Super 8 by Wyndham Arlington Near AT&T Stadium

I was only there for 20 minutes and seen 3 roaches, 2 big spiders and there were several burn holes in the comforter even though it was a “non smoking” room. The water pressure to the shower was horrible. The room smelled like mildew.

Worked but had basic cable lol so was kinda boring

The room was very clean, sheets were clean and Parking lot was well lit. My only complaint is after I left I received a msg accusing me of stealing a comforter and they would be filing a theft report. I txted them back and let them know I was heading back over there. I got back to the property and the woman in the front apologized and stated she would have to investigate it and they would not file a police report at this time and that it was probably a mix up with housekeeping. I let her know that we always bring our own blankets. I have never been accused of stealing. She states that she was new. That was ridiculous.

The air conditioning hadn't been turned on before we got there, so the room was hot and humid. 4 hours later when we went to bed, the room was still uncomfortably hot. We got there at 10:30pm and had to check in in the parking lot through a window and the guy wouldnt speak up, so I could barely hear him. Asked for extra pillows and was denied. After getting up to the room, I realized the pillows that were in there were massively over filled and like sleeping with a beach ball. To use the wifi, I had to sign up for a rewards account, but after that, they still tried to upsell me "high speed internet with streaming" for 5 dollars a day. So they needed my personal information before giving me basic wifi. For less than 500 dollars and 10 minutes of work, this room would have been acceptable, but they clearly aren't trying or interested in trying. Won't be staying here again, and this is coming from someone who usually stays in motel 6s.

Average room - stayed her as it was close to Globe Life Field. Front desk very nice.

We stayed for an event, everything was good except for the parking. Nowhere to park we had to park far from are room!!

The breakfast was a joke so hard oats for oatmeal, a hard brownie and cereal. The room had a sour smell nd the phone didn't work. I've waited all day and still haven't gotten my deposit

The room booked wasn’t available. Was given a different room at the same price with out the jacuzzi tub. The tv didn’t work and the internet was on payment if you didn’t sign up for the rewards with them.

I reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub but when I arrived they informed me that room was not in working order so they had to put me in a standard room. I reserved this room in hopes of using the pool during my stay however the pool was concreted filled in. I was very disappointed the bathroom in the room needs maintenance as well

Terrible, poorly maintained, and creepy rooms along with the area. We walked and immediately left the room.

A nice hotel out the way of downtown Dallas

Room was booked for 4 people but only 2 towels were provided. Had to change room because of beeping smoke detector (nobody was smoking). Breakfast was cereal and coffee, orange juice. No hair dryer in the room.

Close to ATT stadium Smell of old cigarettes. In a non smoking room.

Hotel owner constantly is cleaning the property inside and out .

The only thing that was a downside was that the handicapped room we asked for didn’t have the shower seat that we needed. Other than that was a good stay. And the price was budget worthy as well. No problem with AC was nice and cold.

Ac did not work the girl at the front desk did not want to help she was rude ! Never going back

Management Team, ​I am writing to formally share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the room did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. ​Upon arrival, I discovered a dead cockroach in the room. When I alerted the front desk, the staff member on duty disposed of it using his bare hands, which I found highly unsanitary and unprofessional. Additionally, I encountered several issues with the room’s amenities: the ice machine was out of order, the television was malfunctioning, and the bed frame was not properly secured, causing loud noise whenever I moved. ​

She is not included in the rest of the review. But for the rest. Terrible . Rude staff. The breakfast was a joke. The phone in room wasn’t even plugged in. There were no lamps on nightstands , the police frequently were there bothering guests . Typical seedy crap . But the kicker is the attitudes of the staff aside from the one young lady there who was working when I first checked in who was a total sweetheart, and very helpful. The rest of the staff were completely unprofessional totally rude to the very end, absolutely a horrible experience.

I had an accessible room but the restroom had a tub instead of a walk in shower.

Very clean property and was well worth the value. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that i liked about my stay there was the room was very big and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the breakfast.

First off photos online didnt paint a good photo of where this place was. They had photos of down by the stadiums making me assume it was jear by. Then the doors where on the outside with an inch crack underneith where bugs can come and go as they please.

The staff was very polite and the room was clean, soaps and towels nicely presented ect. The bed was also very comfortable, and I was able to screen cast my phone to the TV with mild effort :) Upon arrival I was sad to see that the pool advertised in the pictures had been completely bricked in and obviously closed - looked like it had been for some time :// Was also very disappointed in the morning to wake up early for breakfast, only to see that what was advertised in pictures as a hot breakfast was just cereal and pre-packaged muffins:(

The staff were very courteous but the location was not good for us. It was not close to the stadium where we needed to be for a conference. It was in an area that felt very isolated. The traffic noise from the nearby highway was a problem for us.

I didn't see any breakfast. The room curtains were missing lot of hooks. The front curtains wouldn't close properly. WHEN I BOOKED ONLINE, THE PICTURES OF THE ROOM LOOKED GREAT, BUT OUR ROOM DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. I would say it was false advertising.

Clean room great price quit area. This is the cleanest and safest room for the price.

The front desk staff were terrible and not helpfull at all. Breakfast was very lemited and the staff refused to put more coffee even dough it was stil early. The room floor was very dirty and the room coffe maker was also dirty. We also had trouble getting clean towels .

Fake advertising on the website. Never checked in. Did not get my refund either.

Need to do better

Awful, disrespectful, and condescending staff. Felt like a roach motel. Will never book here again.

Booked somewhere else, but was offered this property to accommodate us losing a reservation on another &… Dirty property. Luckily we brought a blanket to lay across the bed. Ended up washing that when we got home. Didn’t even want to sit on the toilet or shower in the tub because it looked so nasty.

No pool access, bed too firm for me, but not like a rock, toilet didnt work, furniture could use a touch up, basic breakfast, parking lot well lit up,

They did not have the room I reserved available, I checked in over the phone with my credit card and ID only to get to the property and still have to provide the same documents. It took almost 30 minutes to check me in.

This was oir first stay here and we enjoyed it, especially the hot tub in our room. The rooms were nicely renovated and spacious, the area was quiet and clean and the housekeeping staff was very thorough

There was no place to hang clothes, no shampoo. The bed was not comfortable, we didn’t even stay the 2nd night, even though the room was paid for. Very disappointing.

I didn’t like the opening where there’s breakfast but is simple, it would be nice to add more like eggs pancakes and other simple stuff. Two single tables instead off one all together

The pictures that were advertised are not to what the room was, it was not that close to AT&T stadium as the pictures on the website showed. No AC when we got in the room.. mightvwant to turn AC on when it has been reserved from the begining. And we were not aware thete was a $50 reservation deposit fee. That was not on the online process when booking the room, as we purchsed the insured to protected the room from cancelations etc.

The room that was assigned to us smelled, the furniture was old and in really bad condition, I asked to be moved. Overall. the pictures of the property and rooms on the website are no where near to the actual property.
