Everything was clean and up to par. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was wonderful all around, breakfast in the morning, clean room, friendly staff. The pool was down for our stay but they gave us permission to use the pool at the connecting hotel so that was great. Highly recommend!

The late check out gets you a 7-8.5 rating The door swallowed my card and I moved to a room that was dirty. It had a hole in the floor. Just disgusting. The first room was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous

Evening social was active. The pool was open, didn’t mind late pool use as long as it’s quiet. We booked the handicapped suite for our elderly mother, the hide a bed was easy to use and soft enough. Extra blankets and pillows were provided. Do not disturb magnets were confusing, but didn’t affect our stay. This was a culturally diverse hotel.

Hotel is dated and housekeeping was very poor.Various issues not addressed by staff.

It was very convenient, clean, and a dependable, restful place to stay after a busy day.

Enjoyed our stay. They offer a good verity of breakfast items. Also offer social hour three times a week in the evening. The room we were in was large for our party of 4. Included a kitchen with good size refrigerator, also a dish washer which we didn’t have to use. My grandson enjoyed the pool outside.

The kitchen was nice and clean and was stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for us to use, plus a nice fridge and freezer. The bathroom space was kind of tight and the water would leak from the shower nozzle and would sometimes get onto the floor, so watch out for that. The beds in the room were super comfortable and soft!

Outside was not well lit especially in areas where it should be since there can be people coming in late a night and the lobby area or entrance was not very obvious when coming in late for the first time.

When arriving, we parked on the side. It reeked of marijuana. We went inside, checked in, and started to leave for a concert. Before leaving, someone was smoking a joint on the side. A guest im assuming. When returning back from the show, we took showers and went to bed. Whoever was above us was loud, and could hear them walking. It of course sounded like an elephant. I couldn't sleep much due to the noise and how uncomfortable the bed was. I would not return to this property.

The front desk lady was rude and my room had no pots and pans and she wouldn’t go get them for me so I had to eat takeout food and the sliding glass door on my shower was broken

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good. The staff was amazing. So helpful, responsive, and nice. The beds were comfortable. We loved the pool. You do need to put out the garbage by the door so they can see it when they enter the room or they don't empty it, but that is not the end of the world. If you need anything you just go to the front desk, and they have it there and happily get you taken care of. The hotel was clean and kept up. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. However, one night at 11:30 pm music was blasting in the back of the hotel where my room was located and the room did not have a phone to call the front desk. When I called from my cell phone, it would ring, then stop ringing and no one ever answered. I was in bed in my pajamas and had no desire to go down to the front desk. No phones in hotels seems to be the newest budget move.

Room is very tidy and modern. Bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. The kitchen is stocked with fork and plates, modern, and looks clean. The room is relatively clean except that I found lots of hair in the bathroom. The Staff is very friendly but mostly left me alone. The breakfast is pretty decent, there's an egg substitute and sausages, 4 selection of yogurt, and lots of condiment. Finally, while staying there, I see some candy wrappers and used napkins/tissues on the floor. It wasn't a big mess, but I am surprised that none of the staff care to pick them up. It would have improved the facility by 5 folds given these are eye sores.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The soaps in the shower were nice. I was disappointed in the breakfast. I did not like the location of my room, being right above the building entrance meant kept hearing the entrance door open.

The living room has definitely seen better days, and all the doors had dirty handprints on them. When we arrived, the kitchen dishes were missing, and we later found them dirty inside the dishwasher. To make matters worse, on our last day, I saw two cockroaches on the kitchen counters.

Violet and Samuel were very helpful, friendly and attentive at check-in. We were very happy with our stay! The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff great. The room could use some improvements or repairs to the shower, and the door lock didn't work, etc. Overall, I'd recommend staying here for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, we especially enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen. The breakfast had great options to choose from each morning, including Texas shaped waffles. My family was very comfortable here!

It was good for one day I stayed there

The room was incredibly dirty, everything was dirty, and nothing was stocked in the room. There was something sprayed all over the doors to the bedrooms. Dust everywhere nothing in the kitchen worked. There was barely any toilet paper, one spoon, barely any kitchen items. It looked like if a maid was in the room that might have made the beds and emptied the trash cans but that's it. Nothing else was done. It was disgusting. There was also no hot water in the room. I will never stay here again.

The property is severely outdated from the furniture, bathroom and overall room. It smells of cigarettes and mold I would not recommend staying at this property.

