The room had no hand towels or pot for the coffee maker or cups. There was no hot water. The bathroom wall was rotted out at the base of the shower. There was a non stop pounding on the wall from another room and police were called in the early morning.
- 1/5
Our stay was awful. Our room REAKED of the smell of weed. None of the rooms were stocked with towels or any extra toilet paper. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was not very helpful. 0/5 experience.
- 2/5
No towels in room , ac never got cold
- 4/5
No hot water for the shower!!
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and the room was super clean
- 3/5
There was no floor towel in the bathroom, and water leaked out of the shower while I was showering. There was no shampoo provided either. The bed also creaked a lot on one side with any movement. Overall, the location and parking were good, but the lack of basic bathroom supplies, no daily cleaning, and the condition of the room were disappointing.
- 0.5/5
How close it is to six flags It smelt bad, a prostitute walked out of the building as soon as we was walking in. The room was hot the whole time. The whole place smelt like a dirty rag or gym.
- 1/5
My reservation was not honored and staff from Expedia had to find me another hotel nearby. The person in charge at the desk just told me to contact Choice because he couldn’t find my reservation even though I provided my reservation number and showed him on my cell the data. He wanted me to take a two day reservation I had called about the earlier which was charging me double the original amount, which if course I refused. I never cancelled the reservation for one day I had done in January. The man was rude and just ignored me. He just said to contact Choice even when I told him I had made this reservation via Expedia.
- 3/5
The small refrigerator was old, rusty, and had ice stuck on the too of the freezer too and sides. We had to ask for towels to shower and were only provided two, no face towels, no floor towel for outside of shower. Bed wall frame was loose. There were no usb chargers just regular plug ins which is ok but it’s more convenient to have the usb and plug in chargers together. The shower door floor part was rusty, furniture where the fridge and coffee pot were was damaged on the bottom, office chair for desk was dirty. The right elevator front floor had some damaged tiles that need to be replaced. Bed was comfortable.

Location of hotel to the event we went to First time I saw roaches at a hotel. Smell through out the hotel was bad. Told staff and reply was “okay”. No I’m sorry or we will take care of it.

I would say it did what it needed to do. Not the cleanest of places. Most of the furniture was damaged in the room and we kept finding random hairs and stains over the bed. The room did include a mini fridge and microwave, which was a plus, and you could tell they had recently remodeled which was also a plus. But it definitely was a little sketchy, the staff would let random people who aren’t even staying at the hotel just hang out in the lounge or the lobby, which made us feel unsafe, especially when we returned to the hotel a little after dark. I really think random strangers were even staying and sleeping in the exercise room. Definitely wouldn’t choose this place again, I mainly picked this place because it was so close the venue we were going to for that weekend but next time I will be staying some where else. It was a great price but if you can afford a little more, pick some place else.
- 1/5
Very overpriced stay and poorly maintained. Terrible smell in the aisle and room, and loosed/stained cieling tiles.
- 2/5
Confusing and unhelpful check in experience. Poor communication. Walked into my room and was immediately hit with a horrible smokey, musky smell. The whole room and bathroom smelled. Walls had scrapes and scratches all over. Floor boards were black and dirty and coming off. Bathroom was very poorly maintained. There was literally a huge black hair stuck on the smoke alarm. Other than that, AC worked and technically there was a bed. People by the pool were blasting music, police had to stop by for some reason (5 police cars). So no. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast crew where excellent Good

I like that the staff was very friendly and that the property was very clean. I also like that I felt very safe for the time that I had to spend here for 3 weeks.

the room was good but the shower did'nt have cold water.
- 2/5
Worst breakfast buffet I've ever seen at a hotel. No eggs, no bacon or sausage, no fresh fruits, no milk, and brown water for coffee. The waffle irons weren't even cooking the waffles completely. No hot water in my shower and there was no housekeeping during my three day stay. Definitely won't ever stay here again.
- 5/5
Nothen it was nasty Nothing
- 1/5
The so called breakfast buffet was pitiful. No eggs, bacon, or sausage at all. No fresh fruit. Both waffle irons weren't cooking the waffle batter completely. No milk was available during my four day stay. The coffee was literally brown water. The refrigerator was unplugged when I checked into my room and I had to plug it in. The shower water never got close to hot. No housekeeping during my stay at all. Do not stay at this hotel.

