authorization for incidentals. Highlights were friendly staff and great location.
- 5/5
Such a cute cozy place! Definitely will be back and definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Beautiful artsy hotel! Would love to stay again
- 4/5
Stylish modern comfortable room.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!! Love the hotel and all the accommodations. I would only say do NOT go to Lefty’s bar, on the outside patio. We were welcomed at all the close by bars and treated very well but the staff there ignored and mistreated us on both visits.

Perfect place to stay

I didn’t. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel like it was false advertising in terms of amenities. I booked a double room with two beds for two guests. It came with 3 towels, two hand towels, a broken dryer, peeling wallpaper, and hard beds that are too short. My feet would hang off and i’m under 5’5. This hotel comes off as greedy and money hungry. I got there and waited nearly 30 minutes for valet after driving 8 hours. The valet was quick when i was checking out, but reeked of weed. The elevator system was annoying and did not work half the time. The walls were thin, i could hear everything. No FREE water in the room at all. After charging me nearly 1000 for the whole stay, i do feel like free water SHOULD BE PROVIDED. I absolute hated my stay here.

Location is awesome for bar hopping, rooms are so spacious. Floors were dirty.

Great location on 6th Street, large, beautifully designed room, comfortable bed & a great shower. Our room was directly overlooking a bar which made it noisy until late at the weekends. Fortunately we were fairly nocturnal so it was manageable, and not really a problem for us.

Loved this hotel and our spacious room and also bathroom. Location is excellent, with bars and restaurants close by. Hotel staff was helpful with recommendations and directions. The hotel is on a busy street, but noise level in the room is very low. We also loved the retro modern vibe and decor. Highly recommended.

What really sets ARRIVE apart, though, is the staff. They truly define hospitality. I arrived with an excessive amount of luggage, boxes of products, and all the chaos that comes with content creation, and they could not have been more accommodating. They graciously held my boxes and extra luggage for several days, allowing me to maximize my time filming and creating content in the room without feeling overwhelmed. No matter what I needed, someone was always there to help. Whether it was assistance charging my phone, directions around Austin, recommendations for cute local spots, or even advice on where to go for a date, the team always had an answer and made me feel genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Nafees, who was an incredible front desk manager. He was kind, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Bella was also amazing—so helpful, incredibly nice, and always willing to go the extra mile. She made my days easier on more than one occasion and was such a pleasure to interact with. I loved it! I extended an extra 3 days! Iwill be back!
- 4/5
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. My one criticism of the hotel is the very loud DJ music coming from Lefty's which was located just below our room. I believe Lefty's is an extention of hotel. The music didn't stop until midnight.
- 5/5
The photos of the room online do not do the space justice, the studio was HUGE. The bed was comfy. I stayed in room 418 and it was lovely and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful
- 1/5
We were schedule to stay two nights but had to check out that next morning and find a quieter place. The front desk apologized but would not remove the next day charges as we had "committed" to two nights. We won't be back and won't recommend this hotel to our worst enemy. I think her purposely put us in one of the loudest rooms. We felt not wanted at ARRIVE.
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms. Super responsive and friendly staff. Great location.
- 4/5
Nice spacious room. Very “young” feel to the hotel and more generally for the location with fun bars and restaurants across the street or one block away. Music was a bit booming especially since I am an early sleeper. If that’s an issue better to ask for a room at the back. I put a pillow over my head and was fine.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Located in a great location for walking around. Place was very clean and comfy. Will be back.
- 5/5
Location was within walking distance of food, clean, good atmosphere with good decor. Valet seemed to be the only option, was not aware of the nightly charge before arriving.
- 5/5
Bella was the kindest and most helpful team member! Thank you! We will be back.
- 1/5
Service was absolutely terrible. There’s not even a phone in the room. You have to go down to the lobby for everything and majority of the time there’s not a single person at the desk. They’ll also charge you an extra $100 per night for absolutely no reason, they say I’ll be getting it back but it’s been 5 days so who knows. Save your money and go elsewhere.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, had a great time until he heart of 6th St. in Austin. The room was clean and the aesthetic was classy. Would recommend staying at Arrive. Perfect location to visit Austin city life.
- 5/5
The room was an excellent condition. I also really appreciated how quiet and comfy. The location is. It’s really convenient and I would definitely book again!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and location was perfect.

