The room was clean but the toilet was not the cleanest when you lifted the seat up. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was nice. The room was very warm when we first checked in but it was also very hot outside, it did cool off in the room that evening. The check in process was slow, I think because there was only 1 person at first and check in time being at 4 there were several of us checking in at once for a concert. It would be better if they allowed a check in time at 3 like standard hotels.

A/C controls just said heat. Not cool. But it still cooled. Coffee maker leaked all the water I put in the night before all over the counter. No breakfast. Just not the greatest but serviceable.

Room was OK, AC worked great and tableware was a big help. I didn't like the staff wasn't friendly they helped only with with what you ask. There was a cockroach in my room.

The location is excellent; it is close to Six Flags and points of interest like AT&T Stadium. Since the units are suites with kitchens, it is convenient if you want to prepare your own meals. The shower faucet tended to shed what looked like rust particles; it was a bit annoying to find the bathtub floor like that every morning.

This was actually the same trip, just two separate bookings. We decided to add a couple more days to our original trip. The property is very quiet and secure at all times. That was a plus!! We felt safe the entire time we were there (6 days). We will definitely keep this as our go to spot!

We loved our stay!! The staff were amazing and very attentive. The room was spacious and clean, super cool and comfortable. I do wish there was more than one chair in the room though. We had a desk chair, but would have loved another chair/recliner... GREAT PLACE

its a great property, staff is super friendly and helpful! Especially Terry he was able to get me checked in earlier than expected. our flight arrived early and had no where to go and he was the most sweetest and accommodating person! literally made my day. and even told me about the trolly to get to and from the At&t stadium. 10/10 experience.

staff was helpful & very friendly! the room we stayed in was dirty, there was mold on the ceiling, fungus growing in the sink & behind it, hairs on the towels, food crumbs around the stovetop etc. i would not stay at this hotel unless they did an entire renovation, genuinely a health violation.

I arrived in the room and noticed that the ac was not working. The thermostat was not turning on and the ac was coming apart. I went down to the front desk to ask if they had any other room available. Which they did not, which I understand since it was a busy weekend. She proceeded to tell me that she would get ahold of the maintenance guy to come fix it and he never showed. I then went to ask for a hair dryer and he gave me a bag. I later noticed that the boat only had other bags in it and I went to ask for another one. Unfortunately, all the hair dryers were already checked out by the time I noticed. I also asked for housekeeping and they never came and I had to bring my own dirty towels down myself to exchange for new ones. The front desk were very nice but they were very disorganized. The room was fair for the price. It was just the services. I recommend booking somewhere else if you want all amenities available. The place is outdated but fair.

I had no problems. Booking the room was easy. The staff was very pleasant. I went for a concert at the AT&T Stadium which was less than 10 minutes by car, which was great.

It’s perfectly close to everything! The room was clean but you could tell it’s old especially in the bathroom.

Used sonesta in Arlingtom as a place to stay during my time at a convention was a mistake. We were in the room 4 days and the room was not cleaned once even after requesting cleaning twice. Had to constantly ask staff for items such as toilet paper and paper towels. The toilet clogged a couple times and when I reported it I was given a plunger to do it myself. We checked out early and stayed with other people we traveled with due to the poor service recieved here. I am not one to usually ask for money back; however, the service and room was that bad. This seems more like a transient hotel than other Sonesta hotels I have stayed at.

The room was clean and ready on time the staff was helpful and kind. Room could have used a little TLC from maintenance though. But all in all it was a convenient place in Arlington for the price.

We had a bug come in our room. It was obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned every well. But regardless, the only reason why we chose to stay instead of getting a new hotel was due to the front desk staff who made us feel like family. Hotel wasn’t very good and our floor smelled like pee.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and was not going to work for my wife.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They made sure we were completely situated and recommended the Trolley for an event i was attending. Very spacious and clean rooms Unfortunately there was a few roaches within my room (2 in the bathroom and 1 in the fridge). My original room the safety latch fell off but the staff was quick to find us a new room.

A nice, clean room with a comfy bed at a great price! Property is a little outdated as other reviews state, but that didn’t bother me since all was clean and well taken care of. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Hotel looked nice from the outside but the inside of our room wasn’t as nice as the picture made it seem. Our door would stick to get into the room. Thankfully my husband was there to help open the door. Our air conditioner wasn’t cooling the rooms off properly. The bed was broken in the bedroom. Looked like it could use a new box spring.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of parking and shade outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and plates, cups, and bowls. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was a little low but not a deal breaker. Would happily come back again!

