I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. This is the perfect location and close to everything!

The elevators made me feel really dizzy after riding in them and the room got hot at night, other than that our stay was amazing!!

I stayed at the Aloft during UT's freshman move in. The staff were helpful and very hospitable and the rooms were as expected. What I especially enjoyed were the restaurant options and proximity to other restaurants in the area. My goal in staying downtown was to get a feel for the "Austin energy" in the city and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I fell in love with the decor, and the food so much that I ordered a to-go order of the quinoa and cauliflower taco from the 2nd floor and a few pastries from the first floor. I love the 2nd floor patio vibe and took a few pics! I will definitely be back!!!

We have called several times to have this incorrect charge corrected and refunded. Each time, a representative told us that someone would get back to us. Unfortunately, we are still waiting and have received no response or refund. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially considering how many times we have tried to resolve the issue. Please be very careful and check your credit card statements after dining here. Make sure that all charges are accurate and that you are not being charged for items you did not order.

Me and my boo accidentally spent the night in Austin and booked last minute. The room is not huge, but it is nice and we had a nice little view of Austin. Very close to sixth Street and the capital.

Room was nice and comfortable. Be sure to bring a few drinks to put in your mini fridge. Also I prefer to have a fan on while I sleep, hotel doesn't offer this so I would say bring one if you are the same

Maria at the reception counter was very friendly and provided great information about the area. Hotel was clean. Room could use more lighting and more mirrors but overall the location was close by to all restaurants and bars.

Parking was the only issue. $65 a night for valet is a little outrageous considering you’re already paying for a room. But other than that it was beautiful and located brilliantly. Easy to walk to many places.

Air conditioning was leaking and the carpet was wet which made the room smell.

Horrible street noise, impossible to sleep. Property provided sound machine was not working properly. Would never stay here again if needing to sleep at any point in my stay.

In addition, the breakfast servers in the cafe are super slow, pay more attention to each other than the customer. Very unaware of what's going on. Tip- Serve hot coffee, not 3 days of lukewarm coffee. Out of sugar in the Raw for 3 straight days...

The hotel was immaculate from the rooms to the amenities. The restaurant is a whole vibe, as well as the coffee shop. The location is very convenient to the bars, restaurants, and convenient stores.

Loved the location, it was close to everything and even got to see the bats emerge from under the bridge. The front desk staff was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the area/activities in the area. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The only issues we had in the room was the back of the shelf jetting out into the bedroom area and the lack of just a bathroom light. We couldn't have a light on without illuminating the whole bathroom area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Ideal location in the city. Takes a while for housekeeping so everyone is waiting to check in around 4 pm. Valet parking has limited space so it tends to back up around noon when a lot of people are checking out. Just be patient with the staff.

overall, my day was amazing. The staff was super nice, and the building was super clean. Rooms were super clean as well. I do recommend that if you like to snack to bring your own because they do not have the best snacks. I will also say the Caroline Restaurant downstairs is delicious. The best breakfast brunch I’ve ever had.

This is our third time staying at this hotel and by far it’s been amazing, hotel is always clean. Service is great!

Hotel was great. Issue is with Expedia not providing separate invoices when you purchase a package that includes hotel and flights. Expedia charges you separately for the hotel and flight but when you need to submit an invoice for each when traveling for business, you're out of luck, even after submitting a support ticket.

The room was clean and quiet. Maybe being on the 31st floor made the difference. Having a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop on site was very convenient.

Note that this hotel is right next to and in the same building as their sister property (element Hotel which seems like a slightly lower grade hotel). Same entry way for both hotels but check in desks are on different floors. Cons were that valet parking was $65 per night with in and out privileges. Public parking across the street is about $35 but no in and out privileges. Also the first night we stayed, out toilet clogged but handyman cam within 15 minutes. Also no swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, plus the vibes at the second floor bar and lounge breakfast area are great.

I was able to get an early check in on Saturday and a late check out. Staff was amazing and took was good!!!

The staff was uniformly excellent; the valet, the front desk, the people working the bar. Room was nice. Slight wear and tear but overall very clean. Definitely top of my list of places to stay when I return to Austin.

Cleanliness was extremely poor. From the reception area to the rooms, hallways, and even the elevators, everything was noticeably dirty. The overall hygiene standards were far below expectations.

The valet was a disappointment. The vagrants were all around the property. Check in were not very friendly. The elevator was messy and had an odor. The room was in disarray. Not pet friendly, in the sense of no close proximity for pets to use the restroom. Do better!

Good restaurant and clean facilities all around. Very kind check in a people and valet runners. A little different to have to go upstairs to check in, but they were nice.

The hotel itself was great. Valet was a mess. Over an hour to check in with valet and another hour to get the car afterwards.

Everything was great. The location is in the middle of everything walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