Yes
- 5/5
The place was an amazing stay had a great time. Only downside was the valet smoked my clutch and had to spend $5k to rebuild it. Their insurance paid for it. Automatics only.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. From valet to check out!!
- 5/5
The rooms are very big, only wish is maybe a dresser or more spaces to hang clothes for a longer stay. I wanted to mention one of the staff who went above and beyond- her name is Bella and she worked at the reception area. We needed some last minute printing for our daughters wedding and she helped us get some items printed. Also gave us waters for drinking as we had to rush out for an event. The location is great, lots of coffee shops, food, bars etc.
- 4/5
I got erroneously charged to my room from a patron at the restaurant downstairs but the front desk refunded it quickly.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family
- 5/5
We only went for one night to visit old friends for my fiancés birthday and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location boutique experience. The staff was so friendly and professional, even went as far as to decorate the room before our arrival for the birthday celebrations. They used messaging in the Expedia app and texting to check in and remind us about check out and it made it seamless. Great experience and the rooms were beautiful! Will be coming back to stay!
- 5/5
Great location, always a quality experience.
- 5/5
Really great property, and the staff were friendly! No issues with AC, and it was clean. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The Staff made this an even better experience!!! We were here for a wedding, everything is walkable, great food, coffee and vibe. Rooms are huge. Would have loved even more if they had a small set of drawers and space for personal food
- 5/5
Loved the affordable and high quality mini bar options, and the salt and stone bath amenities smelled great! room was huge for the price and very comfortable bedding
- 5/5
Wonderful boutiquey hotel in a equally cute part of town, very accessible to 6th ave bars!
- 5/5
Convenient location near restaurants, bars and market. Very clean and modern floor plan
- 5/5
Fantastic. So beautiful. Only small
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and the location is quiet and convenient. The hotel is a few blocks east of the busier parts of (east) 6th St. and close to several coffee shops, restaurants and breweries/bars and about 30 min walk to the center of downtown.
- 5/5
Clean room, good restaurant, nice staff
- 5/5
Loved the time at this hotel!!!
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
Beautiful property with great staff
- 5/5
ARRIVE is our go-to Austin hotel! Love the texting system to communicate with the friendly staff quickly. On our most recent trip, one of the room's AC was out, but the staff apologized, speedily relocated our party, and comped our parking. Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding in a fun, colorful part of the city!
- 5/5
My second stay at Arrive, but won’t be my last. Great night of sleep on a very comfortable bed and soft, not squishy, pillows! My room was clean and much quieter this time. It’s a perfect location near the park with several restaurants and bars around. I do miss the kaftan robes and the granola at check-in.
- 5/5
This place is amazing! Highly recommend
- 4/5
Staff were courteous. The dining room did not seem to be organized or have the simple things needed. Table napkins, proper glasses for specific cocktails, even the mixes needed.
- 5/5
Room was great, nice location and good restaurant / bar attached. Desk staff was super nice - as was the valet.
- 4/5
The room was spotless and very comfortable! The staff was super attentive and I got everything I needed. The location is perfect considering I wanted to be near the bars and restaurants. My only issue was that my room wasn’t ready for about 3 hours after check in.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing 👏 ... room layout was great with a massive shower!
- 5/5
Spotless room, beautiful design and detailing, premium feel theoughout.
- 5/5
Great as always!
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
The room we moved to (thanks!) was much better but also sooo loud that it was very hard to sleep. It was also significantly smaller than the room we originally had.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Bella at the front desk advised me that our room was ready early. She was helpful during our stay. Finding the hotel entrance was difficult as there is no sign only a door mat. We opted for a corner room. It was very spacious and about the size of a studio apartment.
- 5/5
Love this hotel. Great rooms, great location and we love the coffee shop in the lobby.
- 5/5