I didnt really look at the room in detail on the site so I had no idea there was a stove, dish washer and full refrigerator in the room they even have plates spoons and forks I had no clue so I recommend bringing some pots and pans and purchase some groceries and save yourself some money on restaurant food lol overall my experience at sonesta was great the linens were clean the bed was comfy and service was good.

The hotel was clean and it’s on a quiet street but I was disturbed by someone at the hotel screaming for help one day. Next the laundry and trash cart is very loud they go up and down all day and night with this awful loud cart. When I asked for cleaner for the tub after being there almost a week they looked at me like I was crazy they were very rude. The woman manager mainly but the other employees act like they are scared of her. She drives a Benz truck and acted like I was beneath her every question I asked she looked like she was in disgusted with me she made me very uncomfortable like I was supposed to know how the hotel was operated.

Was greeted by really friendly and helpful staff. Made for a pleasant stay. I was only there for a night but would stay again if another quick trip called for it :) Had what I needed for a one night's stay.

The rooms were clean. But using the timer for the two burner cooktop was a bit of a time to figure out. The place is a little dated and can use some modern touches. As for the staff, very friendly and we're there to take care of any of our needs or questions. Overall it is a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

Toilet flush is not working. Bedsheets and towels are fully chemicalized and hard to breathe with those chemicals.

A/c unit was DIRTY, too long to cool beds were to small. Not what we thought we booked.

The stay itself was fine very quiet and calm what I didn’t like is that there were syringes in the restroom and a spoon that was burnt from the bottom so I wasn’t able to use the utensils.

They charge a $100.00 deposit. I have stayed at this location and another in DFW. I am an older solo traveler and have never received my $100.00 deposit back from either location. I did not leave and mess. I got coffee out and also ate out. There was no excuse to keep my deposit.

Nice staff, kinda dorm like with outdated everything, smelled like an old Winston smoking Papa’s trailer. No hairdryer. No coffee or breakfast in the lobby. For as much as a night stay cost ($160) surprised so spartan and blech.

I reserved a 1 bedroom suite with mobility access shower/tub. Was told the don't have that. It took an hour and a half to find a room with the mobility access shower. The room they put me in was a downgrade, and was the same room I was in my previous stay there. It was substandard in every way. I gave they two tries, but I will never stay there again. I feel I deserve at least a partial refund.

There was a stench from the garbage disposal that was pretty stinky but other than that it was a good stay!

Upon arrival, we were informed that there is a $5–$6 per night parking fee. This was surprising, as our booking through Hotels.com indicated that parking was included. We only found out about the charge when we checked in. After going to our room, my husband and I noticed a strong cigarette smell throughout the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. We went back downstairs and were moved to another room. While the second room did not have a cigarette smell, it was still in poor condition and not properly cleaned. Housekeeping did not service our room the next day. The sheets were never changed, and we had to request clean towels ourselves. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms did not match what was advertised online. The front desk associate was polite, but there was little assistance in resolving the issues we experienced. I’m sharing this review to help other guests be aware of these concerns before booking. I hope management addresses cleanliness, housekeeping, and transparency with fees to improve the experience for future guests.

We stayed there for football game and they had a trolley that gave us a ride and picked us up from game back to hotel which was so awesome. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was awesome as well. Just wish they provided breakfast but that was ok since room came with a full kitchen.

It was ok. Definitely overrated with the reviews. Just a low quality hotel. Dont believe the reviews. Lots of low low class clientele . Smelled like marijuana in hotel…

The staff was indifferent. The place looked patched up as if the person doing repairs was untrained. It stunk of mold covered by bleach. The area had rough looking kids walking everywhere that eye-balled every vehicle passing as if sizing up their next victim.

When I first checked in the lady at the front desk is extremely nice and really, really helpful but when I got into my room first thing, I noticed there was a roach in the bathroom and then I proceeded to set my stuff down. I found several spiders on the chair then they switched my room and the heat did not work now no matter which floor I came to the floor that I was on. It always smelled like weed. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I do not recommend I spent over $300 and had a horrible day.

The staff were great and very responsive to get us a different room when the first one was not finished with cleaning and making ready. The facility itself is a dump! Everything is worn down - from the sagging bed to the partially broke recliner to the stench of the hallways.
