Convenient location The room itself had a strong mildew smell, water pressure not the greatest.

Got booked at this hotel after the original one I booked was shut down and they didn’t tell us. This one was definitely an upgrade. Great location with shuttle access (additional charge) to our event. Entire staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was nice, breakfast was good.

the breakfast was excellent and warm food. The staff kept on checking on us and refilling anything that was needed. I strongly recommend the breakfast to anyone No complaints, everything was of my liking and very satisfied with the stay and location.

Our stay here was also not great. We stayed at 2 SpringHill locations during our Texas stay, and honestly we won’t be staying at any Marriott properties anytime soon. We arrived and staff was on phones with support. We were issued our keys, went out to car to get luggage and tried using side entrance, key didn’t work. Stopped at desk and told them what happened, front desk said they were changing lock/key systems and would accompany us to our room to make sure key worked. One elevator was down. Very busy hotel and only one elevator working. Staff mender said a call was in they were waiting for maintenance to come service elevator. We waited a while for elevator bc we had all our luggage and housekeeping staff came off elevator with her cart and since it took so long to exit elevator closed before we could get on and we had to wait even longer. Not a good start. Got to room, key didn’t work. Had to get housekeeper key to be let in. Waited for new key. All weekend side entrance did not work. Elevator stayed not working for entire 3 day stay. Maritott stay weekend was just a bad experience and we won’t stay at a maritott again anytime soon

Great location for six flags and hurricane harbor.

There was bugs in one of our beds, housekeeping, or the front office whoever it was had to come up, change all of our sheets etc. Have been waiting on refund. They told me I had to contact booking since I booked through second party.

The room we chose was very spacey and comfortable. All the employees we interacted with were very respectful and nice. The breakfast was great! A great variety to choose from and the hostess at breakfast, Ms. Cathy, was the sweetest, most attentive lady ever. She is a great asset to Springhill. The pool was not too satisfying, with the triple digits heat that we have been getting, you want a nice cool pool to get into and it was not. The water was very warm. Also, it would be nice to have 2 working elevators and not just one. I personally don't mind the stairs, but when you have several families waiting for the elevator, it can get a little uneasy.

They were work on the hotel but the overall service was good. Staff was friendly and lead in a lot of good directions, walking, before the Burno Mars concert.

The location and staff were excellent! Staff was so nice and helpful. It was insanely busy. I mean like lines for breakfast like I’ve never seen and the pool was packed-and it was a small pool. There were never towels out there it was so busy. Also the workout room was so so so hot. I used it once and thought I would die so didn’t use it again.

Loved the location & breakfast! Staff was super amazing & friendly. The pool is kind of small & they were always out of pool towels.

My room had missing light on side the bed and maintenance men woke us up with hammering and nailing in another room on the 2nd floor got locked out my room by the lil flap for door they say it do that from time to time had to take my phone cord and get to close at 11:00 pm no help but other than that the staff was very nice quite area close to all the attractions

I the morning before check out we decided to let the kids swim, the pool was a murky color and not clean either.

We stayed for a weekend and first off the staff was very friendly no issues. However as soon as we walked into the lobby there was a really bad smell. The room was ok, the AC seemed to be leaking and the carpet around the AC was wet. The breakfast area is so small that there wasn’t enough space to sit.

I was looking for a nice place for our family to spend the night after a late stay in Arlington that met our expectations and price. We loved how helpful the attendant was and how clean and modern the lobby looked. Our room was clean and modern our beds were so comfy and the trundle bed I slept on was shockingly very comfortable. Loved our stay and will be staying here again.

Close to event, Rangers be baseball park by and Dallas Cowboys AT&T stadium

The hotel did not provide advance notification that they would only clean rooms every other day due to FIFA. Resultantly, they would not clean my room during the length of my stay (it would be cleaned on the day I was scheduled to check-out). Additionally, towels must be retrieved by guests from the front desk. Finally, I was originally given keys to a room which was occupied by other guests. When I attempted to enter the room, I noticed it appeared to be occupied (I saw fhe guest's belongings, unmade beds, and the TV was on). I returned to front desk, reported what happened, and requested another room. The employee returned to the room with me and confirmed it occupied by another guest. I didn't learn of the housekeeping rules until the next day (after reporting my room wasn't cleaned and requesting both cleaning and additional towels). Service and advance notifications at this location is subpar for a Marriott brand! They refused to issue a credit or refund. My advice: skip the frustration and patronize a full service customer-centric establishment.

Miss Cathy that’s maintaining the breakfast was so very helpful and friendly. But she needs help. There were so many people during the soccer weekend and she was overwhelmed! I feel like there should be two or three staff helping out with breakfast when it’s busy!

Great Place to stay visiting Six Flags!

Such a nice quiet stay!!! Weather postponed our trip to the Waterpark, right across the street.... but enjoyed a nice comfy lazy morning until the rain cleared. Will be staying again!!

My overall experience was good, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, however, the beds were not so good, I woke up with a back ache every morning

The property was getting repainted and had a bit of light construction going on. Not a big deal. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice for the kids. Staff was super friendly and deserve a nice raise. Super convenient trolly pickup to go to the Rangers game. Only complaint was about the turkey sausage at breakfast. It was not very good. I’d definitely stay here again though!