Poorly managed Room services not good. Washroom smells lika hell.

that it is close to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, which we went to both this weekend and hence why we needed the hotel room. where should I start? they don't make you sign anything at check in or out, which is odd to me. there were also NO TOWELS in our hotel room and when we asked for some, they were "out". I was told theyre all in the dryer and would be for another hour. the hotel itself is a very old structure. beds are small and not the most comfortable and it took hours for the AC to cool down our room. shower and bathroom area is small and neighbors were very loud early in the morning. breakfast needs more options like fruit, bagels and the vending machine costs you a $13 transactional fee if you use it (we did not, I recommend getting your own drinks and snacks at a gas station).
- 1/5
Very close to the area we needed to be Where would I start? Roaches , stained comforters , piece of tape on blankets, wholes in curtain , breakfast area - trash everywhere from cups , batter all over counter by waffle station , warm milk for cereal

We took a chance on this location because of its proximity to Six Flags Over Texas. Sadly, we will be taking our business somewhere else. Bedding was stained and filthy, our remote didn’t have batteries. We went our whole stay without bath towels. There were no bath towels available, only hand towels and when we requested bath towels they said they didn’t have any and would try to have some provided for the following morning which we never received. Our room had some soap available but empty shampoo bottles which we still don’t understand. The hotel could do a better job of monitoring the inventory they use for their rooms/customers. Staff wasn’t very helpful and the facility wasn’t very cleanly.
- 3.5/5
Our shower door didn't shut properly so the bathroom floor stayed wet, and one of the bathroom lights would sometimes not come on. The only hot things at breakfast were waffles and coffee.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 1/5
Only redeeming aspect of this property is proximity to Six Flags. Property is poorly maintained and in desperate need of update, hallways smell like an old fish tank, rooms don't appear to have been updated since the 80's with small, squeaky beds, closets and drawers that are falling apart and bathrooms / showers that need significant repairs. Continental breakfast gives you about $1.50 of value but property has signs requesting that no food be taken to your room, basically because there is next to no effort to clean any part of the property. Simple things like sheets and towels are hard to come by. Property does not perform daily basic room checks like towels and trash services without request and even then often doesn't happen without multiple requests. Room key cards consistently fail and have to be reset by front desk making frequent use of the worlds slowest elevator unavoidable unless you want to venture to the stairways which consistently smell like an open sewer. When visiting attractions in the area stay anywhere else.
- 4/5
Pretty quiet and clean may have to recheck housekeeping on the cleaning somewhat but other than that it’s good I like to stay here to get the rest I need and great location
- 5/5
Fully stocked was great thanks
- 4/5
Always a great stay never any complaints
- 1/5
Everything was dirty. Showers needed cleaning, elevators were nasty, hallways smelled. No toilet paper in room. Pool was dirty and murky. Staff was minimally helpful
- 3/5
It’s okay on everything at the sleep inn
- 2/5
The only good thing was its location
- 3/5
The location in relation to the AT&T Stadium is what really appealed to us. It was so close, only a 5 min drive - even on game day! The hotel itself, however, was very average. There was a really strong odor (not a great one) over the whole property. The 3rd floor smelled strongly of feces. The room was clean but very, very basic. We put an infant crib on our reservation but they told us they didn’t have any once we checked in. Breakfast was very disappointing. All that was offered was waffles, yogurt, packaged boiled egg, cold cereal and juice. Honestly don’t think I would recommend or stay here again myself.
- 4/5
Breakfast is bare minimum, at least they should have egg and bread. Only option is waffle and cereal.
- 1/5
Very dirty hotel
- 1/5
We had to get a whole new ac unit installed before they offered a new room
- 5/5
Not a large breakfast selection, but overall a great place to stay for the cost!
- 3/5
Not enough towels and mold around the shower, no microwave, and conditioner in the shower was missing a bottle of conditioner and slightly mold around the floor
- 4/5
Business friendly
- 1/5
The hotel has definitely gone downhill over the past year.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice. Good space for the night. Close to stadiums and some bars, six flags.
- 3/5
No questions asked or issues about traveling with dogs. Horrible customer service, mold growining in the shower. What looked like piss on the pillow and blankets upon first arrival to the room. They did have waffles for breakfast so thats a plus.. but literally, just waffles. No other form of hot foods, but it was also a very cheaply priced room and i fid not see any signs of unwanted bug activities either!
- 2/5
Roomed smell like smoke. Breakfast options were small and terrible. Water seeped out of the shower from the cracks of the door and flooded the bathroom
- 4/5
Awesome location. Bed was old and not the most comfy. Lots of trash outside rooms in hallway during the whole stay. Would stay here again for the price and convenience. Breakfast was limited.
- 2/5
My daughter and I stayed for five days. I thought because it was behind six flags it would be a nice hotel to stay in. Was I wrong. The room was clean. But the hall smelled like weed. It comes through your vent as well. The room across the hall was loud every night. Smoking weed and yelling until 6am until they checked out. The AC was loud to were you couldn't hear the TV unless you blasted it. The water dropping from the upstairs AC kept me woke nightly hitting the window seal. The lamps had no bulbs and didn't work. The microwave didn't have the glass part in it. If I had somewhere else to go I would have. But you get what you pay for.
- 1/5
The room was gross. Shower wasn’t clean, light fixture broken, no iron or ironing board in room. We booked this room for a week and I checked out after 1 night.
- 3/5
It could use more effort
- 5/5
Quiet. Make sure you let the front desk know when you want your room cleaned. Very kind. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Clean grounds and a perfect location. The staff is very pleasant to deal with. Some rooms definitely need updates, but it’s a well-kept spot for the price
- 5/5
Muy buena localidad frente a six flags y muy limpio