Staff (Sharon) was super friendly and accommodating….threw out an upgrade, well, just because…also toy for our dog, just because…and the vibe is super chill as well and location is right where you wanna be. There’s a reason I continue to stay here when the n town
- 3/5
Some minor issues with items not working in the room
- 2/5
No coffee in room, couldn’t control the temperature in the room, no gym at the hotel and I asked for water and didn’t get until 4 hours later. Wouldn’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location if you are looking for nice bars, restaurants and entertainment. It is a bit noisy so if you are looking for a quiet environment this is not it.
- 5/5
This is a regular stay for us. They have large rooms, priced well and welcoming to pets. Love walking over to Suerte for dinner and heading to Whislers for a night cap.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. There is a lot of nightlife in the area so it is loud at night but it wasn’t a huge issue. Sharon at the front desk was great.
- 5/5
The staff were really helpful. The room was clean. The only thing is its a little noisy at night cause it is right next to the bar
- 4/5
They did not have much help and they did not serve coffee in the hotel
- 5/5
It has a hard to read entry point so the folks at the front desk are very helpful to welcome you in. I just wish the daily parking fee was on the Expedia site. I was not intendin to pay $50 a day. The location is extremely walkable and the food up and down the street was phenomenal and easy to reach. :)
- 5/5
Great quiet room convenient to nightlife.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the modern amenities, friendly staff and great food options!
- 5/5
Wonderful staff
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
This place is basically perfect.
- 5/5
Great location with plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff was excellent and helpful.
- 1/5
Air conditioning did not work the first night. No option to move to another room. The first morning I ran out of roller paper, no extra roll to restock. Human feces left on the bathroom pocket door. The bar across the street played loud music until 3:00 a.m. The only option to park on property was valet, no self parking. Not everyone wants a stranger parking their vehicle and this leaves the option of paying to park at a lot down the street. I have never had an experience like this staying at an hotel anywhere. I am not sure what the protocol is to appropriately rectify this type of situation. The only person who has even attempted to make things right was the lady that worked at the front desk. No property manager or supervisor has reached out to me.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay.
- 3/5
The "full" beds were practically twins. We we were very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Amazing place
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
The rooms are very spacious and decorated nice. They have a great vibe. Highly recommended.
- 4/5
Nice modern hotel at a good price in a good location to explore Austin. Amenities were almost non existent. No; microwave in room, ice available, coffee maker or supplies in room, pool, gym, upgrade for Expedia status level. Had to ask for daily room cleaning. Mini offered in room with drinks and snacks at really high pricing. Room was dark with poor lighting.
- 5/5
Highly recommend this hip hotel!
- 4/5
Close to moody
- 5/5
Nice area, right a few steps from bars, restaurants, and cafeterias, the hotel itself had good options as well in dining and drinking.
- 5/5
Loved everything about it
- 3/5
The tv was not working, someone came to fix it. No shampoo in the dispenser and the room was not ready at check in
- 5/5
Great staff and very nice hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing food and drinks, kinda pricy but the food has quality for sure it’s worth the cost. The room was amazing and spacious very clean and detailed.
- 3/5
The rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant is really cool. Staff is great. However, not having coffeemaker, kettle, hair dryer, work desk, lamp, reading lights or any other basic hotel appliances beats the purpose of paying hotel prices for campground like experience.
- 5/5
Best customer service I’ve had in my life
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, staff certainly friendly, goof air conditioning, walkable to restaurants but not many shops
- 5/5
Fantastic property conveniently located near great restaurants and vibrant nightlife. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Austin.
- 5/5
Lots of techno music going at the bar next door as we went to bed. Otherwise clean, fresh hotel with cute bar / restaurant with nice wine list.
- 5/5
Very friendly and clean
- 5/5
Very nice decoration and very comfortable. Very nice cafés around, where breakfast is available.

Staff was very friendly, she gave great area recommendations. Room was clean and very comfortable
