the hotel was very clean, the rooms were huge, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the only issue was that the elevator wasn't working properly and kept getting stuck during our stay. besides that, everything was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay!

The elevator was fixed when we got there. The breakfast was good - significantly more than a continental breakfast. There were eggs, breakfast meats, waffle station, and more. It would have cost more for me to take my family out to a decent breakfast than the room cost us for the night. Check-out is noon and late check-out is generously offered at 3pm. The location is close to many stores, restaurants, and an urgent care that we unfortunately had to visit (but had a good experience at). The room was very small, cramped with the furniture even - but I would definitely stay there again.

The overall vacation I liked everything

Housekeeping was also poor/inconsistent, the room was only checked once during the 4 night stay. Perhaps this was a fluke or a temporary issue. However the other hotel amenities were nice - there was a nice gym and pool, and complementary breakfast was good.

Provide free parking and free continental breakfast. Breakfast was actually pretty good with a variety of options to choose from

When I arrived. The person in the front desk. Looked and sound. stressed out . The carpet is a bit. Needed to. Get a text. And I think overall Things are getting a little older.

The breakfast was ok.. The location was fine. Nothing

Parking was good. Room and property were not good. Upon entering the hotel front desk, no one was there, they appeared out of the back after waiting a few mins and always had a sign posted basically saying be right back. The elevator smelled like vomit when it wasn’t covered by a perfume smell, once that faded it was awful. Our first room had a disgusting chipped and rusted bathtub and black mucky hair in the drain and the floor by the door entrance was dirty. We did ask for a new room and that one wasn’t much better. Behind the toilet had water damage and black mold. The bathroom shower had something removed from the wall, assuming a soap dish and the remanence of that was still on the shower wall. The bedding was stained and the floors were poorly vacuumed, if vacuumed at all. I didn’t feel comfortable taking my socks off. There was also no phone in the second room we had and some wall outlets did not work. Over all the property is lazily maintained, dirty, and feels more like a run down motel than a holiday inn. The only positive was the breakfast not being terrible, although with the cleanliness of the rest of the property I couldn’t confidently trust it. This trip has put me off to staying at future Holiday Inns and I will not recommend the brand to others in the future.

The ladies that work during the day time are friendly and helpful. The proximity to the city, while still being outside of the high-traffic areas, makes it good for people who don't want to deal with crowds when returning to the hotel. The night crew, the heavy set man in particular, was very rude to guests. Both elevators stopped working so it was necessary to take the stairs. A family was celebrating a birthday on the night we stayed so they had a large group of people show up and take over one side of the parking lot and they were being loud into the night.

Honestly just the area of the hotel and the room smelled nice as there were air wicks in the room The elevators did not work the entire 4 day stay, we had to use the stairs and it was super hot. You can tell things have gone a bit downhill in the last 5 years since our last stay here, inside the hotel the letters on wall for like "Pool" "Laundry" etc were falling off. Also, when the elevator DID work when we initially checked in, it was very old. The bathroom had a a noticle leak stain on the ceiling and was flaking off. The shower curtain was really high, when showering water would leak out onto the floor thus having us to use a bunch of towels as the curtain height could not be adjusted. 2 small trash cans for entire room. The "kitchen" area was outdated, mini fridge dented & the couch had a chunk tore off like someone was hungry. I also saw a dog in the hallway, i thought this hotel was not pet friendly & no it was not a service animal as it did not have any gear indigating as such. Breakfast was bland, no flavor. Few years ago, it was a really nice hotel and more maintained, sad to say wont be staying here anymore I could not even get a refund or anything because i booked through booking, the hotel could not offer me anything

Everything was great but the room was warm even with the AC unit at the lowest setting, we had to purchase fans to try to cool down the room further

Everything was nice. The room was clean, the staff at the counter was very accommodating with my room preference and the breakfast was good, options were provided (hot bar), and the parking lot was decent, well lit too.

The check-in was very quick. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and had enough free paking space.

Room was clean & kept up. Only thing I wish was that room service was every day instead of every other day. Area where hotel is located has a lot of restaurants to choose from. Overall good hotel & will definitely be booking again when needed.

Such friendly staff especially Darrell from the night shift. The lemonade and cookies was especially good. The breakfast was delicious.

When we arrived they gave us the wrong room which was not even cleaned, then we were given the right one. You should know they do not do housekeeping everyday so don’t expect a clean towel and made bed when you get back after being out the whole day. Overall cheap

Jarad was not helpful during check-in. My debit card had been compromised and I contacted my relative who was not local for assistance to add her card to the reservation for payment. Jarad insisted that he needed the physical card to complete the transaction. He then referred us to Marriott reservation team who were also unable to assist due to fact that it was an Expedia reservation. Finally after almost 2 hours of phone calls and hold times, we were connected to Tasha w/ Expedia. She completely understood our situation and tried contacting Springhill only to be put on hold by Jarad who after more than 5 min never returned to the call. After being unable to amend the existing reservation,Tasha set up a new reservation and added the new card for payment. I then returned to check in with Jarad and he again asked for a card to be presented for a $40 deposit for the 2 night stay. We were back at square one due to the fact that again as I had explained before, I had no card to present as my card had been compromised. Jarad then responds that the card number could be keyed in manually by pressing a button on the card reader. This infuriated me because he never presented that option!! I was not impressed nor did I care for his flippant attitude and sense of total non caring for me as a guest checking into the property. I have stayed at this location a number of times with family members. This particular weekend my family had booked 10 plus rooms. I was very disappointed with Jarad

We liked the property

The place is good, easy to get to, and all the staff are very friendly. It has a pool and a basic buffet breakfast. The room was clean and presentable; however, the facilities are old. Even so, the stay was very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, you could smell the cleanliness when you walked in. The pool stays open until 11 which is a huge plus for a vacation.

The location is right of the highway, beware there is road construction all over! Otherwise the hotel is well maintained. Slow elevators, parking outside can fill up but negotiable. Breakfast was good, lots of choices! Near many stores and restaurants!

They don’t accept a debit card for a deposit, you have to have a credit card. The room was paid in full before arrival and my daughter was told to try to get a refund at 1:30am in the morning after driving over 6 hours. Plus the hotel we booked wasnt even open they send you to the residential.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are really nice, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast has lots of options. Plenty of parking. The only issue is how incredibly slow the elevator (yes, singular) is. We ended up having to use the stairs half the time. The elevator system definitely needs an upgrade, but everything else was fantastic!

I can't rate this property as I didn't stay there. I had called that i will be checking in late but upon arrival i was told the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have any rooms available. They did transfer me to a sister hotel courtyard mariott although that process was not as smooth as i expected.

Room smelled like mildew, used our own air freshener to treat carpet because it was so bad. Bed was super warn down and for sure needs to be replaced. There was dust all over the edges and seems of the walls, even the top on the TV. Staff experience was top notch, great people working at the hotel.

Family trip for sports. Was fine for the occasion. Clean room. Plenty of amenities. Washer dryer requires quarters which was annoying, but at least the options are there.

Electricity went out while staying customer service was nonexistent on the issue had to leave earlier than need had to get ready in dark couldn’t even do my morning routine to get ready no option to shower and was brushed off when I tried to talk to the mgr and staff

Awesome size for 5 ppl

Main thing is a comfortable bed and quiet room. Complimentary Breakfast is also good, especially the crustless soufles.

Place was spacious for a family of 5, had a sofa that converted to a bed. Good breakfast selection and clean dining room. Quiet night and friendly staff. Restroom could benefit from an upgrade but for the affordable price I would say that it was better than expected