Breakfast was waffles, make your own. And cereal. Staff was helpful. Rooms were kind noisy with the doors around us opening and closing but quiet other wise. Parking is n/a as i didnt drive.
- 2/5
Parking was easy. Defi
- 3/5
Dirty around the edges and pretty noisy at times. Staff banged on my door 5 times between 10-11:30 when I had a 12pm checkout. Bed was comfy and pillows and tv were nice. Decent for the price, just don’t set expectations too high. I’d honestly stay again if the price was right.
- 3/5
Ample parking. Good location and clean rooms. However, the place need some serious upgrading. Room has a foul smell that i think comes from the AC. The curtain is stained some kind of liquid. Staff are friendly.
- 3/5
Very limited breakfast and the room was hot even when the ac was on the lowest temp
- 5/5
Seemed nice enough

Front front desk workers are very helpful and nice. If there isn’t any issues, they will definitely do what they can to solve them.
- 2/5
Curtains dirty; office chair dirty; phone dirty; weird smell in the hotel - good thing this smrll was not in the room; staff friendly, breakfast good. Looks like property management not into keeping hotel clean, because of location; i stayed in other 2-star hotels, but never ever curtains, window and furniture were in such unclean condition. Good thing it was kind of dark in the room, not every corner was visible. So happy that bathroom inside was in good condition, except door. Well.... we survived...

Room had a musky smell.
- 1/5
The front desk staff was horrible & the toilet in our room was clogged when we came in and the staff didn’t even try to help us. We had both just got out of the motorcycle accident & was hoping for a nice stay but it wasn’t. The staff needs to be more on top of things & things need to be taken care of.
- 2/5
marijuana smell in elevator, strong cigarette smell in non smoking rooms, unclean beds with hair all over sheets.
- 3/5
Smelled of weed, lobby, hallways and our room. so much for smoke free. Breakfast was only waffles and cereal and apples and yogurt.
- 1/5
It was an absolute dump hole - comforter had burn holes
- 1/5
Killed a roach in the bathroom
- 1/5
Honestly, I’d love to have my money back. I was going to switch hotels nearby but every hotel near the stadium was sold out so me and my wife were kind of just stuck where we were at.
- 2/5
Dirty, small beds, thin sheets super small selection for breakfast, no coffee creamer. Odd smell. Shower door didn’t seal so you end up with puddle of water on floor. Only one operating elevator so be prepared to wait. Will not stay again.
- 3/5
Oder in the rooms. Hotel is old. Lobby needs remolding. Location is good.
- 3/5
I've stayed here before. No frills, no complaints. Close to all the sports happenings in Arrington TX
- 1/5
Staff never cleaned the room. Had to ask for towels. Rooms very old and one elevator worked… sort of.
- 1/5
It literally smells SO BAD!!! Everywhere. Also the staff is not very friendly. The breakfast is literally just waffles. I literally got so sick from staying there because I’m pretty sure my room had mold. Also, several roaches in my room. Oh my goodness, an actually scarring experience.
- 2/5
Random people knocking at night and early morning. bathroom had strong bleach smell and lobby/hallways has strong odor
- 2/5
My experience may not be everyone's. The original room I was given had not been cleaned so the provided me with another room. The beds are quite comfortable, its not conducive for work because there were several wifi connections and I wasn't able to use my travel router. The noise level was high along with the marijuana smells. Breakfast is very basic and the foot traffic made me very uncomfortable.
- 1/5
The linens hadn’t been changed and had obvious, new, food stains. I asked that they change the linens, they only changed the sheets and told me they didn’t have any more blankets or comforters so I had to do without. They just tossed the old cover on the ground in the corner acting sullen like I was the problem. The unit was not clean either. The elevator made loud noises all night. This place is a hell hole.
- 2/5
I found cockroaches an 2 room this is terrible. Also no shampoo and no one clean the room
- 3/5
Good to the pets.
- 5/5
Great service

. I finally received them last day before checkout. The breakfast.. smh i had cranberry juice only. Repairs to carpet and flooring is needing anf update. No one of the days housekeeping came to even empty the trash. If felt like moving all my work equipment i would have requested a refund and changed hotels. The face they right by Six zFlags, i thought the service would've been better. They will NOT GET MY SERVICES AGAIN. OH!! Horld up. We didn't have water for hour's one day.. cant flush the toilet. Shower etc..