Keys didn’t work two nights when i arrived back late. Had to get reprogrammed and on first night, reprogrammed twice. Bathroom smelled like urine. Generally unkempt: bad ceiling patch, no lens on over the sink lights, shower rod holders against wall peeling metal. No cream or sugar if you wanted to prepare coffee in the room. Microfiber sheets not my idea of comfort but economical i guess. No ice machines in hallway for general use.

My stay was quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast and very clean facility. Only 2 issues, was not able to get stovetop to work and tissue roll appeared to have been wet and then dried.

Free hot breakfast was good but the best surprise was a Coca Cola freestyle machine!! That made my morning! The room was clean but a little worn. Awesome that the bedroom has doors to separate it from the living room area. This is a perfect place for a family to stay. The price was excellent for what we got. We would stay here again. Only negative was thin walls so we heard furniture moving and toilet flushing from other rooms. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked sparkly clean.

There was a soiled washcloth left on the shower curtain rod in my room. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Clean room, great staff , complimentary breakfast . It was just what we needed and food isn’t far if you want something else. Dog friendly but a 75$ pet fee.

The room had everything we needed. We only stayed one night and it was raining so we didn’t get full use of all amenities. But the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower took over 20 minutes to warm up. The room door lock did not function properly.

Laundry was insufficient. Dryer wouldn't dry even after 3 cycles, elevator was slow.

Honestly my hotel has been kind of a mess. When I checked in the room wasn’t even ready ant 3pm check in time and I had to wait for housecleaning to clean it . When I got in there was dust on the floor on the air conditioning, and the next day I found housekeeping in the hallway and said they’d clean it but the bed wasn’t even made when I came back. Then my little plushie disappeared after they took the sheets, and when I pulled the sheets off looking for it there was this huge yellow stain on the mattress. The front desk girl was nice

Everything from the entrance to laying down in bed was clean and smooth experience.

The room was okay, only staff that was kind and helpful was the Hispanic woman at the front desk. Breakfast was dry, the man serving breakfast seemed to rush us to finish. Didn’t get to enjoy much, honestly I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was a good size, clean, and beds were comfortable. The elevator worked, breakfast was about a 3 out of 10 but we got down there about 30 minutes before closing and nothing was fresh. OJ was bland. Coffee was good. Parking was convenient, lot was well lit. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend.

Nice breakfast each morning with a happy hour M-W. I wasn't happy with the first room I had as it had personal items still in the draws. The second room I had to get a new key each day. When I tried early one morning no one was available at the desk.

I stayed 8 nights here and they had great breakfast, clean rooms and common areas, friendly and helpful would recommend staying. Only compliant is that service did not come to the room daily during my stay had to call for fresh towels and toilette paper and tissue, but other than that really good stay.

They have complimentary snacks and drinks only 3 days a week, which is unfair for guests coming other days. We stayed there 3 nights and never had any free drinks. The front desk lady who gave us our key cards was nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated. If the breakfast was better, l would have come back for sure. I must say there are good options at breakfast but the quality needs to be improved. They provide nice cheese for example, but it all looked so dry and unappetizing. It was clear that they reused the leftovers for days until they were finished.

⸻ The room had everything we needed for a short stay. We only stayed overnight, but it was comfortable and clean. The bed was fine, and the room came with plates, cups, a fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher. They also provided both regular soap and dishwasher soap, which was a nice touch. The room was a good size, and the front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent—your typical continental spread—but I really liked the juice and soda machine and the waffles. Overall, the price felt reasonable for what you get. I did take off one star because the place is definitely a bit run-down. The tub had some chipped paint, and the carpet has seen better days. If you’re looking for something modern, this isn’t it. But if you just need a clean, comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank, it’s a solid choice.

We had to wait like 10 to 20 min for the water to be hot.

Good service from the concierge and very helpful. The place was quiet except for the dumpster truck at 4am. Also the microwave in the room had a moldy plate of food from the previous tenant and there was a bit of hair on the floor below the desktop.

Everything was good except on our first day, when we told the lady in the front office to talk to the people staying on top of our room. It seems like they have a kid who’s constantly running around & jumping. It feels like we’re hearing thunder. And this kept going on for hours. I don’t think they did something because the following day, it happened again.

Minor age in a few areas of the apartment, but very minor. Front desk, especially upon check in was excellent. The young man (I forget his name, but he was from Ghana), went above and beyond.