Easy parking on property, clean room but building was a bit run down. The bathroom was a bit dirty with old silicon but rest of room was clean.

The lady that checked us in was nowhere to be found when we arrived. I was worried she was abducted! Checked the hallways and administrative office! Waited ten minutes. No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!

Breakfast was better than any other hotel I've stayed at. Staff was super friendly, location is convenient to Globe Life, AT&T Center, and Six Flags. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the location of the toilet paper dispenser from the toilet, its too far.

We stayed here for a Rangers game Easter weekend. We had two different rooms one with me my husband and son and the other was for my in-laws. Everyone was extremely happy with their upgraded rooms since they are currently under the remodel process. If you plan to stay there and attend the Rangers game, you can take the convenient trolley that comes directly by the front of the hotel just ask the front desk for a ticket! The remodeled rooms are great and breakfast is nice too

Under construction during my stay. Pool was waiting for permit to open. Room it self was nice but the walls are thin so you can hear a lot going on.

Great service, clean updated rooms! They currently working on upgrades in 1st -2nd floors, we stayed on 3rd. The couch is amazing it’s a trundle style sleep sofa so 2 adults can sleep separately. Great when traveling with 2 kids!

We stayed here primarily for the included breakfasts, and the access to the trolley to go to Six Flags. Currently (March 2026) the hotel is going through major renovations. So it’s not as clean and shiny as one would normally expect, but the food service area was lovely, elevators were easily accessible, and our room was clean. The front desk ladies were engaging and more than happy to fetch extra towels for my room and paper plates for us to eat our pizza from. The breakfast lady kept everything stocked so even when we arrived at 8:30 we had the full menu available to us.

To be fair, the hotel was renovating during our stay. There was drywall work, painting, and landscaping being done. There was dust and common worksite materials about, but the construction crew did a good job of cleaning up before breakfast, so there were no issues there. There was a trolley free of charge that took us to all of the entertainment district sites and events and that was very convienient.

Upon arriving not only was the whole entrance under construction but the whole lobby was taped off and in plastic bags. As if that was not enough They asked if we could wait outside for 30 minutes until they finish taping off some walls. On top of that, they said the pool was also closed and we have three kids that we were looking forward to it. The only good thing is that they let us cancel so we’ve booked at another hotel down the street.

Pull out couch was pretty dirty, linens were not the cleanest, AC was not working, toilet stopped flushing the morning of check out.

I stayed here for 4 days, my room was NEVER serviced. I received new towels once but the room was never made. Be warned, it’s under construction. Half the hotel is dated and falling apart (my room) or renovated. I experienced ants around the sink, a broken TV, and a broken light. My window was wrapped with construction material so I could not see outside. If I had the time I would’ve switched rooms. You cannot charge me the same as someone in the newly renovated rooms, as my co worker was. This hotel needs to be transparent in their renovations DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS. I’m sticking to IHG chains.

The hotel was under renovation and so parking was always a challenge over the 4 night stay. There was very little warm water and even less hot. The bathroom sink just trickled water and I mean barely enough to wash your hands. The hotel was clean and well located and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this property before and this time, my room felt a little worn compared to my last stay. But there were not many open rooms in the area due to Texas/OU weekend and this was available at a good price. It was clean and comfortable and the people were super friendly and helpful.

Currently undergoing renovation which is much needed. Building old and outdated. Couch was stained, old stand alone refrigerator, loud a/c unit. Fire alarm went off multiple times early morning during the stay.

Ok the midday guy can't remember his name but absolutely awesome courteous and made me and my bestie stay amazing whenever we came in or left the hotel he always recognized us and spoke his smile and personality is top notch. Clean room. All the front of the house staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was under renovation on the outside ,but we never heard any construction noise. The only problem but not a game changer was none of the ice machines worked.

The breakfast was ok not much option. Due to the remodel I believe that's what the lady said. Parking was great! Only problem was the ice machine was working the first day we was there than it was broke the remaining of the stay. We were their for 4 days. Overall it was a great stay will do again.

The hotel is under construction. But I didn't feel like it should not provide the minimal necessities of a hotel. There was no ICE in the entire hotel. And there was no coffee at 3:00 in the afternoon. The shelves were pretty bare in the market. Our room was clean but lights didn't work on the bed.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel was booked for the Big 12 Championship, and we were expecting pure chaos, but it was a great stay. The room was spotless clean, comfortable, and QUIET. The walls were so insulated - even with a sold out hotel we didn't hear other rooms, doors slamming, etc. We were in the area for a weekend trip with our kids, and we had a great time. Great hotel choice! Very friendly check-in clerk, and the view of the Christmas light park across the street from our 3rd floor room was awesome. My kids loved it!

I stayed on December 1-2. My stay was not a good experience at all. First the air conditioner was broken the room was hot and we could not get the temperature to drop. The shower only had cold water tried hearting up but never got hot was literally ice cubes wasn’t even able to shower. The television had a blue tint to it was very hard to see the tv. I’m glad that I only stayed one night because of it was multiple I would have complained and complained. Overall experience one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.