Wasn't clean at all.

We arrived early, and there was a $40 early check-in fee whether or not our room was ready. Another problem was that a conference was in town and they did not anticipate the volume at breakfast. Waffle irons were not on, and supplies and food were not ready by 6:30am. What they did get right was that the staff was very helpful and resolved issues that they could take care of. They provided us wash towels, shampoo, and replacement bulbs for the room. They even stored our luggage while we waited to check in. Rooms were sufficient and the beds were ok for someone that only had 4 to 5 hours available to sleep due to our schedule. If you want to go to Six Flags over Texas on the cheap and want to walk from your hotel, this is an ideal location, but just the location is where the "ideal" ends. Just know the quality will be average to sub-par and the facility will be a bit dated.
- 1/5
Very heavy cleansing smell when you walked into the hotel, someone was smoking pot on the 3rd floor which we reported to front desk. Room was not very clean.
- 1/5
Neither of the two rooms were clean. Cabinets broken, reeked of cigarette smoke, hairs all over the bathroom floor. The mirror in one room looked like it had dried semen on it. Needless to say, we did not stay. We canceled and refunded our room immediately.
- 3/5
Worn out furnishings. TV not working. Food choices sparse. Staff friendly
- 4/5
Price was right
- 3/5
Noises on floor above my room kept me awake past 3 am . I complained to the front desk and she said she could not hear anything, but I don't think she ever checked on it.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. Room was 2 stars though.
- 4/5
Used the hotel one night while in town for a Dallas Cowboy game. I just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was just fine for my needs. A no frills hotel. Staff was great at check in and check out. I’d have no problem booking hotel again for my next Cowboys game.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and room was clean
- 2/5
Staff was amazing and very helpful! However the hotel was almost bad enough that I wanted to check out and stay somewhere else. The rooms and hotel had too much of a chemical smell .. the floors were sticky and table tops full of streaks. This hotel has a great location but wasn’t clean enough to just fully relax
- 5/5
Yes the room was super clean. The staff was accommodating
- 2/5
No wash cloths. A hotel with no wash cloths does NOT make sense! The rooms/building are old and need renovation. Too few channels on TV. TV was too small. Floor of shower was permanently stained. Wall in restroom was patched. Absolutely will NOT stay there again!
- 3/5
Only thing wrong the maids did not clean our room and breakfast could be better
- 1/5
The hotel was very out dated. The furniture was wore out. When i took a shower there was barley shampoo and no conditioner. My blow dryer was broken. Went to the front desk and they gave me a key to the acroom from to use the hair dryer. But it was falli g off the wall. I should have spent the extra miney and stayed at a different hotel. Will never stay here again.
- 1/5
Roaches continental breakfast awful
- 2/5
Not a good value for the price we paid.
- 1/5
if you just need a place to lay your head down. This is perfect. Sheets had stains, there was no comforter just a thin blanket. Mildew smell in bathroom. Complimentary breakfast includes waffles and cereal.

Refrigerator was extremely noisy Bathroom was falling apart Bed comforter has blood stains

Very safe
- 3/5
The staff was great at check-in. The room however stinks like weed you can smell weed in the hallway. The smoke detector is not even in the room, the wires are hanging out of the ceiling. The bathroom stinks worse than the room. There’s two big brown stains on the white comforter on the bed. I expected better.
- 5/5
It was very clean and the staff were super nice. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast options as there wasn’t much to choose from but other than that it was very nice. It’s right across the street from six flags which was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Great place to stay for events!
- 2/5
Hotel had a strange bug killer spray smell which gave me an immediate headache! They need to clean the place. Looks unswept and unkept! Parking lot had people hanging out and broke down cars. Breakfast was waffles, old cereals, and coffee only! Definitely was hoping for meat and eggs. No food allowed upstairs. Flyer at the front desk offers hotel points for good reviews. I booked off the reviews that I now know to be false for points. Toilet seat was missing the screws. I definitely won’t be back!
